I know how that feels, I've been doing a lot of lower body plyometrics.

I have a love hate relationship with working legs. I never want to do them but I love the challenge of killing them at the same time. Just knowing I am about to have to work them is like PHUCK! Then in the middle of it I am an animal as long as I can push it.

I just feel like a wimp cause I push but like today after 3 sets I was hurting, walking sucked. Makes me feel weak cause I do half as much for legs as I do upper and my legs are still shot

Decided I’m going to try to get my gyno removed this winter. I have a **** ton, runs all the ya up in to my arm pit as small lumps but there’s a large hard mass below each nipple. Sucks and it’s gonna cost like 5k but I don’t think I have a choice. If I’m not running Ralox at 120mg (which I haven’t been for 2 weeks cause insurance is a bitch) then it gets painfully sore as it grows back

Well ****

Either my body is too damn good at this or I fucked yo but I pin .25 ml of 200mg/ml test c 2x a week. On Monday I pinned .25ml and got my levels tested on Wednesday. Figure that would be my trough since I pin once a week.

Came back at 1024.... what the ****

Needle’s to say the cycle is on hold again since I have to wait another month.

Thinking of running 4 weeks of superdrol instead rn cause **** I want to get big.

Does explain why I’ve been adding muscle like crazy though lol

Update: still pissed

You just confused the hell out of me... you pin .25 2X a week then say you thought Wednesday would be your trough day because you only pin once a week... Either way that sounds pretty high for 50-100mg a week. If pinning twice a week you shouldn't have much of a trough anyway. If @ 100 a week and your levels are 1000 that is impressive for sure...

I have gyno / psuedogyno and want to get it removed too but finding 5000 with life and a teenage daughter is pretty much impossible. So I still have it. At least the price is going down... Used to be a solid 10g.

100 mg a week, or 50mg on Monday and Thursday. so I went in on Wednesday cause that would be my lowest day I figured. I think I’ll have to pin one time a week for the week before I go in, but that’s not accurate of my typical levels so I don’t know what I’m gonna do lol.

Yeah I don’t know what’s going on but I gotta mine cut out cause it’s hella bad. I’m hoping my doc tests my free test to see how much I have just floating around that’s bio available.

At least I know my body is super sensitive to test and I don’t need much of it to pack on the gains.

Still toying with a 4 week SD run between now and the new year.

Yeah you won't have too much of a trough with that pattern only 3 days into the 5-6 day half life so about 75% left. Still pretty high, using an AI could be part of that. Less being converted to estro. Also just ask for the free test levels. If your doc doesn't know you were doing 2 a week let him know he might be okay with that. Otherwise he is probably thinking you should be in the 600-700 range a week after your shot.

Haven’t been on Ralox in 2 weeks now because insurance didn’t want to give it to me. Hence why I’m getting surgery. He has the free test I just don’t normally ask for them, but I’ll get the bloods emailed next time around so I can see everything.

He knows I’m doing 2x a week, still wants me around 750 which I agree with. Think next time I’ll just hold off on an injection and get bloods the day I normal would inject, like on a Monday or Thursday and see where I’m at, maybe I’ll just pin the full amount on Monday and wait till next Monday to get bloods but I don’t know to be honest

Well if you want to honestly be around 750 then I would just drop it to about .2ml per shot or 80mg a week and do it the same way you did this time. Messing with the days you do it isn't going to give you an honest reading. Will just be adjusting when you take your shot in order to keep your dose higher.

Also Ralox wouldn't keep you from converting to estro, it would just block the estro from getting to your nipples. If not using an AI and just dropped the ralox it would explain the rebound feeling because estro might have been higher and going from not having any hit your mammary glands to getting hit suddenly could be the cause. Still if you can afford to get it done I would. I hate mine and I wouldn't have to be lean all the time if I didn't have it softening up my look.

Yeah I thought it could be rebound but my estrogen is in normal ranges. Has been since I last got it checked, maybe even lower since I’m on less test.

Decided I’m going to run 4 weeks of inj SD at 8mg maybe 12, and 3 weeks of 200mg test prop to supplement what I’m taking now. Should add some good clean mass on and give me enough time to come off and have a nice break between then and when I wanted to run the full blown cycle.

Week 6 Day 1

Pinned: .50mg test cyp, 4mg SD, 30mg Prop 30 min before workout

Weight:193
Bp: 136/61 (30 min after SD inj)
140/58 middle of workout
140/50 immediately post workout

Meadows Row: 120,120,120,120
Rack Rubs: 155,155,155,155
Single Arm Pushdowns: 75,75,75,75
superset w/
1 Arm supinated Pulldowns: 60,75,75,75
Face Pulls: Red Band x2
Decline Leg Raises: 12,12,10
Ez bar curls. 55,65,65,65
Hammer curls: 20,20,20,20

This **** hurt to pin, left a nice little knot I’ll be taking the lax ball too later today. Leg was hot for a few min after pinning but subsided. I will NOT be pinning the SD straight, 40mg a ml... yeah no lol.

Not sure if I’m crazy or this **** just works that fast but damn the bicep pump at the end hurt so good. Could only do 20s cause my arms were so full, felt like my skin was going to rip.

Meadow rows were a lot easier this morning than I remember, hardest part was holding on to the bar grip wise.

Felt like I had more energy overall today, but I had to stop and take breaks here and there cause my heart was like nah bro even though my muscles were like let’s do this ****. I also felt less of a burn for some of the exercises like the supinated Pulldowns even though I went up in weight.

I am sure it works immediately for something like nutrient partitioning, then again could have just been you were pumped as hell to be on cycle and got more out of the workout. Either way you benefited placebo or not. I never question placebo and try to make sure others don't question stuff like that either. If you believe then you will benefit by up to 30% regardless.

I think it was a bit of both, I def felt something about an hour after pinning. Super skeptical and it wasn’t super strong but after talking to some guys, it seems like it’s possible to feel it after an hour since the half-life is like 12 ish hours apparently according to a few places I’ve read.

But either way, went up in weight today and Got a sick pump so I’m happy lol

Yeah I feel it and fill up the first day if I have any carbs. Same with DMZ. Heck DMZ makes me fill up even when on keto I get so full my quads don't even bounce when I walk. I just fat load instead of carbs. Neither one of them seem to care if you are on keto or eating carbs you will fill right up with whatever fuel source you are feeding them.

Recap for today:

I cannot stop drinking water, thirsty as hell all the time. Def more hungry too. Will have to watch my calories so I don’t become a whale.

BP is stable but high. It’s around 140 when I’m working out and walking around, 130 when I’m sitting down. I don’t get a measurement where I was sitting down for 5 min, I’m sure it would be lower but I only was able to sit down for a few min today at a time.

Pip is def noticeable but not unbearable. Iced it when I got home and that helped a little bit I’ll be keeping an eye on it. The 40mg a ml solution apparently is known for some nasty and quite unbearable pip

Started taking Hawthorn again, kinda stopped when I took the cialis. 1 gram of that a day, upping cialis to 5mg Ed as well.

Taking 1 gram of TUDCA a day atm, might up that as well if I need too.

Orange Triad will probably be upped as well just to make sure everything else is all good.

Weight: 195lbs
Pre Pin BP: 116/67
30min Post Pin BP: 140/53
Post workout BP:140/78

Bench Press: 135, 185,185,185,185,185*

Flat DB Bench: 60,70,80***
DB Shoulder Press: 30,30,30
Chest Sup Rear Delt Flies: 10,10,10,10
Tri Pushdowns: 150,225,225
More Tri Pushdowns (single): 90,90,90
Lying DB extensions: 15,15,15

* Did 7 reps every set instead of 5
** Did 10 reps first set then held weight
*** Weight just didn’t feel heavy

Today felt really damn good, especially on my bench. Ground out an extra 2 reps on my 5x5 today for a 5x7.

Everything else just felt easy and even when **** started to really burn, it was easy to push through and finish.

Will be watching the BP as the day goes on, arms are def growing because the Bp cuff doesn’t fit anymore... had to take like 4 readings before it worked because it would always pop off

Nice and kind of odd that your diastolic pressure was lower after taking the SD... You just control your diet, don't let the blood sugar fluctuations make you stray... If dieting on SD or DMZ to lean up while growing I recommend keeping carbs low at all times other than right before during and after your lift. It will make controlling the hunger a lot more manageable. It is when you get carbs going that your insulin pulls everything in and with the already sensitive muscle from the gear it will drop blood sugar quickly after then you crave and go into this ongoing cycle of blood sugar roller coaster. That is why everyone says it is carb hungry but if you don't spike insulin until the right time it is not really that big of an issue.

Yeah I eat a big meal of carbs right before then I eat a large protein meal after with a bit of carbs to help the body absorb everything a bit better.

I need to watch my salt, I think I’m super salt sensitive. Ordered a Bp cuff for at home so I’ll run some tests and see what happens when I eat a really salty meal vs nonsalty

The thirst is insane though, I’ve already finished a half of a gallon of water and that’s not including the protein shake I had. Still thirsty. I’ll probably end up drinking close to a gallon and a half a day without trying

If drinking that much you don't need to limit your salt you are going to start flushing and your sodium levels will drop. You may need to just keep it where it is and allow yourself to adjust to it if you have kept it low for a time. Yes your BP will initially go up but that is temporary unless you have an actual sodium issue. Your diastolic is rather low so I wouldn't be stressing yourself too much.

Day 2 Recap
BP was all over the damn place today. Not sure if it’s the monitor or what but halfway through the day it read 150/70 then at the end of my shift it was 116/60. Went up after I had a pretty salty meal too.

Thirst is just insane I mean holy ****. I pee like every 15 min now and my body is still begging for water. Think I had a gallon of water, plus 2 protein shakes, plus a bottle of Gatorade and as I’m typing this I’m still thirsty.

Got a headache earlier today, I assume from water issues but I thought it might have been Bp so I took it then and got 116/60. No idea wtf Is going on in that department lol

I’m a little more on edge than normal, I def take less **** because I went off on a kid who was 35 min late to his session today. Granted I would have even if I wasn’t on stuff but I kinda ripped him a new one... Oops

Week 6 Day 3

Pinned: 4mg SD, 30mg Prop
Weight: 197.5
Pre SD BP: 141/58, 138/58, 112/58
Post Pin: 148/66, 150/62
Mid workout: 155/58, 162,67

Leg Curls: 40,65,95,95
Leg Press: 45,60,70,70
Squats: 185,185,185

BP is way too high, I feel it when I lift now. I’m gonna keep a really close eye on it, and if it stays above 140 today I’m going to call it quits, if it doesn’t then I’ll take it day by day.

I see a cardiologist on Monday so I’m gonna see how I do till then. Hopefully they run through the whole 9 yards and see what’s up. Guess it’s a good and bad thing because it’s kinda a wake up call for me, even though I’m young as hell

Seems like BP is hovering around 130-140/70 for the rest of the day. I’m going to up my cialis intake to 10mg a day and up the hawthorn to 1.8g a day. See if that makes a dent in everything. Hopefully won’t drop my Bp too low

Woke up late today, didn’t have any morning clients so I planned on going in just to lift but I slept through my alarms. Will have to lift later tonight after work which is going to suck but it’s whatever.

Got told I was putting on weight and I looked fatter in the face by a client of mine. Probably all the water I’m holding on too. Don’t have my weight or BP yet today since I didn’t get in early enough to lift. I’ll grab it later today.

Face feels really full and fat, also have some crazy muscle aches from the 10mg of cialis but if my Bp is lower then it’s worth it.

Essentially it’s a deadlift but you’re pulling the bar against the rack as you go up to engage your back more. So you’re leaning back slightly and really pulling the bar back in to the pillars of the rack as you go up
this sounds interesting, you could do this in the smith machine also right?

I don’t see why not! The point is to have a good lean back so you can really pull the bar in to you by using your Lats

Maybe even do this with a snatch grip to active the lats more? I’m going to try this, thanks!
Yup! I’ve tried all kinds of variations, I find shoulder width to work the best for me in terms of activating my whole back. Supinated was good for my upper back but I couldn’t hold on to the weight long enough to enhance properly.

It’s a fun exercise, I much enjoy it and it doesn’t require a ton of weight so I find it’s safer on my back than traditional deadlifts are.

Were you taking your BP during your lifts before? I mean I don't see anything too out of character here.... It is going to go up during a workout. You are stressing your body. That is 100% normal on cycle or not. Try some cayenne pepper extract, it normally helps drop BP. Also make sure you are getting in your potassium. Are you sure you are not just focusing so much on this that you are making yourself crazy? To me that is what it seems like. Neither opf your numbers are going up by too much the diastolic by 9 is nothing

Blood pressure after exercise

Exercise can increase blood pressure, but the effects are typically temporary. Your blood pressure should gradually return to normal after you finish exercising. The quicker your blood pressure returns to its resting level, the healthier you probably are.
According to guidelines provided by the Centers for Disease Control and PreventionTrusted Source, “normal” blood pressure is less than 120/80 mm Hg. This includes a systolic pressure reading under 120 mm Hg (the top number) and a diastolic pressure reading (the bottom number) under 80 mm Hg.
Exercise increases systolic blood pressure. Systolic blood pressure is a measure of blood vessel pressure when your heart beats.
Diastolic blood pressure is a measure of the pressure in the blood vessels between heartbeats. It shouldn’t change significantly during exercise. If it does, consult your doctor.
It’s difficult to say conclusively what blood pressure readings are considered healthy after exercise, as blood pressure varies from person to person. Normal levels for one person might be a sign of a problem for another person.
In general, though, high blood pressure after a resting period of up to two hours following exercise includes any reading greater than 140/90 mm Hg. Low blood pressure after exercise includes any reading lower than 90/60 mm Hg.
Effects of exercise on blood pressure

Aerobic activities such as swimming, cycling, and running put additional demands on your cardiovascular system. Your muscles need more oxygen than they do when you’re at rest, so you have to breathe more quickly.
Your heart starts to pump harder and faster to circulate blood to deliver oxygen to your muscles. As a result, systolic blood pressure rises.
It’s normal for systolic blood pressure to rise to between 160 and 220 mm Hg during exercise. Unless you’ve cleared it with your doctor, stop exercising if your systolic blood pressure surpasses 200 mm Hg. Beyond 220 mm Hg, your risk of a heart problem increases.
Different factors can influence how your cardiovascular system responds to exercise. Some of these factors include diet, medical conditions, and medications.
For instance, exercise hypertension is a condition that causes an extreme spike in blood pressure during physical activity. People with exercise hypertension can experience spikes in systolic blood pressure up to 250 mm Hg during exercise.
In general, your blood pressure should return to normal within several hours of a workout. Even then, you might notice that your blood pressure doesn’t return to exactly what it was before exercise. That’s because it’s normal for blood pressure to drop slightly within a few hours of exercise.

Interesting! I was and it’s gone up, I use to be about 140 during lifts. Not a huge change but I just have a higher resting BP it seems. It’s down to 130 today but that could be because I didn’t pin my SD this am and it’s 3 half-lives out of my system now.

Stay posted on my lifts, will be posting them probably about 4 hours after I finish.

Week 6 Day 4
No weight, had lunch before so it wouldn’t have been accurate

Mid day BP: 143/61, 140/64, 129/66,
Pre Pin: 136/68
30 min post: NA

Seated low rows: 150,165,165,165
Straight arm Pushdowns: 80,80,80,80
superset w/
Supinated Pulldowns: 120,110,110,110
DB Shrugs: 60,70,70
Barbell Curls: 45, switched to DB 25s,25s
Db Reverse Curls: 15,15,15

I was just trying to get my workout done so I could go home and eat then sleep, only gave the SD about 15 min to kick in but damn the pumps were insane. Forearms got so pumped I couldn’t rotate my wrists and I couldn’t even do BB curls cause my wrists wouldn’t turn enough.

I wish I had an accurate BP monitor at home, or maybe the one at home is accurate and the one at work isn’t but I doubt that. I do have one coming in the mail tomorrow along with more tudca and a bunch of other stuff. Hopefully the cardiologist on Monday has some decent news for me.

Carditone will be added as well.

So my dads Bp cuff that he says is accurate because he got his measured at the cardiologist earlier, puts me at 128 on my left arm and 144 on my right. I’m hoping his is actually right and the other one I’ve been using is broken haha. But I still have to go in because there shouldn’t be that big of a difference between the two arms

Chest Press cables: 22.5,22.5,27.5

Aight guys the BP monitor at my job is really inaccurate it seems. I took it with the new one I just got gave me a reading of 128/64 after walking around and then taking it and then a 105/60 after sitting for 5 min.

If this keeps up I’ll bump the dosage of SD up. I’m going to measure my BP tomorrow after taking SD at home and just see what happens.

Still going to see the cardiologist but this makes me a lot more happy

Tried out 8mg of SD today on my off day pin. This is after eating and caffeine etc.

Resting BP pre Pin: 128/80, 132/68
30 min Post pin: 138/80, 136/82

Interestingly though the second I stand up and walk around a bit my Bp hits 150-155/80

Pretty much felt the 8mg hit within 5 min. I could just feel like I could do anything. But I wasn’t on edge or anything like that I just was antsy to go lift ****.

So with this knowledge I’ll probably start pinning 8mg a day but I’ll check my Bp once more later on just to make sure

Updated non steroidal list of what I’m taking ed:
Carditone: 1 pill
Choline Bitartrate: 4 pills (940 mg)
TUDCA: 1000mg
Ralox: 120mg Ed
Cialis: 10mg ed

Something new to add that I learned, I’m super sadly sensitive. Meaning that salt severely impacts my BP. Kinda shitty but I had a really salty meal for dinner, well after the SD kicked in, and I took my Bp after and I was in the 150s whereas before dinner I was sitting in the 130s

Weight 198
Pinned 8mg SD, 30mg prop, 50 mg test cyp

Meadows Row: 120,120,120,120
Rack Pulls (knee): 135,135,135,135
DB Pullovers: 70,70,75,75
Decline Crunches: 12,10,9
DB Preachers: 40,35,35,35
DB Hammer Curls: 25,25,25,25

The rows killed the rest of my workout, my forearms were so pumped up from trying to grip the bar that I couldn’t really grip much else. Mad annoying because I wanted to go up on the rack pills but I literally couldn’t hold the weight.

See the cardiologist later today so I’ll keep y’all posted on that.

Cialis works well for me when it comes to lowering blood pressure. Next cycle i will definitely be using it on a regular basis, like 5mg eod.

caber too but it is too harsh of a drug to constantly take for bp.

Combo of cialis and caber knocked my bp down to 95-100/55.

Also cholesterol looks fantastic. Your rbc count and hematocirt is lower tham mine has ever been. I am @ 0.52-0.53 now and that is just 100mg test plus hcg.

I’m on 10mg a day rn and it’s only helping so much, so I’m keeping an eye on it because I can’t let my distolic drop too much lower.

I did have my gyno flare up a bit last night so I started exem at 6.25 mg every Monday and Thursday. See if that helps. Might be why I’m holding so much water. I feel less puffy. I am slightly dehydrated as well cause I didn’t stay in top of my water yesterday

What compounds and doses are you currently running?

i had gyno flare up on 100mg test after introducing mk677 which sucks as i really like mk's leaning effects. My arms are more vascular than ever.

and i was running 600mg test no gyno issues, zero. Damn mk at 20mg per day.

but you need to watch that bp mine was 135/80 at the height of the cycle, 600mg test no ai face like a balloon.
