Fellas that's a 10/10 overall, very rare. I took in consideration everything. Ex: today is my first day lifting in 3 days, haven't taken a pwo in 3 days, have had 2 good night of sleep, still, this stuff is for real. No I did not feel like a crack head, but I couldn't get enough in my time frame this morning. Look at my workout this morning, non stop 3 sets 3 different muscle groups with 30 sec rest!! It's almost 3 hours later and I feel so awake and alert. What an awesome pwo, I will have this in the arsenal from here on out.

True shred...4 caps daily, this is the start of the 3 Rd week for me. I beleive it is starting to take effect fully now. My whole body is solid, definitely have a leaner physique in the mirror. Veins in shoulders, forearms, and hands. Look over the past 15 years I was a fat boy, if you follow my logs you will know I have lost almost 90lbs, this is the first time in 20 years since high school I have had showing abs, can I put it all on true shred...prolly not but I will say it has definitely assisted along with diet and core 5 days a week. I'm gonna get another bottle and give it a 8 week run. I like this product. Any of you guys with a bit more knowledge / experience, would I get any benefit out of maybe taking an additional 2 caps of true shred a day? Upping my dosage to 6 caps a day?

Update on the I AM GOD by Insane labz, after shopping today I found its too expensive for my blood. 44.99 for 25 servings. I don't mind spending my hard earned cash, but 2$ a serving lil rough. Let me know if anybody can find it cheaper or a better deal

How about upping the dosage o true shred, extra 2 caps, any benefits?

From the eyeball I would say it was 1 good serving, that's a great point you just brought to my attention. Loading up them samples packets. I took it at around 308am. I was definitely still rolling, super clean energy and took my alpha lean at 830. So I got a good 4-5 hours off it. I wasn't coming down or anything, that's just around my normal time for alpha lean. Me personally I wouldn't take it it after say 5 or 6 pm, but then again I'm rolling all day on 1 cap of Alpha Lean. Since that post I have found it for 33$ from some help of some friends here. My sample packet was thy shall not covet...it was a lime flavor. .straight up tasted like old school lemon lime gatorade

I have it in the stash, would have to drop the alpha lean I beleive before I started the skulptor..was just wondering if 2 more caps of true shred would be over kill or increase the effects I'm getting off 4?

I don't know, I was very happy with the results from 4 a day, give 6 a try and see what happens.

Reached a new goal this morning during normal warmup routine on treadmill. Hit 2 miles in 20 minutes. ..wtf am I a runner now??? Pic reflects total warmup, had to back her down for a few minutes to chill for a few .
 
Feeling great, raining here in maryland yesterday, today, and tomorrow. I'm taking advantage of the down time. Actually had some couch time last night after 10 hour day shift. But man my lawncare is gonna be jumping this weekend, 3 days of rain outs to make up plus what's already scheduled. It's all good.

So woke up 30 minutes late, that just screws up everything for me. Put my feet on the ground, checked the mirror (looked good) and said f**k it, let's grind this out. Started normal routine, back was busted. Lower back, must have slept wrong I guess. Terrible workout this morning but better than nothing. Got in some mild cardio, and hit the core the best I could. No weights

That's alright. Some type of workout, even if it's just mild cardio, is better than no workout.

No sir good to go, just wanna wake up tomorrow with a healthy back. Got a big weekend lined up. I beleive I have pin pointed the back issue to a certain exercise and not a bad nights sleep. I remember about 2 weeks ago I had the same issue, went back through the log and dam sure there it was, a back issue. Gotta love the log book. I call them side bends, standing straight, 60lb db in right hand , left hand on head. Bend to the right and pull up with core/waist...no more for me, do both sides, twisting my lower back all up

Replace these with side planks, the more unstable you can make them the better too. So if you can do them up on your hand instead of your elbow that is going to increase the contraction massively due to the need for balancing as well. Stabilizing is the way you want to strengthen and tighten that area, not flexion. Especially if you are feeling the other exercise in your lower back.

When you do planks make sure you are flexing every supporting muscle as hard as humanly possible. Also you want to make sure you keep pushing your body up and away from the floor as high as possible. No resting on the bones for support. It makes a HUGE difference!!!!

I do a lot of side bends, but I don't use weight, I am afraid of making my waist blockier (Is that a word?)

Same. I actually hurt my back once doing it with weight so I typically will just do high rep no weight now.
