Lol! Such an ass! Feeling pretty good, a bit tempted to hit the gym after work. Sorry brosef I normally never have 2 day breaks but family first along with crazy work hours.

LiveToLift said:Came home today and hung with the kids. Made breakfast and just put my 7 year old on the bus after his school had a 2 hour delay. Relaxing with the youngest and have to go in for a long shift tonight. Will be off for 3 days following my shift though so I plan on killing the weights. Will be nice to get back on schedule with my workouts. Son goes back to his moms Sunday so I will be hitting the gym hard all next week too. Sorry bout lagging but things are still going great.
