Well that was free money to USP Labs eh? Ive got relatives like that. I try and tell them everything you do has to be on point before you see a supplement making a difference and they're like "it says BURNS FAT right there on the bottle" LMAO

Haha well it was more about the fact I already had a bottle and would rather sell her my bottle and order another bottle at a cheaper price. She paid $75(possibly plus tax) for a 180 count while I got a 90 count bottle for $30. She works out hard just has dumbass habits when it comes to going out and is afraid to go "heavy." When will they learn? It takes more than a little bit of "heavy" lifting to look like a roided out female bodybuilder?

I hear ya. My girl needs to clean up her diet a little more, and then I'd say she's on her way to success... She works out tough at the gym and hits the workouts I do, just at lot lower weight. Like today she did squats and deads with me and my supersets on the leg curl and leg ext. She knows its all in the diet and she'll see more fat being burned from heavy compound movements. My girl trusts me and listens and is very smart so she sees results as long as she stays motivated. Sucks that your sister didn't take you up on the offer. But I hope she can get to where she wants to be for her reunion. Or close at least

Yeah, I tried it ONE TIME with a big girl a few years back...never again. My back hurt like hell for three days afterward. The girl loved it...she creamed all over my ****...and paid my rent!
 
Well over 200 lbs...I like big girls. I don't like skinny or small women. Big girls take care of you. Plus she was an older woman, which is mostly what I deal with. It was hard getting rid of her when I got tired of her, though.

Not sure what the question is here. You're doing a cycle of epi? a cycle of SD? hCG? How long is the cycle you are starting tomorrow? What's your pct and cycle experience? Your cycle goals and diet? Who are you asking? I'm happy to help but need more info.

Ah, sorry bro for the inconvience. I was asking CM, he kinda knows about me I guess :ponder: I do not want to hyjack his thread but just FYI, I am bridging with Epi and will be doing it for 6 weeks very similar to CM except without hCG. Goal is to get huge and diet is on track (5-700 calories over maintenance). PCT is Nolva! and yeah, I taking all the IMP cycle support and PCT support.

Well, dropped the SD today boys.

Today I was at the lake, and let me tell you I had a long day. Swimming, in the Arizona sun, on the boat, definitely sucks the life outta you by the end of the day.

I had decided to make today a rest day on my way home from the lake because I felt pretty damn pooped.

BUT....

I got home and had a sample of RagNoRok that was sent to me free. I was really contemplating getting a pre-workout for my PCT and was stuck between Rag and Jack3d and today I thought would be good to test out Rag since I was so damn pooped and would tell the difference more easily if I felt the Rag.

.....I definitely felt it.

I did legs today, squatted 315 x10x10x10. I really wanna add more weights but squats are just like shrugs... I CAN do a ton of weight... but I CAN'T because of the grip pains.

With squats, I CAN do a ton of weights, but I CAN'T because of the back pain of so much weight. If I had a spotter I would raise the weights. I can do more, just adding more weights adds more pain to my back.

I felt pumped doing them and I know it's because of the Rag and Epi lol.Rag helped with my mental "drive" and Epi helped with my strength. The days you don't have drive when working out always suck. And Rag gave me drive for sure. Definitely useful for PCT.

Leg pressed 540 x5x6x6 also. First time I took it this high. 6 plates on each side. Loved it. I had a great workout considering I had such a tiring day.

Holding down 195 still but occasionally I'm -2 and occasionally +2 over 195.

Guys one thing.. theres a thread in here about liver supports and whether they make a difference.. I hadn't been taking my liver juice for 3 weeks since starting my cycle. I can HONESTLY tell you guys you can notice the difference. Try it if you'd like or take my word for it. Don't skimp on the milk thistle. Get your liver juice or NAC or whatever liver supports you take.

I read a while ago that taking milk thistle for superdrol is like trying to put out a forest fire with a super soaker.... definitely not true.

Btw alot has been goin on in here lol. Love the vid HTS haha.

DUDE... It sounds like some puzzy sh1t but squat on the smith if it comes down to it. Hit your 315 and then move it over to the smith. You can go for failure there. In a couple of weeks I might try 405 over in the smith. It's not quite the same, but it still works your legs pretty hard and you can go wayyy below parallel and just rip it

Haha I expect my blood lipids to be a little whack after raping my liver. I'm getting bloods done after pct to make sure everything stabilized.

I think I might just do that SC. Do my 315's free weight and hop on the smith if I don't have a spotter.

I usually do one legged squats on the smith. I put a bench behind me... lift one leg and put it behind me on the bench with the other foot still on the ground and I squat that way on smith using the foot on the ground. Very effective to blast your legs after heavy squatting.

The problem here obviously is that your back is not strong enough - so technically... the reason ur not able to squat more is...because ur not able to squat more. I agree with this completely and faced the same dilemma before my hip got bursitis. I tried to move up too fast on ATG squats and my back would kill me for days after. Once I realized I had to have perfect form and no pain before the weight went up, then my back kept up and my strength increased faster as well. It sucks when you want to load up the bar but I did that and now I can't squat at the moment because of it, don't make that mistake! Leg days are sorely lacking for me at the moment and I learned a hard lesson about listening to my body instead of my ego.
 
Yea you guys are right. I'll keep them where they are for now, maybe ramp them up veryyyy slowly.

Weight is still at 195, didn't look like my calorie addition did much this week except for a few days I was 197.

However, I did drop the SD this week so let's see if Epi can hold the weight on.

Also, although there is no weight gains... muscle hardness is like a god damn rock all day long. I'm one of those people that have well rounded muscles but LITTLE veins.... Lately I have a big a$$ vein on my biceps and shoulder that has been slowly creeping up since starting Epi. I love it. Looks wicked.

I can't believe it's day 30 already lol.

Epi 30 mg in the am, 30 mg preWO.

Back, traps, and bi's today. Strength gains are still coming in.

I did the bent over barbell rows and was doing 225 x7x6x6. I think that lift will explode next time since it's the first time I've ever done it. It hit the forearms pretty hard and made them veiny as sh*t... god Epi is good for ripping you up. Striations and veins all over my bi's and traps on every workout showing like crazy.

I have lately been noticing itchy nips. Very light here and there. Nothing scary I feel its normal.

Libido is still strong... either placebo or hCG is actually working my system right since testosterone is still pumping through my body.

That's all today. Gotta see the Gf like clockwork. Goodnight AM.

Yea someone said you drop some water weight after coming off SD. It's been 4 days since coming of SD and my stomach instantly leaned out WITHOUT any lose of weight because I'm still at 195.

This means I must have dropped some water weight and gained something else to keep me at 195 because you can tell for sure I leaned out within 4 days but scale says no change.

This is a great cycle bro.
 
I have a problem maybe you guys can help me out with some opinions.

I finished my 2000 iu of hcg recently and I have 2 vials left of 2000 iu. Now if I cracked another one open, half of it would go to waste as I would only need it for 2 more weeks and it lasts for 4 weeks.

If I save both vials, I have enough hCG for my next cycle.. a 12 weeker with injectables and orals.

What to do????

WHAT IF I CRACKED IT OPEN... AND ADDED ONE MORE WEEK OF EPI MAKING MY CYCLE 7 WEEKS?

What are thoughts on this?
 
CM i am a fan of pushing but a 7 week bridge cycle is crazy for your first cycle... lol. Why are you worried about wasting a little hCG? that stuff is sooo cheap.

I don't want it shipped to my house and the local dealers price is up the a$$ for the stuff lol.

Is it a "horrible" idea if I did it? It's one more week. I'm thinking it would help keep gains more since I'm not running an inject after and put my hCG to better use..
 
Did you run a tape measure of your body parts pre-cycle? Would be nice to see the difference!

The only thing I measured was bi's and they gained .5'. I think they got bigger than just .5' tho... look at my back pic and you'll see they are a lot bigger than a .5' gain.

I wish I measured everything else.

Also note that your body's response to hCG diminishes with time. It might not be a bad thing to up the dose a bit, since you have extra. Just take the extra leftover, divide by the number of doses remaining and add it on.

That's definitely a great idea.

Chemist does the response diminish over continuous usage but after stopping for a long time does the response kick in nicely again? Or diminish for good deal?

Now I wanna add the extra week just for my gains and for the sake for the sake of keeping my gains...

It's been 4 days since coming of SD and I can't notice being off of it. I know it's still lurking my system maybe a little bit... but Epi is doing an amazing job so far.

Chest, tri's, and shoulders today. Saving the 1rep max still.

Benching 225 x10x10x10 now. Definitely moving that up next week to 235-245. This is insane to get this strong this fast lol. My god I was benching 205 for like 4-5 reps before I started cycle and hitting 225 for 10 now.

Dips... forget about it. I haven't been able to do dips. The elbows are too sensitive for some reason to dips. Make up for that with overhead extensions.

Skull crushers I was doing 90 today x8x8x7. I actually never did skull crushers before the cycle started and was doing 70 lbs for like 4-6 reps on the first chest workout on SD. Introducing skull crushers really made my tri's bulge.

All in all... Epi is replacing SD very, very well. I'm still getting stronger every workout by a couple reps. However, I know strength peaks for another 5 days after coming off SD so we will see if Epi can truly measure up in the next few workouts to replace SD. I miss the Beast :(

Ps Cracked my hCG open f*** it lol. And will think hard about pushing it to 7 weeks. So far undecided. I really, really want to hold on to my gains. I've worked to hard to let them slide and if adding another week will help me I might just do it.

Elbows could be hurting for a couple reasons.
1. estrogen reduction caused by epistane and superdrol resulting in dry painful joints.
2. you got a lot stronger than your tendons and joints can handle.

I totally agree! My joints would hurt even in bed.. LOL

Damn epi.. strength was nice on it. a little joint pain was worth it. at least i had the flex, the fish oil and the cissus. if i didnt have that little stack, I wouldn't have made it lol

On the plus side...

Weight is at 197 for 2 days in a row.... SO CLOSE TO 200 LOL.

Diet is steak and rice pretty much... I'm blowing up. Hardness is so indescribable. That tight feeling of DOMS is intensified into such a tight, hard muscle feeling all day after workouts. Constant pump. I swear I'm going to miss this the most.

Water intake is at 2 gallons a day. Started this much water ending week 2... just about the time my shoulder joint got better (and it was damn bad)... coincidence? Hydration might have been da problem.

I wish I had measured my forearms for you guys. They are so thick and veiny from what they used to be even at rest.

I'm definitely hitting some kronic today to get my water and food in. Lately I've been hittin it more than usual and I must say it is helping with many things. Helping to relax my body and muscles after such intense workouts. Keeping my mood elevated. Praise da lowwwdddd fo da wonda drugggg..

I use zanex :) It takes the edge off. It helped ALOT when the sides were making me panic.

Itchy nips suck man! So hard to sleep like that. This might solund crazy but, once I was on a serious bender and had been drinking heavily for months, at work one day I noticed my nips burning and itchy. It wasnt until now...a couple years later that I realize it was probly caused by the drop in test caused by alcohol... lol isnt that nuts? I must be very succeptable to that **** I guess.

Keep it up man BIG FOREAMRS OWN! I work the **** out of mine so I cant even pinch my thumb and index, ILOVE IT MAN!

Diet is steak and rice pretty much... I'm blowing up. Hardness is so indescribable. That tight feeling of DOMS is intensified into such a tight, hard muscle feeling all day after workouts. Constant pump. I swear I'm going to miss this the most.

Water intake is at 2 gallons a day. Started this much water ending week 2... just about the time my shoulder joint got better (and it was damn bad)... coincidence? Hydration might have been da problem.

I wish I had measured my forearms for you guys. They are so thick and veiny from what they used to be even at rest.

I'm definitely hitting some kronic today to get my water and food in. Lately I've been hittin it more than usual and I must say it is helping with many things. Helping to relax my body and muscles after such intense workouts. Keeping my mood elevated. Praise da lowwwdddd fo da wonda drugggg..

Up the calories about 300 and im sure you'll hit and maintain 200.
