Were you taking your BP during your lifts before? I mean I don't see anything too out of character here.... It is going to go up during a workout. You are stressing your body. That is 100% normal on cycle or not. Try some cayenne pepper extract, it normally helps drop BP. Also make sure you are getting in your potassium. Are you sure you are not just focusing so much on this that you are making yourself crazy? To me that is what it seems like.
