Best GDA?

Recompadrol + aav2 + metabolic powder is the BEST security blanket and fat loss/partitioner stack

I've run AAv2 with recompadrol for 8 weeks and the results were fantastic. Would really recommend stacking EBF products if people go this route for the additive effects of HCA

Agreed. My prep has been great thus far with it. Down in the single digits with minimal cardio and 2,700-3,000 cals/day

I use AP on carb days and 1 recompodrol before meals on other days...been awesome

How effective is gda for bloat/weight loss? One day a week I will have a carb refeed, but have not tried GDA before. It seems a lot of people are including this with their carb up days.

They are very effective if your diet is on point.

I try to keep my carbs under ~50 g/day during the week and a lot of that is fiber. Might add a bit more pre/post workout if it's a heavy leg day. But I find that after my carb up day I feel bloated for days and it seems to revert all the progress I've made during past week. (Lean out by the end of the week only to repeat the process. )Note that I'm only consuming ~150g/carbs for my refeed, so it's not like I'm going overboard.

i struggle keeping carbs under 100....

Would be beneficial on carb up days, doesnt really aid much in bloat just helps transports the carbs. Only time i would not use is Post-Workout.

If you are dieting and having a planned refeed day I would be reluctant to include a GDA in this. The high calorie/carb day (depending on how you structure your diet overall) has it's purpose so you are trying to take advantage of a high carb meal.

Keep in mind that many of the ingredients within these will inhibit absorption of carbohydrates i.e. gymnema sylvestre, green coffee bean, banaba etc.

Not sure about Agmatine's effect on AMPk, actually. Its effects on peptide hormone release are great anyways, as are the obvious vasodilation, analgesic and GDA effects.
 
I've yet to try recompadrol but it is in the list. Heard great things about it.

For sure. The GDA like effects from Agmatine are the main reasons I use it (most pre-workouts I have already have Agmatine for pumps), so I use it for other beneficial reasons :D

^ also have heard that GDA's can inhibit leptin not sure how true this is. anyone else know anything about gda's relation to leptin release? I know insulin and leptin are inversely related so it would make sense.

I am going to give this a shot as I have both.. dose 20 minutes before meals? AP 1 - 2 before meals *2 if the carbs are really up there?

Also, are products like this effective after the first dosing, or do they need to build up in your system like most other supplements?

Yep i take special thermo+recomp 20mim before 3 meals and AAV2+Recomp 20min before other meals. Thermo effects are felt almost immediately.
 
Recomp is def better I've used this previously in another stack almost a year ago and had great results from it. I would suggest it over the other supp anyday.
 
Just take recompadrol + slin sane v2.. killer combo. I took 2 ssv2, and 3 recompadrol before my olive garden fiesta tonight lol.. 3 bowls zuppa toscana soup, all my chicken parm and penne. Yumm.. roughly 4000 cals :D

Seems like massive overkill to me for a meal that is mostly fat, aside from the penne of course.

The only way to do it bro! I myself love there steak and creamy alfredo sauce i think it is. So delicious!
 
Recompadrol with 100 mg r ala is where it is at.

Recompadrol is stellar by itself but when going higher carbs, use 1 pill r ala and that will do JUST NICELY
 
Big fan of Genomyx SSV2, currently running BPS DCP2.0 and it's working wonders in this department too!

SSv2 or Slinshot. I am not sure Slintensity did anything for me at all for that purpose. SSv2 would be a 9.9/10 and Slinshot would be a 9.95/10 for me. Slinshot immensely helped me for my then goals.
 
A lot of good choices these days. We at MAN would of course be happen with N-Force purchases, but its kind of trial and error. Some people get gastric distress from certain GDAs while others don't. I know which ones I'll be using from now on after trying a lot of them.
