Incline Bench: 2 sets - 5 reps (These hurt my right shoulder so I stopped)

Deadlifts 3 sets - 5 reps
Dumbell Rows 5 sets - 10 reps
Curls 5 sets - 10 reps
Tricep Pulldowns 5 sets - 10 reps
Skullcrushers 4 sets - 7 reps

Added some crunches and pushups to my regiments and a couple extra lifts. Just felt like a beast. Wanted to do more, and didn't feel like cardio per say.
