correct if I`m wrong after the body detects the extra amino acids is possible use them for the workouts (heavy weights) before the body converts in glucose?
When you excercise, your muscle mainly use glucose
it's when your muscle grow, it use amino acids.
since your muscle need to grow for days, especially at night time, you need to feed it.
Again, our body use nutritions with priority. For works need to use glucose (eg. excercise), it uses glucose first, then others. For jobs need to use amino acid (eg. build up new tissue), it uses amino acids first. So don't worry too much about converting, if you eat about like how much your muscle need, there won't be much left to become glucose.
The reason we take BCAAs at working out is to preserve muscle; your body use glucose first when you push up; when glucose is used up, you don't want your muscle eat itself to do the heavy job.
