best multivitamin or vitamins

Second tier, hmmm? Want to clarify why, IYO, OT and source Naturals are '1st tier', over DFG?

Not really. If you look at the dosing, forms, and price, it makes sense. Don't be insulted at 2nd tier. You're still in a class I would buy from. Hell, you're better than the best selling sports multis out there: animal pak and optimen.

Out of the 8 or so mentioned in the last few posts, the only two I noticed a difference from are Orange Triad and MVP. Triad is my preference since my joints love it but MVP has some excellent additions few other do. I have one more bottle of MVP so we shall see how 60 days on it does for me and then I will see about going back to Triad or not.

PS - Animal Pak is so overrated it is ridiculous. NOW Adam is better than it. There, I said, deal with it. I spoke against the all mighty Animal Pak, I am sure Chuck Norris is already coming after me with a full body shattering roundhouse.

Thanks! It's now on Nutra, as well: Invalid Link Removed There are logs at the other big board.

LOL you been stalking me? I dropped this post on BB.com (Invalid Link Removed) shortly before you posted this.

I like orange triad and am currently using that. That de feel good doesn't look too bad either. For something really cheap but still decent you can get sportpharma muliti-v.

Source Naturals Multiple, 25ish Cents per day. Great brand, properly sourced and dosed vitamin and mineral complex.

Does anyone have the online study of Multivitamins? I forget the name but it ranks vitamins on dosage/source/price and some really great info/graphs

Nah man, but that is damn funny nonetheless.

i have been using adam for months now, 30 day supply for $12.

after looking at dr.feelgood and checking out some logs over at bb, i felt like it was worth a try. it is more expensive, but the ingredient list is impressive, imo.

Add up the antiox and nootropic ingredients, as well as adaptogens. Pretty fat doses there.

FYI, NOW Adam has major quality and absorption issues according to quite a few consumer reports.

never heard that before, i seemed to be doing well with adam.

oh well, thanks....now i feel even better about going with dr.feelgood!!!

LOL, no offense bro but no, no we don't.Most Americans in fact all seem to think that yet we are HIGHLY TAXED on everything especially on our income tax (paycheques) Property taxes are real high as well, trust me it doesnt even out. Add to it we have bad wait times at clinics and emergencies.

But it's certainly a reasonable system I assure you of that. I hope you guys get something similar for people who cannot afford the insane price of insurance down there.

You do have free Health Care so it all evens out in the end.

sorry responding to this.

once we reveal it there will be no topping Armour V by musclepharm but until then....

based on what is out there at the moment....
opti-men
Now adam
orange triad.

Orthocore or Orange Triad. Quality of vitamins/minerals is important

True dat, currently loving cordygen5!

best multis, in order:

1.) AOR Orthocore
2.) orange triad
3.) Source naturals life force multiple

I agree with this list

Also nice that you can get 45 days worth of Orange Triad for $23 ;)

I Take just one serving (3 tablets) in the morning and I never get sick, look and feel alot better too.

You can take everything I have just leave my Orange Triad, true perfection. Plus I love how the bottle looks when its full, lol.

Altho you can half dose it if you want less of the vitamins/minerals, you will not be getting the full benefits of the digestion/immune/joint complexes.

I like 2/2/2 breakfast/lunch/dinner. That way I space out my vitamins/minerals to maximize absorption and get some digestion aids at every meal

I might try that out, was definitely considering moving back up to 2 servings. Either way I notice benefits and its atop my essentials list

Ortho-core looks amazing.
I personally use anavit or orange triad. Lately its been orange triad.
Isnt armour v a bcaa product or something?

Armor v is muscle pharms new multi that's coming out. I won't be leaving dr feel good anytime soon. ;)

Orange Triad is the best Multi I've used, but the best bang for your buck is probably ADAM or Opti-men. Ive used all 3, and I pretty much stick with ADAM and Opti-men now for the price point.

adam has been my multi of choice for a long time, but the ingredient profile of dr.feelgood convinced me it was worth a try.....should get it in mail tomorrow:fingersx:

RLS 3D multi all day. It has a veggie, fruit, and digestive enzyme complex all tossed in there. Its tough to get more out of a multi vit IMO

so true. ****ing gnc doens't do any good but create ****y products. GNC stuffs alwasy tried to make a sale and that's why i didn't like shopping over there.

I use VitaCost's Syngery 1 a day currently. But I have to agree with Now's Adam and ON's Optimen as being two of the best bang for your bucks out there.

adam WAS my multi of choice BEFORE trying dr.feelgood. never tried orange triad, but it had better be damned good to be in the same league as the dr.

My favorite is NOW's Adam. But it's probably advisable to chew the tablet a little to make sure it absorbs better.

When it comes to multivitamins you should be taking a high quality multi but 70 buccks@! Yikes.
