Day 5:
Morning cardio
3RPM
Fast pace 3 mile fartlek simply killer!!!
Followed by taking Anabolic Pump
Quads + Hams
3 RPM
Anabolic Pump taken 1 hour before workout 15 min later Pslin was taken and adequate carbs were taken in (felt great)
This was crazy because I did a 40,30,20,15 Leg ext (pre-exhaust), followed by squats 15 (205),12 (255),10 (265),10 (275), I then hit up barbell lunges(3 sets 10 (135),10 (165), 10 (165) inwhich I felt stronger than ever!!! Followed by sissy squats and leg curls.
Night time Cardio
3 RPM (to make things exciting)
A nabolic Pump afterwards
Hit up a moderate paced 3 miles followed by 8 100yd sprints (under 15 sec each-most low to moderate 14's), gave myself a couple min rest (stretched out the hams and quads), and on the way back literally halled some major ass!(competition pace) I took note that although my quads would occasionally feel fatigued...that my legs and calves feel completely fresh and renewed allowing me to speed up whenever I wanna, my speed and power of my legs without a doubt feel like they have gained immense strength (and im only on day 5)!!! Had slight back pump towards the end of run (this could be from squats), but i'll just throw back some taurine from now on just in case!! No way in hell are back pumps interfering with these amazing cardio session im having!!!
