I know you guys have this thread nailed but I have to say, what about NForce! Seems the decision is unanimous! You guys keep it rolling cause you obviously have an amazing product!
 
I have been experimenting with Recompadrol dosage and carb intake and it seems I can only tolerate 1 cap. When taking 2, regardless of the level of carb intake, I have major GI troubles. No such issue with Burn24 though. Thinking of experimenting with dosing one of each, unless there is a reason why this would be foolish?

2 is potent, have you tried it completely fasted (after an overnight fast) at 2 caps and then not eat for an hour or so to see if it still causes the issue?

Tried 2 completely fasted but only waited about 30 mins. Will give that a shot.
I have been taking one pre bed and I have been loving that. Not sure if placebo or what but I sleep really really well when I have 1 cap pre bed.

Try 2 pre bed, see if that upsets your stomach

If it doesn't then we can rule out ingredients that are causing the issue and take more note of ingested foods

took 2 today no problem for a cheat meal
1 - 30 minutes prior
1 - 15 minutes prior
ate cheat meal

no problems at all

i had my lunch at 11 and this meal was at 4:30 (Pills at 4 and 4:30)

only thing between that meal was aminos at 2 and 3 (pre/intra)

Interesting protocol. Why the 15 minute intervals between dosing? I'm not disagreeing just interested in your reasoning bro

It can be.

Pathways involved are pretty straight forward and overlapping with some ingredients

Defuse should be used on planned cheats where caloric surplus far exceeds what a normal random cheat would be

I also add my other product that I'm working on

2 family style dinners generally

I fast all day for it and only have carbs aminos post workout till the meal

Calories top can be close to the 10000 calorie range with all the oil cheese ala vodka sauce from Italian restaurants

fast all day for a 10,000 kcal meal, no offense that sounds more like a binge compared to a normal size cheat meal. That seems a bit obsessive/large. How much does one of those meals run you at a restaurant? like 50$?

Michael Phelps eats under 10,000 kcals a day, so that is quite a large amount of food considering the amount he does eat in a given day to see you eat that in a sitting would rank you up there with some of the competitive eaters out that for that amount in a sitting!

My cheats are anywhere from 500 to 2000 calories. On top of my 2900 deficit right now. 10,000 would be amazing!

Non offense taken, it's not like I do it all the time. Rarely do I get to eat until I'm full/satisfied because I don't really ever get to do that

No matter how long I take to eat the meal it's pretty strange.

But I generally do IF with some alternate day fasting protocols and 2 meals a day not including post workout carbs/aminos.

So it's really not to terrible considering I'm getting calories from the carb/amino and aminos every 2 hours till I eat

Yea I went with a girl that day came out to 73 for mine hers and an app. (Which I ate as well)

Non of my meals are normals sized, they range from 1200-1800 , meal 1 - meal 2 respectively.

73$ for a meal. lmao.. yeah man i would pass on that. i can eat too (13 plates at Golden Corral before) and have done some eating competitions. Probably not a wise practice for you in the end fasting for days (because of a cheat) wont really help you much muscle protein synthesis wise, and will only knock you back Progress wise from the massive surplus instead of indluging in a normal meal + Dessert (even though i know you can eat).

Someone of us have black holes for stomach (such as yourself and myself) Just got to do the optimal thing and not set ourselves back so far from a single cheat meal or practice an unhealthy relationship with food. (2 Entree's + dessert) even though it still does not even phase our hunger.

My keto days within my calories I generally eat 3200-3300 cals (same as training days just no carbs)

For example Saturday was 4 lbs ground beef 93/7 and 4 oz asiago cheese and a head if cauliflower (not counted).

I cooked it all and separated it by 2 meals.

After I finished the first 2 lbs of beef and half the cauliflower/cheese mix I was still ravenous and I waited an hour after I finished the meal so I then just finished the other half. I was good till bed time

Normal? Not for a lot if people, but for me yes. That's why I opt for IF style with 2 meals

And eating competition where I was wasn't sure if it would go through me especially since she lived like the next state over (hour away). Didn't wanna risk that

But I'm bulking now, and even tho it's no excuse I needed it. But needless to say, I am not seeing her again.

My relationship with food is fine, but when I allow a cheat, rather then refeed my fat kid triggers and I go crazy.

Refeeds are more manageable for me. But I for once tried being normal and having a normal meal. Plus some family style restaurants are like a joke when you order chicken giving you maybe 12 oz.

Buca Di Peppo serves some legit size portions but is on the expensive size because of how big the meals are, look into that chain if you want a decent italian meal
I bet you and I could shut down the Golden Corral Grill for all you can eat steak :)

Recently been dosing recompadrol pre bed and experienced super trippy dreams.
 
Yeah, Ive noticed this too. I usually don't dream (or don't remember dreaming) so I take it as a good sign that I am getting REM sleep.

Dreaming has no correlation with sleep quality. While we experience the most vivid dreams in the REM cycle, you actually dream wether you remember them or not.

Also I STILL haven't tried recompadrol. Very upsetting :(
 
Have been hearing very good things about Recompadrol lately. Planning on trying X-Factor soon, would there be any benefit in running Recompadrol with this?
