Big Boys on quest for leanness phase 2

Whew, last few days have been a whirl wind at work. Will say this though, 7 days = 10.2 pounds lost, today was the first day I didn't lose a lot, I think the whoosh is over. Back to the grind til the next whoosh. My weight has never been a steady weight loss, I will lose slightly then whoosh it'll come off then back to slight loss for awhile.

Beasting out!!! Nice work.

About to hit the gym, but a question before I go.

When I finish my hghpro (effects are so so) I am thinking about running DAA + Erase. From what I have seen that seems like a pretty good combo, any thoughts? Would running Erase alone be effective enough? If I could get away with taking one supplement that would be great.

just got home, hes stable but still in icu, they say there not sure whats going on but that if he does pull threw, he will have to go into a home

Its a good combo. Erase will work solo but rocks stacked with a daa based or bulk daa product.

Ran a 5k on local track tonight, whew is all I got to say.

Diet was great today right around 1800 cals with 250g being protein.

Standard supplement stack for mw.

2/29/12

Today started off crappy. Well actually it started off last night. Our main water line broke and flooded our yard. (I am going to hate to see our water bill.) Well it started off by me having to dig up the pipe and find where it was leaking. Finally found it and had to go buy the material to repair it. Then had to cover the holes up. 2 feet deep by 10 yards approx. with a shovel. Grrrrr.

I didn't break my fast until almost 3 pm because I lost track of time and yes I was a workout day. However I think it might have helped cause I had another good training session. Hit some more highs.

Did 5 minutes of cardio for warm up. Then came home and ran/jogged 1 1/2 miles on the street in 9 minutes. I was not so happy with this, my hamstrings down to my calves really need a lot of work being stretched out. I have always had this issue even when I stretched on a regular bases.

Nice job on the STR gains Jeff!

Do you guys know of an app that tracks your workouts? Obviously you guys track it somehow or have extremely good memories. I really need to track mine as far as weight and sets and exercises, would be nice if there was an app instead of pencil and paper.

I'm running a 5k today so I'll do it for him! Prayers as always man.

Ended up doing a 10k today bros! I started and I almost quit after 25 minutes as I wasn't feeling it, I remembered I promised to run a 5k in support earlier in this thread so I kept going, once I hit the 5k that runners high kicked in and I went ahead and kept going. Ran just over a 10k in right around 90 minutes, with a calorie burn of 1302 according to the hrm. Stepped on the scale today after the run and lunch and I about fell over.. I'm in the 260's..... Just the start of Feb I was back up to 282lbs. Talk about motivation, went to get a snack and seeing that loss helped me skip over the candy bars we have in house and I snagged a couple string cheeses.

Add in I had my shirt off and was hanging out around the house and I got up and put some plates on top of our cabinets for her and she said my back and arms are as she put it...Oh La La looking. Score, Ego is inflated and I think that is taking a couple pounds off as I'm floating on air to the attention that is slowly coming my way.

Keep at it bro's this is our year! 2012!

No Feb. of this year.. I started August 1st, 2011 at 382.. Oh I see my error I meant 282. I was 282 at the start of feb as I had actually gained some weight there for awhile with a bad diet.

Man you guys are kicking my arse. But keeping me motivated. I have personally been in a slump. Weight has been going up and down 5lbs over the last couple of weeks. So frustrating.

Been there man, it eventually breaks! I had the same 5lb ups and down for 1.5 months and it was very frustrating.

Sad thing is strength is going up and I am not on anything anymore. About to start my pct on monday.

3/2/12

First and foremost I may have to make adjustment tomorrow on the weights. Some dummy (me) left my darn workout sheet at the gym so I will go back tomorrow to get it. Now another note. I am almost finished with my run of beast mode. I have been using two scoops 30 minutes prior to my workouts. And to be honest i don't really feel anything anymore, So starting Monday I will bump up my scoops to 3 and see how that goes. My strength is going up for some reason and I am not taking anything anymore and am about to start my PCT on Monday. The other bad thing is every since I bumped my calories back up to 2400 on workout days and 1800 on non workout my weight have been up by 3-5 lbs. But my clothes are fitting looser so maybe I am adding some mass now in lieu of pure fat and mass loss?

DB Incline Bench

8 reps 90 lbs (PR to date)

Also did 10 minutes of Cardio for warm up at 6.0

So here is a funny on my weight has gone up and down over the last month I was as low as 233 to as much as 239 when I did my re-feed a couple weeks ago. But check this out.

2/6/12
I used the Omron HBF-306f body fat scale at the gym. It was 6:30 in the evening I had two meals prior to hitting the gym, my scale weight at that moment was 237 lbs and measured 27.3% body fat

I used the Omron HBF-306f body fat scale at the gym. It was 6:30 in the evening I had two meals prior to hitting the gym, my scale weight at that moment was 236 lbs and measured 24.1% body fat.

My weight is up I think because I have added more calories. I may even add more. I am currently bringing in 2400 on workout and 1800 on non workout days. Doing the IF diet. I am torn if I should change things up as far as going back to eating every 3 ish hours or not, never the less I am considering bumping my calories up to 2600-2800 on workout days and 2100-2300 on non. I am only thinking this do to my current size and almost feel like I have been in a starvation mode for a long while now. Any input is welcome. I will say this every since I came back up to the 2400/1800 I am not satisfied when finished eating. I am still hungry and have been ignoring the urge to want to eat more.
