Boxmeman's high RPM run through HAVOC... while armed with Napalm & Clen

Day 5:

Morning cardio
3RPM
Fast pace 3 mile fartlek simply killer!!!
Followed by taking Anabolic Pump

Quads + Hams
3 RPM
Anabolic Pump taken 1 hour before workout 15 min later Pslin was taken and adequate carbs were taken in (felt great)
This was crazy because I did a 40,30,20,15 Leg ext (pre-exhaust), followed by squats 15 (205),12 (255),10 (265),10 (275), I then hit up barbell lunges(3 sets 10 (135),10 (165), 10 (165) inwhich I felt stronger than ever!!! Followed by sissy squats and leg curls.

Night time Cardio
3 RPM (to make things exciting)
A nabolic Pump afterwards
Hit up a moderate paced 3 miles followed by 8 100yd sprints (under 15 sec each-most low to moderate 14's), gave myself a couple min rest (stretched out the hams and quads), and on the way back literally halled some major ass!(competition pace) I took note that although my quads would occasionally feel fatigued...that my legs and calves feel completely fresh and renewed allowing me to speed up whenever I wanna, my speed and power of my legs without a doubt feel like they have gained immense strength (and im only on day 5)!!! Had slight back pump towards the end of run (this could be from squats), but i'll just throw back some taurine from now on just in case!! No way in hell are back pumps interfering with these amazing cardio session im having!!!
 
Wow your too hard core for me lol, if I tried this kind of a cycle I'd be in a pine box :sick:
 
Day 6:
Anabolic Pump
No morning cardio
this afternoon had 3 RPM for a quick pick me up dam im tired and sore from leg day plus that crazy cardio!!

Chest + Bi's
3RPM
Pslin + Anabolic Pump
Crazy pumps and strength has progressed soooo much!! I actually slightly stronger now than before I had the flu!! Leaning out very well and tomorrow will be a double cardio session without any weights involved(off day)..

Day 6:

No morning cardio

how are you using the ap/p-slin combo?

exactly how its supposed be done lol.. its working well!Ive already played around with Yellow Gold a couple month back for a few months so i def know hat im doing and the effects ,etc not to mention it really helps to read other logs....My dosing is somewhat similar to yours and Mullet soldier....

Day 7:

Morning Cardio:
3RPM
This was great!! everything was nice and easy...my heart rate was def sky high! Which was interesting, anyhow I was very satisfied!

Night Cardio:
3RPM
This was great as well!! Although I began to get a cramp 10 min in I took a few deep breath while keeping a moderately paced jog, stretched the proceeded to turn around and hall ass!!! Followed by a 10 min cool down(jog).. This had me really going and when I got home I was pretty tired all in all this run was a sheer 4 miles yet paced extremely fast on the second portion!

Note: Muscles are def feeling much fuller...hmmmmm must be the AP and Pslin!
 
Your a nut box! I'm glad to see your doing enough cardio for all of us though, so I'm gonna go ahead and skip mine today lol.....Keep it going brotha, your a beast!!!!

I cant effin wait to see what kind of nutrient repartioners we'll have in just a couple years. Supplements have gotten so much better over the last couple of years and it just keeps getting better and better!!!

Day 8:

Morning Cardio
3 RPM
Short (20 min) yet fasted paced this went well and gave me a great kick start for a Friday morning!!

Back + Tri's
3RPM
This went fantastic as well!! My strength is def progressing at breakneck speed umm i think my winny is beginning to kick in!! Aggression can be freakin crazy at times.... Lifts are def progressing (especially noted noticed good progression today)... Worked out with my best friend so the training was rather intense were both in sync with each others workout capabilities, etc and he also has a faster pace than i do (this made it fun!!)

Night Cardio
3 RPM (wanted to kill it)
hahaha this was yet another short (25 min) but sweet run, I noticed moderate fatigue from the killer back workout that I had...(no back pumps as of yet!)

Note: Day 3 of PSARM (LG Sciences), also going to take IGH-1 (LG Sciences) before bed and see how that works!
 
Day 9:
Morning Cardio:

This was great as I actually had some fun on a track....I'd sprint full speed a straight away and a half then jog th other half of the straight away! Although this was great fun my heart rate was cruising high from clen! Anyhow this was definitely intense!

Night Time Cardio:
3 RPM
Kept moderate pace for 25 minutes and called it a night!! It's been a hell of a day(VERY VERY VERY busy)! Anyhow I'm gonna sleep in a little tomorrow and hit up morning cardio, delts and traps in the afternoon and put the icing on the cake with nighttime cardio!
 
Keep up the good work box. Any chance for befores and afters? I'd love to see the incredible progress your going to make with this stack.
