Was dragging ass today. I don’t know why. Also don’t know my my Bp was high. Maybe cause I’m dehydrated? Forgot my water bottle at home. Even still it’s not great that it’s in the 130s again /: feels like I’m gonna have to find another way to control it and I don’t wanna take more ****.

Npp takes MUCH longer then Tpp to clear. The Nandrolone metabolites linger much longer in the blood stream. Two to three weeks is a more realistic window.

Getting back in the gym lately, but I need to drop about 20 pounds so I can dip my toes in a big boy cycle
@SFreed Never did get the mentality behind this, why can't you do a big boy cycle with an extra 20lbs on to start? So long as your heart is healthy there is no reason you shouldn't. I mean barring the reasons not to use gear in the first place. You'll never hear a power lifter, foot ball player or anything say I need to lose weight before I gain muscle... Obviously you will gain plenty muscle on and come out leaner on the other end unless you bulk irresponsibly. Just curious on the reasons why? Now training a bit to regain some of your base muscle first I understand totally. However, if you are running a recreational cycle...IE not for sport, with the goal of looking better then this mentality makes zero sense. A cycle is the fastest way to get there from where you are...

Generally if you go on cycle you want to bulk to maximize it but if you’re already carrying extra bulk then it’s less appealing to bulk more. At least that’s what I think the mentality is, I don’t know.

I have bulked and recomped and have never seen any noticeable difference in actual LBM gained, whether eating a surplus or carrying a surplus and eating maintenance the gear has what it needs to work with so long as not cutting. Plus for the average person wanting to look good, that tends to gain fat easily enough to need to loose 20 lbs before a cycle bulking is counterproductive to the goal of looking good. Those who have a hard time gaining that is totally different but they are normally already lean. I get that when lean the gains look much more noticeable but that doesn't mean there were more gains and if fat is also coming off at an accelerated pace due to the cycle then the end result of a leaner physique with more LBM at the end is just more efficient at getting to the goal for someone with a little extra fat. Of course these are just my opinions based off of my experience.

If I had a different Dr I would just go on TRT, but the 3 I've talked to in my town are against it. That leaves me to either access my own or make a trip to an Anti Aging clinic about 2 1/2 hours away.

No that makes perfect sense. I just see people telling others to lean out before gear all the time like it is gospel and wanted to make sure you weren't just following in line with a dogmatic belief when there is also a different outlook.

That really sucks on the TRT aspect. Definitely recommend an all test cycle first. YOu can get a lot out of it. Learn how it treats you then hell go with a higher dosed one before adding in more expensive gear... I think people want to rush into stacking things way too fast a lot of the time. If a cycle needs something for specificity then it makes sense but in general Test will do the job for a lot less and sides are easy to control.

Anabolics would also greatly improve your ability to hold onto muscle even in a caloric deficit. Unless you’re in competition of some sort all out bulks really don’t make a ton of sense. Recomp or cut. There is no reason you can’t eat at or around maintenance and still gain muscle while losing some fat if you’re on cycle.

Got a bunch of goodies in the mail today, mostly excited about the cialis I got. Will let you all know how that goes when I see the gf. Gonna start off at 10 mg probably and see. Finastride killed my dick somewhat so it’s hard getting the wood up sometimes

If for recreation go with 20-25 and give it a couple hours to get going. I use 5mg pharma daily for my BPH and 10 will give you the assist for sure but 20-25 will give you porn star action. Just know that you will still be getting wood easily the day after too!

Yeah I’ll be doing 5mg eod probably. Doc gave me a script for it too haha

BP was crazy low during doc meeting after popping 5mg. Think it was like 110 or 120 over 58. Almost out of test so I’ll have to give them a call to get more, pinned 1.5 ml a few min ago so that should tie me over for me trip as well

No lift today guys, had to get a client moved over to the new business and I spent my normal lifting hours getting looked at by the doc. Hopefully my test levels come back normal so I don’t have to worry about figuring out my dosages.

I pinned 1.5 ml today in my quad. Full dose since I’ll be away from home till next Tuesday. Should be enough to hold me over I think.

Cialis works pretty well. Within 30 min of taking it I felt a lot colder, and surprisingly calmer. Wondering if my higher BP is making me hot normally. I don’t know lol. I’ll take cialis eod at 5mg because it seems to work for me. Also the better wood is nice haha works a bit better so I think the fina really screwed me

Oh sorry for all the mess, two 19 hour days back to back really messes with my head.

Never hit glutes before man, only quads and delts. I’ve done traps and lags before but then fuckers huuuuurt

Decline DB skull crushers: 10,20,20,20,20***

* thought I was going to do better but the extra reps with the 70 killed my arms

** I didn’t feel these, I don’t know if my bands were too big but yeah not a great exercise for me.

*** started with 10 cause my tris were dead but they really wernt yet. went to 20 and redid the first set

Yeah that will keep you in good levels. Why only take it EOD the effective half life is like 36 hours, generally the daily dose is 5mg a day. Yeah the vasodilation definitely helps with that a bit and seems to lessen the skin flushing from higher BP as well. Will also help get some better pumps in the gym. If taking for BPH symptoms IE weaker urine flow you will most likely notice a difference on the days you don't take it. I know I do when i forget it. Plus it frees up testosterone a bit too so might as well keep the levels steady. If trying to save money then I get it but otherwise I would go daily myself.

Stuff is super cheap, it was $1 a pill and I get 4 doses out of it so really just .25 a dose if I keep it at 5. So $50 lasts me like half a year it looks like. Today’s workout was pretty ****. Went up to see the gf and used her school gym. Doesn’t have half the **** I need and I spend most of the time trying to find **** only to realize it’s not there. I’ll probably redo this week honestly because I just haven’t gotten as much out of this week as I wanted.

Nothing else has changed, diet has gone to **** though while me and her finish this 5lb bag of gummy worms.

Damn that’s not bad at all. I doubt insurance would cover it for me though because I’m young. It works though, had sex 3 times back to back. No issues between the 3 rounds either.

Woke up with some nasty muscle pains in my hamstrings, calves and glutes. Seems to be a side effect of the cialis. Will back off the 10mg dose back to 5. Feels like I’m just super tight and need to stretch but stretching hurts lol.

Probably won’t make it to the gym today either guys. She’s got a race today and then we’re going out to lunch with her family. Not much I can do about it, I can feel the gains slowly slipping away.

Thinking for my winter cycle I’m going to run

Inj SD .1 ml (4mg) preworkout
Test P 400mg/week
NPP 150 mg/week

TRT Dose

I don’t want to overdo it though I feel like the numbers are a bit low but hey that’s why I have y’all to help me out and make sure I do stuff right.

Going hiking today guys. Got my results back from the 150mg /week. Sitting at a 922. That was 5 days after my last injection as well.

RBC was a 5.07 with a range of 4.4-6.1

Hematocrit was a 47.2 with a range of 39-52%

Yeah 150mg a week keeps me pretty high too. I dropped it to 120 for that reason but my doc doesn't know makes it easy to stock pile for a bit. They send me 15ml for 3 months and my prescribed dose is only .75ml a week only using .6ml a week so I can stock pile the other 5ml every 3 months for a nice boost @ 300 for 3 months every 6 months if I want... They do 5ml bottles and I am supposed to throw out the unused portion every 28 days according to the insurance... YEAH RIGHT!!!

Crazy on the cramping... I have never run it at 10mg daily though. I bet you were getting boners from the wind blowing or your jeans rubbing up against it at that dose a day. LOL
