I wanna get to a six pack without flexing and never go back to more than 12% bf again.. of course im gonna get as big as i can over time, but with a low bodyfat- because thats what the **** were all trying to do here right?? Well i know that what im trying to do..

Yesterday was legs.. took it easy on the left knee. No squats, no leg extensions.. just 6 sets of heavy ass leg presses (very slow and easy) and some leg curls and cardio.

Sunday was chest:
Incline BB bench: 225x12, 275x10, 245x10, 245x10
Incline DB bench: 100'sx10, 10, 10 (this is as heavy as my gym at home has lol)
Iso press: 290x10, 10, 9
Cable pushdowns: 180x10, 10, 10
Abs: check

N.O. Ignite has been good.. still at one scoop preworkout

CLEN AND T3 FINALLY HERE AND IM DOSING 25mcg t3 and 40 clen tonite before an hour of cardio..

The final 6 weeks is upon us and im gonna grind it out and get as shredded as possible through diet, training, cardio, and a little edge ;) during this incredibly tempting time of year

This time of year I enjoy the holiday foods and bulking while still staying in the 12-14% range.. Thanksgiving and all the christmas cookies and fudge i got around the house. Its heaven :food:

Now spring/summer is when i like to be lean & shredded :D

Be careful with the clen (at first) before cardio. I've only had a really brief experience with it, but the first time I dosed I almost felt high when I drove to the gym shortly after. I got used to it after about Day 2 or 3, though.

And I agree with cutting down and then keeping a really low bf% while slowly bulking the rest of my days; I intend to do the same thing as you as soon as the new year hits.

i puked doing fasted cardio on helios.. might be effective but i hate throwing up lol... the only time i like tasting the bittersweet taste of victory is after squats or deadlifts lol

I have an enormous tolerance for stims.. but thanks for the advice- everything has its own effects.. took one 40mcg yesterday evening and took two today: one in the am and one around 5pm... not bad, got a little sweaty earlier but that couldve been the t3..

Yesterday's back workout was swell.. nothing worth noting. Tonight's chest was good.. also nothing great.. 275 pounds incline bb bench and followed that with 110 pound incline db presses. Felt good.. took my shirt off and didnt look as lean as I have- i think due to the enormous amount of christmas ham ive consumed today which = tons of sodium added to my gallon or so intake of water lol

Weight: 218... down 10 or 12 pounds from the beggining of this.

Started dosing the t3 at 50mcg and the clen at 80mcg yesterday. Will continue this amount with each for the next 3 days which will complete the first of the last six weeks of this cycle. The second week of t3 will be at 75mcg and clen at 80. The 3rd week, im speculating, will be 100mcg t3 and 80mcg clen and will eventually bump clen to 100. Im gonna keep the clen 6 whole weeks.. ive read its effects last 6 weeks. And Mdrol will be thrown in the last 3 weeks at 10mg :D.. i think im gonna look reaaaaal good fellas!

N.O. Ignite Update: still dosing at 1 scoop preworkout- did yesterday and tonight. Hasnt lost any effects from what i can tell :)
 
Also wanna note slight jitterness- probably from clen (but no heavy breathing and stimmed up feeling like i get from ECA)

And i am easy to sweat.. not like i sweat all day but for instance, i walked my dog today about a mile and was wearing a long sleeve thermal shirt and a light fleece over that and got sweaty.. its about 35 degrees here so i know thats a deviation from my normative state. Probably the t3..

Did legs yesterday.. went up to 315 on squats due to continued knee rehab.. felt pretty good, the goddamn bar kept sliding off my hoodie lol

Did some leg presses on the smith while lying supine on a flat bench and pressing the bar straight up with the legs.. my buddy at the 24 hour gym showed me this..a first for me but thats what i had to work with lol

Pretty much killed legs yesterday and hit some shoulders tonight.. felt good! Nothing changed dramatically regarding the workout. My buddy had the new touch screen video cam out and all the boys filmed eachother lifting.. i took my shirt off and hit a couple of poses and just want to say my rear lat spread is sic! I was really surprised seeing it for the first time lol

NO ignite update: still at 1 scoop pre workout and im feeling good..

Also bumped clen to 100mcg and T3 to 75mcg today and will sustain that dose for the rest of the week.

Ive had sinus issues the past couple of weeks but those have dissipated and i still have a little lump in my throat.. i thought it was kinda weird but it could def be the thyroid gland reacting... ima have to study up on that

Yeah, that is one of the sides of T3. You best hide those poptarts lol.

From my very limited knowledge on the Thyroid gland... T3 is derived from T4 by enzymatic conversion in the blood and peripheral tissues. T3 is the more active form of thyroid hormone, and binds to nuclear thyroid hormone receptors in different cells and tissues. In contrast to T4 which has a long half-life of several days, T3 has a short half life (hours), and disappears more rapidly from our blood after a single dose. Furthermore, T3 is much more potent, and if taken in excessive dosages, T3 may rapidly cause problems such as fast heart beats and palpitations, increased sweating or anxiety, increased blood pressure, and in some patients, even chest pain (angina).

To my knowledge there is no direct connection between sinuses and thyroid gland. I do know from past experience (ex-wife had Graves Dx = Hyperthyroidism) whenever her thyroid became Hyper she would get very tired and exhausted feeling all the time, constantly out of breath, just worn out. The best way to describe it from her mouth was she felt those weakening symptoms like when you have a high fever &/or are really sick, the same weakness, just no nausea and other symptoms. As far as the lump in/around your thyroid gland, that could and probably is related, whenever she was having an episode of being too hyper in the thyroid, her thyroid gland would always swell. very informative.. yea graves is a rough disease. I know im taking a chance with this stuff but im being as responsible as i can with dosages/duration/tapering and ancillary implementation. I have no history of thyroid issues.. really the only thing i get worried about is my blood sugar because diabetes runs in my family.

NO Ignite update: 1 scoop preworkout and had tons of energy, felt like a machine. Im keeping it at 1 scoop because im already dosing clen at 100mcg/day. I really dont wanna arrest in the middle of my workout lol

This cycle will have been 14 weeks when i end it.. ive run test, mdrol, and 8 weeks of xtren. Does anybody think HCG is a good option to throw in PCT?? Ive never used it so id be open for suggestions on dosages (i have an idea but id like to hear ppl's personal experience). I have a **** load of clomid and this is all ive ever used for PCT, of course along with creatine and other otc supps.

So the question is should i throw in HCG and if so what are some dosing suggestions?

I have some experience with HCG as in I have taken it a few times. I can't really gage its effectiveness because of the two different ways I took it. The first time I took it was about 5yrs ago, I read an article put out by Dr. Simeon, I found this article when I read one of Kevin Trideau's books. Anyway, I always called it the HCG diet. It claimed that if you ate a specific diet consisting of 500 calories a day and took 125mg's of HCG per day for 40 days you would lose a lb a day. The purpose of the HCG was to prevent catabolism of muscle and to free up the fatty acids within the fat cells making them more readily available for consumption... end result you burned fat for energy vs. food or muscle catabolism and maintained normal energy. All I can say for that is I followed it to the T, I'm talking perfect and I did lose 37 lbs and I did not seem to lose any muscle mass via my strength remained the exact same. The second time I tried it was 2yrs ago, I was combining it with Tren & was following the exact same diet I posted when I did my pre-contest diet a few months ago and my strength went up, I lost a ton of fat and got the leanest I have ever been in my life (Avatar picture) 4.6%.

So to recap, did the HCG really work or was it the fact that I was only eating 500 calories the first time I tried it, &/or was it partially mental??? And the 2nd time I took it, was it because of the Tren and my perfect diet, or did it play a role as well???

From my research on it, it works great as a post-cycle as in boosting your natural testosterone levels back up, I am unfamiliar with an negative side affects, it is cheap enough, so I say, why not add it to your post-cycle, I don't see where it can hurt, only help! That is my long winded 2 cents anyway, LOL!
 
Thanks for the rundown on your experience doc. Right now im a little concerned about my progress.. ive lost 5 pounds in less than 2 weeks. Im at 210 right now and dont look any leaner in the abdominal section. I was up to 100mcg t3 and 100 clen yesterday and im thinking i should bump the muscle eating t3 back down to 50 lol. Ill keep clen up to 80 and im doing fasted cardio every morning until the end of this cycle, which i propose will be JAN. 30th

Strength i would say is just slightly decreased and calories are the same, maybe 200 above what they have been because im starving all day plus i wanted to bump them up so i dont start burning muscle. Carbs are maintaining at about 80g/day and consumed the first 2 meals.

Im not sure what to do.. i just dont see me coming out with a six pack in less than a month. Should i keep watching the scale move down rapidly and just accept it? I just dont wanna be sub-200 when i finish this lol..

Any Suggestion??

With that said, my past 2 workouts were great. Did chest day before yesterday and everything was mostly the same weight. Hit legs last night and was able to get up to 365 on squats and had no trouble with the knee. Legs felt hammered at the end lol

NO Ignite is still being used religiously at 1 scoop preworkout.. still amped about 10 minutes after i drink it everytime

Any suggestions with the progress or lackthereof??
 
Ok f**kfaces lol.. Im extending this cycle to 16 weeks which means it will end by the second week of february or so.. and this is tentative- if im satisfied with results by Jan 30th ill cut it short.

Sitting at 215 right now according to the scale at my gym, which i put a 35 pound plate on tonight and it weighed in at 36 1/4. So pretty accurate and im looking a bit leaner than last time. Been killin it in the gym with around the same numbers..

School is getting hectic so ive been limited in my time ive been able to update the log. Ill post pics in a couple of weeks.. im exhausted, goodnight.

Ok fellas im bout to go hit chest.. ive tapered down my t3 and clen is at 100mcg/day.. ill come off both in a few days. I have more t3 coming in and im gonna throw it and clen back in the last 2 weeks after taking these next 2 weeks off.. ill still be on test and low dosing superdrol at 10mg preworkout.. might go ahead and run it at 10mg the rest of the cycle.

Im in dyer need of bloodwork...after kickstarting with super, running test for 12 weeks, and xtren for 6, then throwing super back in, plus the clen and t3 on top im sure some values are gonna be off.

I look really good and i tested the scale at my gym by putting a 35 pound plate on it.. its only a pound heavy and it said 216 the other night, so im not small status yet lol

abs look to be coming in from the sides and ive been hitting up the tanning bed lol- i will post the final pics at the end :)

PS. school has been hectic so i apologize to all my bros: SC, Doc, Beast, Tom, and all my other bros who are logging ****- i cant find enough time in the day to post but im watching ;)

Today was a cardio day.. did 30 min fasted this morning and 30 this evening.

Heres the game plan: Im dropping clen and t3 for a week and dosing some benadryl every evening during the next 7 days. Also dropping the superdrol to give my liver a break and starting all 3 back up in a week. Remainder of cycle will look like this:

Test:500/0/0/0
superdrol: 0/10/10/10
Clen:0/80/80/80
T3:0/taper to 50/75/taper down to 0

Will keep support supps the same: fish oil-600g/day, hawthorne berries, milk thistle, multi

Carbs are also gonna be restricted to 40g/day for the first meal only

Damn i had alot of fat lol.. 4 months to get rid of it with a **** ton of drugs. Im never goin above 14% again.

Took my hoody off after DB presses when i had a good pump and underneath i had on the cutoff superman shirt with shoulders and arms sticking out.. **** looked reeeediculous and i got a few looks of awe.. there are alot more veins that have appeared that I never knew i even had. Veins in my ****ing biceps and shoulders and even more than usual in my forearms. I love it!

Did some cardio and was out.. felt good tonight. Monday will start back on the clen and start keto. Im thinking 4 days then refeed then repeat. Gonna kill it these last 3 weeks.

Everything is going good.. been using liquid clen for about a week along with superdrol. Will start the T3 when i get it.. im having some issues with the post office, i gotta pick it up but im at work all day soo i should get it at least by saturday.

4 abs are showing when flexed.. IM STOKED!! first time ive ever seen them lol

Strength is good to go but stamina is down and im a little slow mentally being so carb depleted lol

Any suggestions? Id like to hear some peoples experienced opinions... I just feel that without the nutrient repartitioning and what not, ill need extra cals and perhaps carbs to keep the mass and strength.. Im not just looking for a reason to eat more carbs cause i miss them... well i kinda do and i kinda feel ****y not having enough lol

I am not completely sure exactly how many carbs you are eating a day, obviously you can eat as much fibrous vegetable carbs as you want. I would keep it to just two carb meals a day. Perfect would be with breakfast/1st meal of the day and then the meal after you workout as long as you don't workout at night, even then a little carbs won't hurt you since your body needs the carbs right after a workout, so that is my two cents! Oh and obviously keep it to clean carbs like 1 cup of oatmeal, 8oz of sweet potato, 1 cup brown rice, 1 cup whole wheat pasta, good healthy $hit like that!
 
Sounds good Doc! Thats what I was contemplating, getting the extra carbs post workout to create anabolism. Plus ive been soooo exhausted in the morning from the workout the night before I have a hard time getting up to do cardio... lately Ive been skipping morning sessions cause i feel dead lol. So I think the carb intake post workout will help alot. Thanks brotha
 
Ok here it is. Took the afters at 6 this morning, fasted and pumped. This is 16 weeks of dieting, cycling, and hardcore ****ing training. I didnt get quite to the extent I wanted but im satisfied and my body is ready for a break lol.. oh yea this is day 4 of PCT.
