Npp takes MUCH longer then Tpp to clear. The Nandrolone metabolites linger much longer in the blood stream. Two to three weeks is a more realistic window.

@SFreed Never did get the mentality behind this, why can't you do a big boy cycle with an extra 20lbs on to start? So long as your heart is healthy there is no reason you shouldn't. I mean barring the reasons not to use gear in the first place. You'll never hear a power lifter, foot ball player or anything say I need to lose weight before I gain muscle... Obviously you will gain plenty muscle on and come out leaner on the other end unless you bulk irresponsibly. Just curious on the reasons why? Now training a bit to regain some of your base muscle first I understand totally. However, if you are running a recreational cycle...IE not for sport, with the goal of looking better then this mentality makes zero sense. A cycle is the fastest way to get there from where you are...Mexican restaurants, mostly.

I have bulked and recomped and have never seen any noticeable difference in actual LBM gained, whether eating a surplus or carrying a surplus and eating maintenance the gear has what it needs to work with so long as not cutting. Plus for the average person wanting to look good, that tends to gain fat easily enough to need to loose 20 lbs before a cycle bulking is counterproductive to the goal of looking good. Those who have a hard time gaining that is totally different but they are normally already lean. I get that when lean the gains look much more noticeable but that doesn't mean there were more gains and if fat is also coming off at an accelerated pace due to the cycle then the end result of a leaner physique with more LBM at the end is just more efficient at getting to the goal for someone with a little extra fat. Of course these are just my opinions based off of my experience.Generally if you go on cycle you want to bulk to maximize it but if you’re already carrying extra bulk then it’s less appealing to bulk more. No that makes perfect sense. I just see people telling others to lean out before gear all the time like it is gospel and wanted to make sure you weren't just following in line with a dogmatic belief when there is also a different outlook.@MrKleen73 I've had some personal issues (and back problems) that had knocked me back. I'm more wanting to lose the weight for a motivational aspect. I need to get more focused and get my drive back, if that makes more sense?
That really sucks on the TRT aspect. Definitely recommend an all test cycle first. YOu can get a lot out of it. Learn how it treats you then hell go with a higher dosed one before adding in more expensive gear... I think people want to rush into stacking things way too fast a lot of the time. If a cycle needs something for specificity then it makes sense but in general Test will do the job for a lot less and sides are easy to control.And not to sidetrack Clen's log, but I'm just going to do a solo Test cycle first. Then on to a couple others.
If I had a different Dr I would just go on TRT, but the 3 I've talked to in my town are against it. That leaves me to either access my own or make a trip to an Anti Aging clinic about 2 1/2 hours away.

Just know that you will still be getting wood easily the day after too!Got a bunch of goodies in the mail today, mostly excited about the cialis I got. Yeah that will keep you in good levels. Why only take it EOD the effective half life is like 36 hours, generally the daily dose is 5mg a day. Yeah the vasodilation definitely helps with that a bit and seems to lessen the skin flushing from higher BP as well. Will also help get some better pumps in the gym. If taking for BPH symptoms IE weaker urine flow you will most likely notice a difference on the days you don't take it. I know I do when i forget it. Plus it frees up testosterone a bit too so might as well keep the levels steady. I pinned 1.5 ml today in my quad. Full dose since I’ll be away from home till next Tuesday. Should be enough to hold me over I think.
Cialis works pretty well. Within 30 min of taking it I felt a lot colder, and surprisingly calmer. Wondering if my higher BP is making me hot normally. I don’t know lol. I’ll take cialis eod at 5mg because it seems to work for me. Also the better wood is nice haha works a bit better so I think the fina really screwed me

Pretty cost effective for sure.Stuff is super cheap, it was $1 a pill and I get 4 doses out of it so really just .25 a dose if I keep it at 5. So $50 lasts me like half a year it looks like. I did notice the better pumps this morning, my tris are wicked big and they still hurt. Crazy **** this stuff is. Hopefully no long term damage

Yeah 150mg a week keeps me pretty high too. I dropped it to 120 for that reason but my doc doesn't know makes it easy to stock pile for a bit. They send me 15ml for 3 months and my prescribed dose is only .75ml a week only using .6ml a week so I can stock pile the other 5ml every 3 months for a nice boost @ 300 for 3 months every 6 months if I want... They do 5ml bottles and I am supposed to throw out the unused portion every 28 days according to the insurance... YEAH RIGHT!!!
Crazy on the cramping... I have never run it at 10mg daily though. I bet you were getting boners from the wind blowing or your jeans rubbing up against it at that dose a day. LOL
