Week 10 Day 3

Weight: 199
Leg press 1.5s: 100,225,225,225
Leg Extensions: 100,150,150,150
Prone Leg Curls w/partials 115,115,115

Fucking awful workout. Not that it was bad but it just hurt beyond anything I’ve ever done. Everything was Leg curls had 10 reps of partials after the set on every set. I mean god damn I think everyone should try it and just see how hard they can push themselves. It’s not a lot and it’s done quick but holy ballsacks. Rather do Bulgarian split squats drop sets of death over this workout.

Supposed to do calves after but that would require walking and I’m not sure that’s possible for me right now haha.

Got my bloods done yesterday so I should have those back today to check test levels. I pinned .5 ml test (100mg) instead of the .25 since I skipped Monday. Last pin was Saturday so I think I was pretty low cause I was getting super tired during the day. Guess we will see.

Icy roads today, no lift. Test levels came back 486. Lower than I wanted but I only pinned my trt dose on Saturday and waited till Wednesday so that was quite a bit. I was feeling it though. Very lethargic but my PSA came back at .8 from a scale of .1-1.2 so still normal but a bit higher than last time. Figured from the cycle it might go up a bit. Glad it’s not that high.

Had to take a bit of extra rest on the bis to get all my reps in at 25

PSA is on a scale from .1-4 so .8 isn’t bad apparently.

I was in the 350-385 range for a couple years trying to get on TRT before I finally cycled 25mgs of ostarine for 8 weeks before testing to kill my levels down low enough for my doc to put me on TRT.

PS Ostarine definitely causes suppression my test was @ 134 after 8 weeks.

Just wash your face couple times a day and let things have time to cool down and adjust... You jump directly into the must be's so fast! :)

It’s really the only thing that makes my back and arms flare up. Sugar shows up on my face. Also haven’t woken up with MW since I finished my run so I think I’m a tad bit high still. I tried to give it a few days but I need my dick to work and I don’t want to rely on cialis for that lol

Well higher estrogen isn't going to make your dick not work. Crushing your estrogen will though. I would look toward higher prolactin if not getting hard like you expect too. You did just get off of a progesterone based steroid. Plus morning wood may prove you can get erections but is definitely not required to be able to get erections. A lot of the morning wood is actually associated to prostate and full bladder.

Well higher estrogen isn't going to make your dick not work. Crushing your estrogen will though. I would look toward higher prolactin if not getting hard like you expect too. Why do you think that an AI would bottom out prolactin, unless there is new information out there I do not know about an AI won't effect prolactin levels. Prolactin does not come from aromatization.

Maybe I read wrong, but I was under the impression that estrogen and prolactin had to go hand in hand and if one bottomed out the other would decrease as well. Could be wrong

Yeah if your estro is normal or even low-normal and your prolactin is high then you can still have gyno issues because prolactin can still take advantage of that. High prolactin is where decadick and or trendick comes from.

I’ll have to try to get some caber then and see. I’m running 120 mg of Ralox but it still managed to flare up

I need to just get it cut out honestly

Problem is just finding a good surgeon, the money, and the time off from work since I work in a gym. I was hoping to get it done this winter but money is tight. Maybe I can get it done in February or something like that

Trainer, so I gotta move **** and lift **** for clients. It’s close to two weeks before you can really lift, especially since mine is so bad

You don't have to move heavy stuff for clients... tell that that is part of their active rest and if they can't lift the weight you have them working with then they probably shouldn't be working with it. LOL I think for the most part any of your clients would be happy to load their own bar for a week while you recovered from a surgery, you don't have to tell them exactly what it was if you don't want too. I had an outpatient surgery on my pec and unable to lift right now. Schedule them all for a deload that week. LMAO!

Hahaha I still gotta help load the bars and stuff and demonstrate movements. That’s the hardest part. I’m gonna try and get it done soon though cause it’s mad annoying looking like I don’t workout my chest at all cause it’s saggy and fatty. I’m not even that fat :(

Why do you have to load the bars? You tell them grab a 45 and put on each side of the bar... Now let's go for 12... Especially with leg press loading and unloading is part of the warm up... Put 12 on each side and STFD (sit the fug down) and push! ;) Really though if you communicate with them you can get them to do that. They are paying for knowledge and accountability not for you to do everything for them.

I trained for 5 years so I get what you are saying. I am just telling you that you have a lot more pull to do that than you think if most are established clients that you have even a little bit of relationship with.

I run my own personal training business so if I can’t do it there isn’t someone else who could. That’s the issue. I wish I could just take a bunch of time off but if I don’t work they don’t train and I don’t make money sadly.

Took some vasoblitz for the leg day and maybe it was cause I took it dry with only a little water but it wasn’t super effective for me. I’ll try mixing it with the water next time instead of dry scooping it.

Nice do you train out of your own facility or do you rent from somewhere or something? I still honestly think if you told your clients that for 2 weeks during recovery you would need them to load their own weights almost all of them would understand and be okay with it. If you provide a good service I think you would be surprised what a but of relationship and loyalty will get you out of them when the time comes.

With the gyno just depends I think the better jobs tend to leave just a tiny bit of tissue in there so as to not leave you with caved in nipples. If you go that route you will still need to deal with an AI for cycles or it could return. I think they have to case by case that based on the shape and what they find when they go in to remove things. Now if most of it is pseudo gyno then having the liposuction will handle a lot of that because removing the estrogen sensitive fat will go a long way toward taking that look away for good.

If I got mine done I would definitely need the lipo, and maybe some tissue from one nipple removed but most of mine is pseudo gyno from what I can tell and what one of the surgeons I spoke to many years ago said.

I rent out space for rather cheap, but I’m not doing it because the recovery time is 4-6 weeks for the surgery since I’d need lipo and all that. I’ll just have to run an ai and stuff and deal with it. I def have gyno though but it looks like I just have to deal with it and run Ralox for every day till I can get the surgery.

Estrogen WAS high though, took exem at 6.25 mg and it killed my dick for a day but now it’s all good to go and back to normal. Getting my boners back lol.

Still have a painful lump on my left side that’s there. It’s shrinking but I’ll probably have to keep knocking it down with the Ralox + exem for a while. I’ll probably have to run 12.5 mg of exem eod on cycle forever.

Fertility check came back as well, Sperm count came back undetectable. I’m waiting to read the report myself but that’s what the doctor told me. So I guess I don’t have to worry about kids haha

Time to blast some trest. I am also considering it for my next cycle, stacked with masteron and a trt test base.

Honestly I’ll probably just stick with test and a maybe an oral. I don’t plan to compete and I have a short fuse so I won’t ever touch tren.

Next cycle is prop and npp with some SD as a kicker. That’s probably in feb/March

Its asthma like inducing effects worry me. I mean the tren cough is probably nasty as hell, but i am more worried about chronic airway obstruction. I know the feeling all too well. When you are wheezing and have a feeling of breathing through a straw. Not fun. Especially on cycle with an already increased demand on the oxygen supply. AND IN HOT WEATHER!

So gf is still worried about getting pregnant. Anyone got ideas on how to convince her it’s safe cause she’s on BC and now I’m shooting blanks so I’m pretty certain it’s impossible at this point. Not sure why she’s so worried

So I got the actual lab results back. Pretty hard to read but here’s the basics:

Volume: normal
Concentration: 0*
% Motility: NA
Progression: NA
pH: 6.4 (>=7.2)

*Concentrated and sent for secondary analysis, 2 Motile Sperm in 200 HPF R.Pen

Basically from what I gathered, they took 200 different frames (pictures) and they only counted 2 total sperm. Either that or the what I think is more accurate is that the 2 is part of a grading scale which I also found online and for people that have low sperm count they grade you from 1-5 on how many you have. 3-5 being in the highish low range and the secondary scale 1-2 being severely low.

Basically I either am really really ducking low or I’m just hella low. But either way it’s not good haha.

Why do you think it is not good, from what it seems both you and your gf dont want children?
