Buster's workout log with Get Diesel Nutrition

whats weird is that i feel like i took it too east today. I had so much stamina and endourance but i was to lazy to hit 18-20 sets for my back. Or at least thrown in some forearms or something. Cuz my back certainly felt like it could keep going!!!! maybe its good i dont keep going so i don't over train!
 
i wanna stay a little cut though ya know what i mean? But yeah Tegs workout is similar to DC, i just might have to try it!!

In fact you might say I'm a bit scared. DTH has been with me now for over a month helping me slam iron and feel like a horse in the gym and in the kitchen!!!!

LOL, stacking glycobol with NosEsther would be a killer stack, not to mention that Na-R-Ala helps one to utilize creatine intake, so definitely go for it.:dl:

Nope no rule, just opinons....Just make sure to drink your water. Personally i take it all year. Tho i switch kinds/brands....

My fav. was Green Mag cause i didnt get bloat but when i got sick and stopped using it i guess it went bad cause i went to used it the first day back and it was all very hard stuff :( Not sure what happend? But right now im on SizeOn which i love! But next i wanna try either Neovar or CRE-02.....

But ya just make sure you drink ur H20 bro :)

Ordered me up some JP8 and DTH last night, also added some ZMA to see how it fits in the mix. Gonna be Gettin' Diesel Soon Dawg!. Probly start out slow with the DTH, 2 /day, then see if I need to increase dose.

Checked out Glycobol, looks like a solid deal bro, but if DTH is what's been doin' it for ya, should keep it up :cool:

p.s. lookin' good man, great gains so far, keep up the good work.

thanks BRO. You might wanna PM chuck diesel about the ZMA, and DTH. I think ZMA might do absolutely nothing while on DTH, because DTH does have some zinc in it. Zinc aids your body in producing test or something! ZMA is a staple of mine. I always take it, unless im taking DTH, than i dont take it.

JP8 isnt going no where. But i wanna give the DTH a break. Yeah do2 a day for at least a week maybe 2 weeks. 3 a day is nice but lower sex drive for me :/ 4 a day is hard to deal with, i get lazy, irritable, frustrated, angry, lethargic, angry, tired, and i rage on people sometimes..... yes i did have to mention all those side effects all those times!!!! I didnt knowtice the gains coming any faster on 4 a day than 2 a day. Chuck will tell you that less is more sometimes on DTH!

its called DTH rage

honestly i would take 1/2 scoop your first time, 3/4 scoop actually is just a tiny bit too strong for me, 1/2 scoop is a tiny bit to weak so go in between!
 
Dropping creatine and DTH today. Today is my last day so I will let yall know if i feel any effects from losing 2 of my best supliments. :(

Most people take 3/4 to 1.5 scoops JP8. I take 1 and a 1/4.

Start at 0.5; I take 1 Scoop of the grape, about 1.25-1.5 of the old lemonade. Give it 30-45mins min. to settle in your stomach or you will feel nauseous.

Also buster like I mentioned in the other thread, we are receiving the Glycobol this Friday and will try and get as many orders out as possible. Rest will go out Monday.

posting infrequently to let you know i'm watching :) i agree that less is more - tolerance doesn't build up as fast, and the sides don't always show with a lower dose.
 
Usually, I have to have down time from stuff, as I build up a tolerance pretty quickly. However, JP8 still hits me just as hard as it did like 2 months ago. I am taking some down time for this month though. I still didn't need more than almost a scoop to be in the zone.

Post Workout - Protein + bcaa + beta alanine + waxi maize starch

Forearms: 9 sets
3 sets reverse wrist curls: 40 lbs, 55 reps, 45 reps, 35 reps
3 sets hammer curls: 35 lbs, 20 reps, 16 reps, 12 reps
3 sets wrist curls: 65 lbs, 40 reps, 35 reps, 25 reps

Abs: 7 sets
4 sets cable crunches: 75 lbs, 18 reps, 15 reps, 12 reps, 10 reps
3 sets side bends: 1 sets 45 lbs, 20 reps; 2 sets, 70 lbs, 15 reps, 12 reps

Calories: 3,000

Review: Even though I did not take DTH today I could still feel the effects because I did not take JP8 pre workout today. I was very pumped up, extremely vascular, and very intense for my workout!!!! Blasted through the workout with skin streching pumps, although it would have been even MORE intense with the JP8, i know this by experice. JP8 + DTH = Skin almost ripping from pumps!
 
woo so happy i have some DTH on the way. I can't wait to use it even though it wont be any time soon. I hope to feel the libido and aggression everyone talks about.
 
When do you plan on running it?

How many tabs a day you plan on dosing? The aggression can get annoying so be careful. My sweetspot was 2 or 3 a day

Well I am still on cycle for another 3-4 weeks then I have a good 4-6 weeks of PCT. I'm not quite sure when I am going to dose it or how to dose it as I have never used DTH before
 
Well Idk if I want any of that aggression. Right now I am in NEED of an outlet. Lifting hasn't been cutting it. Sometimes I feel like people are testing me to see if I will try and hurt them.

than you definately need to be careful on the DTH! I know that feeling. I never felt like that but when i started taking DTH, i almost did hurt some people. I've gotten very close but either someone held me back or I just ended up yelling like crazy. I would stick to 2 a day if i were you. LOL

Lol the weird thing is I am like the nicest guy ever. I get the whole "u r too nice" thing ALL the time. Yet I tend to intimidate people apparenlty, 5'6" 220lbs and enough muscle I guess. I guess I should smile every once in a while out in public.
But when I get mad I get mad and it is usually senseless. I felt like ripping my car appart today because my ID dropped between my seat and the center console and the way it was down there I couldnt get it out.
But I am def wanting to try DTH.

Lol ya I try and take care of my car.
I wish it was wrestling season already. I help coach at my old high school. But this upcoming they want me to be more of a jv coach so hopefully I don't kill any of them. I want to lose some weight so I have more options to wrestle.
 
day 14 - OH NOOOO

i injured my chest today!


today was chest day....

warmup
135lbs, 30 reps

i felt a little cramp in my left pec after this. Like a minor cramp, i streched it for a good 30 seconds.

1st. set
225lbs, going for 8 reps, on my second rep i hear "crackle crackle" so i set the weight up. It did hurt a lot but not enough so that i couldnt get the wait up. After than i knew i pulled or ripped something in my chest. The pain is in the part of my chest that goes into my armpit. like right next to my armpit kinda. I streched it a lot after, i dunno if this is bad, but it didnt hurt it. any flexing or movement that i do with my chest muscle kinda hurts, not a lot but it still feels pain.


ANY IDEA WHAT I DID TO MYSELF????? Think I can work out my chest next week?

I am icing it as i type this!!!!

I know and live this feeling all to often, and it's a very true statement. Test can make the nicest guy in the world an instant a$$hole.

I dont think stretching a muscle pull is the thing to do. That sucks man, I would not do any chest for at least a week and see how it feels. Even if it feels ok, doesnt mean its healed...jus sayin.

I agree with TripDog. Did the same thing, but with my left leg, stayed off leg exercises till it healed. No way you wanna further damage something that could be minor.

true that. feels like it wont be too bad. but definately wanna let it fully heal. How long did you wait for your leg?

What TripDog suggested, a week or so. Then just did something very small, like some lunges w/ added weight. My Leg seemed fine after that.

Since pretty much every arm exercise uses a part of your chest, might wanna be extra cautious. Just lookin' out for ya dawg
 
i would completely lay off all upper body until you get that fixed.

i'd also light on lower body, nothing where you clamp down with your hands, like leg extensions.

i may be a bit too cautious, but rather kick this in the butt now than continue and injure it further and be out even longer...
 
Agreed with all the above! Dont want it to hinder progress for later! Do what you can to allow it to heal in a week, and see what it feels like next week and even then i would be skeptical and wait another week! Itll be frustrating for sure, but we all have these times! Mine was the ribs early last summer. That royally sucked!
 
Let it rest, and check back on it very lightly to see how it's doing. Down time sucks, but that's the way it goes sometimes. Hope it heals up quick for ya!!
 
Chest feels a good amount better today. I can do things with my left arm now but streching or flexing hard still hurts a little bit. But it feels A TON better!
