Never seen that. Probably a glitch with the most recent update. I can't see it on your profile either.

Guess people better catch it on the feed then lol. That's pretty lame

Thanks for the heads up it's not just me not seeing it

I don't like how they sort your timeline either. It should be most recent at the top instead of what they think I want to see.

They get rearranged when you view them?

Might be time for a cheap recipe blog page lol

^beautiful shot

Those look perfect

Thank you Dylan.

I kinda expected them to rise a little more but I'm pretty sure the recipe I followed was written wrong. I had to add a lot of extra wet than what it called for.

Got a few requests from the man USPlabsRep after I come home from Colorado I'll get some more caramel cookie stix recipes up

They posted your recipe on Facebook so I've got to try it. I don't have pancake mix. If I use coconut will I need extra baking powder?

I understand if you are trying to go low carb, but it may not come out as expected. Glad you enjoyed the recipe. You should be seeing a lot more from me off their webpage and their requests.
I personally have never uses coconut flour, so I can't chime in.
Just get regular complete pancake mix. Rises very nice and creates a great baked good. A reason why I use it so much in my recipes (pancakes, muffins, waffles etc..)

I found some Kodiak Cake pancake mix. Unfortunately the smallest pan I have is 7". Hope that doesn't affect it much.

Never used Kodiak either.. the walmart extra fluffy works great! 1.62$ a box.

But I have a kid that eats all my pancake mix EXCEPT Kodiak... Lol

It didn't turn out. Not fluffy enough.

Add baking soda and baking powder (1/4 tsp and 1 tsp) and some lemon concentrate (fun taste added to vanilla anyways)

That should puff it up

Kodiak tends to sit heavy with the whole wheat and extra fibre

GNO you want to be a taste tester soon?

Lol I have a new side project again, my last went real well and is passed off to be produced now.

New project is just on paper soon to go into testing in driven's kitchen

+ I have $ again so I can get you some trade goods too finally haha

No idea what to name it...
Chocolate "boat", WCM cookies floating in a thick Cookies and Cream filling

Macros were: 40-50g protein, about 60-70 carbs, about 10g fat

Cookies are not a macro friendly addition lol so I'll list them as optional

Once I get it into MFP before posting I'll get those exact

That is the same thing I made for breakfast today.... Very Good !!

Strawberry Milkshake and Chocolate Frosted Cookies

Edit:

The wet base on the frosting was avocado and vitafiber. Very pleased with taste and consistency.

They Both look GREAT !!

Ask mkretz he got the chocolate version of it.
For the chocolate one i subbed in Frosted Chocolate Cupcake PES
I did not use a PB based cookie recipe just a regular chocolate based cookie to go well with the whey.

What did you use in the frosting?

What did you use in the frosting?

I do a few different frosting variations..

For a basic filling:
SF/FF Pudding MIx + Greek Yogurt, The SF/FF Pudding mix is so damn thick and when you allow it to sit in the fridge gets even thicker.
If you want you can throw in a half scoop of whey as well for extra flavoring. PES Vanilla goes perfect with SF/FF Vanilla or Cheesecake Pudding + yogurt for a filling.

Depending on the whey I use, i may throw in PB Lean as well to compliment the whey flavor (since you can customize the PB lean flavoring)
Driven2Lift and I both have discounts codes if you want to pick some up. Just shoot me a message.

Right?!?! It looks like actual frosting ;)

Let the frosting sit in the fridge to thicken up, and place final product in fridge to even bind everything together. Works great on all cupcakes, whoppie pies, and stuffed cookies.
Make the cookies and try and put the frosting on right after, and it comes out a sloppy mess.
Lesson learned in the past.

Anyone have a pie crust recipe?

Agree. It looks like an ice cream sandwich straight out of the wrapper.

No sir
this is what an ice cream sandwich should look like

if you never had coolhaus you are missing out

Just saw Coolhaus in our Kroger the other day (just pints I think)

Anyone have a pie crust recipe?

I usually go crustless when able, crust is a devil for macros. Carbs and fat for days.

I was going real low fat with them to drop cals (all my recent tart recipes) but know those came out admittedly dry.
Because the inside of the tarts was super moist it still worked overall

You can bind and moisten with a low cal syrup and added xanthan gum if you want to experiment, but I don't have a pie crust recipe nailed down quite yet

I do however have a damn tasty seasonal Bundt Cake being devoured atm,

Gingerbread with Pumpkin Pie Glaze

Easy recipe with Kodiak Cake mix, needed a break from another side project which is on a tighter deadline to hit the market

The cookies should be there. (at least in columbus) they have a few flavors.
If i go to the local organic stores like the fresh market they have a few more.
HIGHLY Suggest the snickerdoodle one. Just godlike.

Picked up the choc cookie, pb ice cream today (was on blowout for 1.99 and I had a $1 coupon for it haha)

First time trying one
