Fed from a bit after 12 till about 8:30. 2418 cals(128 carbs, 241 pro [+45 g bcaa], 104 fats) estimated burn of 4200.

Man supper was good. LOW CARB PIZZA. I'll post pictures and recipe later. The 2 year old boy at the living daylights out of the low cal/carb desert pizza. So did the wife, no leftovers left of it.

Workout was another nice one.

I try to get enough protein from healthy foods but not possible everyday. If its a choice of not at all or powders, I'll go with powders

I am just putting it out there right now I am down to 235 now. Which is good considering I blew up to 245 again. Will get some pics up this weekend. I have leaned up some. Kinda sucks I jacked my back going into the last week. Oh well that's life. Good luck to the rest of you.

Rolled out for a fasted session, deload week, so I figured it would be ok even on squat day.

Day 1, wk 4 (60%)
12:15-1:00
Squat 5x5 @ 215 (did these squatting down to a milk crate w/3 45's under it. Did not hit it every rep but got closer w/ each set, did hit on some however)

Power cleans 5x5 at 105.

Split squat (still really working on form for these, learning how to get proper foot placement helps)
Bwx6/6, 10's w/no balance assist 6/6, Bulgarian style no assist w/ 10's 4/4.

Leg raise 15 (switched to lying) 20/20.

Wrapped things up with 30 min variable resist cardio - 182 cals.
 
Dietary for today: Fed from about 2:30-a bit before 9. 2256 cals (136 carbs, 214 protein {plus 40g BCAA}, 95 fats) estimated burn of 3670.
 
Well I didn't win this round but I'm back in the fight.

Not too sure about that. Combed the first few pages, looks like you started at 295. If your current listed weight of 270 is accurate, you may in fact be our victor (we are all winners in my book) but of course we have to wait for D2 to check in.

Well today I made the choice to go in and try to get some training in. There was some good and some not so good. After the first rep I knew I wasn't ready but said fug it. I can't let what I have started get further behind. So here you go. It is funny how adrenaline and emotions can get you to a different place and allows you to focus that much better.

had to stop after this my back was extremely sore. I should not have lifted the weight I did. But damnit I wanted it.

Freeze man, is 25 pounds correct for your grand total (Start 295, finish 270)?

I will continue to post here for the accountability and to keep you all posted on my progress, but I am not really down for another competition at this time, gonna run some stuff that althouhg leaning, should add some mass too, so a weight loss contest is not really in the cards for me at this time.

Yes sorry but I've done a lousy job

I assume that means 270 is not accurate. Go ahead and post up, nothing to be ashamed of. Last go round I only lost about 5 pounds, so were you less than that? Also, do remember you had some tough **** to deal with that made working out less than a priority. Not gigging, just trying to figure out who owes who the prize.
 
I need to look back and see what my starting weight is. This morning I clocked in at 261.2

2) That is just my gym time.

3) Starting weight: 274.2 lbs. Body Fat: 26.6%

All day would be roughly 4.6K. I don't have my fuelband or fitbit yet to be more accurate. Just taking my BMR + exercise cals.

i know you were, definately no hard feelings. i just delt with alot and although I did lose a ton at first, the middle sucked bigtime but im back on track thats all that matters

Are we doing round three? I dont feel like i deserve a prize but how about this. If you got something xtra in your stash like protein or something you are using that would help , send that too me
 
Freeze had a good head start cuz he could really rock the burn days at 1500 cals and then give his metabolism a boost at 3000. This is an optimum weight loss scenario on lean gains. You would definitely adjust it when you dropped closer to single digits but it would be good till you hit 12-14 % I would think. Personally I think you could use till you hit 10%... but you would want to adjust to get very low as 1500 is pretty low. Maybe something along the lines of 3000 2000 would be ok at that time.
