BOSSMAN'S First supplement log on AM

I regular supplement vitamin D just cause i'm inside most of the day at work so I feel it's a staple year round for me. Probably not so much for you since you do so much outside work in the summer!

So BFF nailed it again with he new flavor Rocket Pop. I have a bout a week left if my combo. I will be using a new combo after that just to get my stash down. After that 30 day run I will jump right back on the BFF combo.

Today was a piss poor workout. Should have just stayed in bed . No focus at all. Strength and endurance was there, just mental. Just regular life stress and anxiety. I constantly have alot of sh1t going on and pulling me 25 different ways all day long and it cat has up to me every once and a while. This morning was one of them days.
Just gotta get through the day safe today and hopefully wake up tomorrow settled down.
 
I haven't found a product flavored rocket pop that doesn't taste good!

To the are you insane for all of that during that workout? No not at all or maybe it is like Rocket said and we are all insane here but those are my favorite workouts. I lways say I end up pacing like an animal, and have even been known to growl to myself I am feeling so primal. My wife told me one day while lifting, do you even realize when you are in the zone sometimes you growl. I don't because of my headphones but it makes sense that I would because I do feel like an animal at those times!

Man this Full Blitz looks really good from all the reviews. I am going to have to try it once I finish the 2 tubs of pre I have at home.

I’ve been using vasoblitz daily since it’s release. Finally ordered a tub of fullblitz to see how it goes

Yup...the walking in circles...bobbing to the music etc etc....my wife comes out on Saturday mornings from time to time. First off the Killswitch is cranking.....and I'm doing my thang and she usually says "your an idiot" (jokingly).

Sukks to have an awesome workout like that and 2 days later a piss poor workout.

The vaso/full blitz is legit...the longer you use it the better it gets

Got some homies coming down from philly tomorrow night for a show. Gonna get the whole crew together hopefully. Busy weekend as usual

Day #1 ended up being a non training day due to my home team "Nationals" pulling out a game 5 thriller last night. No sleep

I followed directions per label, took 2 caps 5am and 2 caps at 2pm. Nothing to note at this time.

Reached into the stash this morning and came out with kraken. This will be my new pwo for the 20-30 days. Only doing 1 scoop at the time brings though I'm testing out the Vasoforce xt.

Fellas, the flavoring of this pwo is top notch, just like their proteins

I'm hoping this Vasoforce can keep up with my vaso/full blitz stack Ive been using for the last 2 months

Seeing Vasoforce has 600mg Vaso6, Kraken has 150mg in one scoop. Which is a very very large dose (600mg is already super high). Just a FYI

1 scoop of kraken also has half dosed clinical doses of Citrulline, Beta-Alanine, Taurine and all the noots. You would be better off using fuel or a low-stim pick me up just for the caffeine and seeing how well VasoForce shines with the pumps. Another reason why you may see the reps from SNS stack this with Focus XT (Nootropic based product) for energy

Not only is the taste top notch, if you know and deal with the right people the price is untouchable. I can get a 2 month supply for around 35$. Free shipping, and 75% of the time a free shaker or towel or something...

Wish my current budget was allowing for me to grab the things I want instead of just the things I need! I would be all over that. I think I will be good to start getting more goodies in a couple months. Hopefully they decide this one is a keeper.

Holy F**k am I'm eating...all day long. It took me a week to get my cabinets situated to meet my macros. Crazy part is, the scale is going up...but my pants are still falling off my azz. Gotta go find pants tonight to wear this weekend. Got another concert tomorrow.
Shirts are a large....chest. shoulders, back, and biceps are busting out but hanging off the midsection. I like it
