I sampled a bottle of REVAMP and it really did work for me and quickly. I even got my wife a bottle and again...it worked! I have a bottle in my cabinet for the next time. Really is good stuff!

Yah I have a bottle stashed away as well, I am pleased that my N2KTS is still giving me great results in the gym though. I am thinking it's because not all the benefits are based on just stim alone, even so I feel energtic in the stim department as well...nothing lasts as long as this stuff does...

Rolled out for some AM cardio today: 28 minutes, random hills profile, 148 cals, 125 max HR, all day burn :)

With only an hour sleep I was very pleased with my energy level and strength in the gym. My body is starting to get sore all over from these last few workouts. A very good feeling. :head:

My arms were pumping like mad after this workout I almost didn't want to drive it was so bad. But in a good way I suppose.

My dietary for today: 2061 cals (84.5 carbs, 197 protein [plus 24g bcaa], 104 fats) with an estimated burn of 3567 for a deficit of 1506. This 2k cal or so crap on off days is really starting to blow, but seems to be paying off.

Not bad keep up the hard work. Dieting sucks but it will pay off in the end.

I'll say one hours sleep, I would have to be on plenty of stim to get through that....

Yep the low days suck when dieting, you can extend the fast period so ti seems like you're eating more...

Extending the fast does help some. Also using something to suppress appetite always helps too (like N2burn)

Shedding some fat?

The scale isn't moving much lately, but the mirror tells a different story. I beleive the "skin chub" (to use Jeff's term) on my chest is smaller and there is certainlly more visibility in my delts, not what I ould call striated, but when I roll my shoulders, you can distinguish all 3 head as they pop out. (Does that description make sense?)

Man then 2000 cals really sucks...without a fast to help me I would be very frustrated.

5:30-6:25 Made a discovery tonight that is both good news and bad news. I realized that 85% of 420 is 357, rounds down to 355, while I have been pushing 365 for my sell out sets of deads and squats and being disappointed with the number of reps. Bad news is I kind of messed up my week on targets, good news is, I am not losing strength as I had feared.

Squat -275x5, 315x5, 365x4 (Belt on last set only)

Leg Press - 680 15/12/1

Lying Leg Curl 120 12/10/10

Hack Squat (below parallel) 230x12/12/12

Cable Crunch 110x20, 140x20, 170x20

Dietary for today: 2427 cals (171 carbs, 241 protein [plus 18 g bcaa], 82 fats) with an estimated burn of 4005 for a deficit of 1578.

Tomorrow, I am starting the Epi/RS Trans/ 1 Andro Dosing. Figure I will go 5 pump Trans am, 10mg epi late, 10g epi and 1 tab 1 Andro post work out, 1 tab 1 andro before bed for the first week. If it goes well like this, will bump the epi to 30mg daily for 2 weeks, bump to 40 for the last week and a few days till all 90 are gone if my body tolerates 30mg daily well. (or I could go 10 days at 20mg, 10 days at 30mg, 10 days at 40.)

Hmm... super fun run coming I'd say. Epi/Trans/1-andro. Should give you a lot of strength. Trans should take care of the lethargy. I think you could probably go a bit higher on Epi though. Is this your first run?

Not 1st ever, but first with epi, I am a bit concerned about stacking it with 2 other compounds even though they are not methyls. The reading I have done suggests 20-30 when stacking epi with other compounds. I am starting at 20 and going up depending on how my body tolerates it. I know from running halo that I am susceptible to back pumps and lethargy (which 1 andro supposedly can cause-lethargy that is). By the time I hit the 6th week of the halo, I was more than ready to be off of it and fighting myself to go to the gym. Really do not want a repeat of that.

Wow, my libido DIED on Hdrol. haha. 5th and 6th week were the best though... strength wise anyway. Lethary... didnt get much on it.. haha. I was on OEP as well... I have very low BP naturally.

Yah I remember 1-Test causing lethargy, we used to mix in 4AD and we were good to go. That Transermal is what this board was built on, the most unbelievable strength gains I have ever experienced. Transaderm may be good to mix with I-Andro. There are 4AD type products available I don't know how good they are.

Notes: Probably placebo/psychosomatic, but I felt very aggressive in the weight room tonight. Did not get as many reps as I would have liked in this workout, but I have not done anything but a deload workout for chest for 3 weeks. The shoulder felt pretty good, so I am not going to complain. Bumped the Cissus to 4g am, 4 g post work out for today. Think I am gonna run it at 2 on lower body days, 4-8g on upper body days.

Flat DB Bench @75's 12/11/10 (All reps touched chest)

Inc BB Press - 160 8/8/8 (All reps touched mid chest, slow negs)

Assisted Dip 235 - 9/8/7 (These hurt a bit at first till I found the right groove)

2H OH Cable Rope Tri extension @ 140 10/10

Slow day today, spent 6+hrs driving to Columbus and back to help a friend try to get his car running to bring it home, 9hour invested overall. Did the best I could with the diet on the road: 2148 cals (137 carbs, 179 protein [plus 12g bcaa], 100 fats).

Don't feel bad all I did was a little cardio this morning and broke my fast at dinner time. Cause I knew I was going for Mexican food and Jumbo Frozen Margarita. LOL...
