Ingredients:
500g FF cream cheese
3/4 cup 0% Greek Yogurt
1 scoop Gourmet Vanilla Select protein
2 cups Berry Kix cereal General Mills
2 large eggs
2 tsp stevia
1 tsp caramel extract
2 oz. cotton candy
Optional:
2 tbsp Epic Spreads Birthday Cake
2 tbsp sprinkles as topping

Directions:
Leave ingredients out to reach room temperature before beginning.
Preheat oven to 350, grease a 9" spring-form pan
In a large mixing bowl beat together cream cheese and greek yogurt until smooth
Mix in all other ingredients but cereal.
Put 1.5 cups cereal into a bowl and crush to crumbs. Add 1/4 cup of the cheesecake mix to this, mix well. This is to bind it together better.
Place and pack this down on the bottom of the springform.
Transfer cheesecake mix into spring-form.
Optionally drop colouring on top and swirl to look pretty
Spread the last 1/2 cup cereal over the top, I pushed each piece in 1/2 way.
Bake for 42 minutes, remove and let cool.
Devour.

Twas delicious. Really working on the photogenics for my pancakes. I'm a long ways out compared to most lol.

Frosting was stellar: select vanilla, organic coconut sugar, whipped cream cheese, dash of almond milk, dollop of whipped cream, and some organic Mexican vanilla

How bout the pancakes? What makes them so fluffy?

Just two servings of kodiak cakes, a half scoop of RVC mts whey and a little added baking powder. Mine are nowhere near as thick and fluffy as some I've seen from money

Add SF/FF Pudding mix (8g), and some flour or complete pancake mix, those suckers will rise much much more.
A touch of splenda may help too really with that flavor sticking through.

Ingredients:
1 1/3 scoops Gourmet Vanilla Select
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 omega egg
3/4 cup greek yogurt
1/2 cup splenda
2 tbsp canola oil
3/4 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional Topping:
Halved Raspberries + melted chocolate Epic Spreads

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400, spray donut pans with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large bowl combine all ingredients and blend until well mixed, you may need a bit of milk added if too sticky/thick but don't add too much.
Scoop into donut pan, filling moulds only 2/3 of the way as this rises quite a bit. In my mould this made 8, depending on your mould size that will vary)
Bake for 10-12 minutes, edges will brown slightly
After donuts have cooled 5+ minutes top them if desired,
let them sit another 10 minutes then either eat while fresh/warm or refrigerate.
Devour
