Ya man I don't mind leg ext lifts i have strong legs they just aint huge though...the tattoo says my name....pm me if you still don't know what it says and i'll tell ya lol....the pumps are good man I really am enjoying them I feel like I just blow up soon as I hit the first set of anything...EDIT>>thanks for the nice guns shout out lol...I really enjoy how big my arms are getting...not bad for a quick workout out bro... impressive numbers on your Leg Extension lifts, I can never get that high, I do mine after leg presses! good set of pics you posted, nice guns... what does the tattoo on your back say?

This is turning out to be a great run for me. The AS seems to be having a leaning effect for sure and I dosed 2 scoops bout 30mins. prior to work out...
Yes I have gone down a little in weight but I'm still just as strong if not stronger...This is very positive. I am looking forward to starting mine!

Yes, well, cutting or losing weight does NOT mean that you lose strength (I hate hearing people say "I lost strength, but it's a given that I would because I was cutting"). If your diet is right and you're training for it, then you don't lose strength/power at all (then again, many change to high reps low weight when they attempt to cut instead of sticking to heavy weight lower reps).
I hear ya...I have been sticking to heavy wts low reps because I want to build while on my cut lol...I know you know what I mean....Also my diet is staying pretty dang strict it's a little harder on the weekends but still manage pretty good the wife is always making sure we eat good an clean she has lost 20+ lbs by being strict and workin out a bit and she has been takin slim extreme its a really good wt loss supp for her...
LOL. My diet never really changes. I just add in more cardio if I want to get leaner. That way I essentially always recomp and still stay <10% BF all year round. However, if I was to go all out "cutting" then I tweak the diet so that I don't have so many 4000+ calorie days, and that sees me results pretty fast. You DON'T have to be strict as strict with diet to lose fat. I know that nutrition is generally the most important aspect of fat loss, but for me TRAINING is.
Ya when I started hitting the gym pretty serious couple yrs ago I added in a ton of cardio and that made me lose alot of weight and get WAY leaner than I was...I still do cardio but not as much cuz I'm trying to be bigger looking by lifting hard and not bein really thin....I like my wt around 175-180....
You got it right man hahahahaah....ya the wt is strange I started at 177 then I went up to like 180 down to 179 now this morning I was down to 178 so I'm thinkin its a good leaner or maybe drying me out which aint bad either, its not like i dont get plenty of water in a day I think I drink bout 1gal or more of water a day an that don't include with my BC/EAA's and AS doses or protein shakes...Finally cough up with your log Tim (pm me if I got it wrong) wow, I keep reading great stuff about AS from different logs, I've felt the speedy recovery from my last workout but I had not heard about a weight drop while on AS, I sure look forward to experience some of that, vacation are hard on diets

Ya man havin a blast running it to the pumps are awesome and no sides at all so am enjoyin it...I wish you luck with this product! I recently ran out of my past month's supply, but had a blast while using it. It's gonna become a staple when I can afford it. I was stacking it with Methyl 1-D XL and Methyl Masterdrol VV2.

Yes I have had little I think the AS is superb in curbing DOMS...If you've had hardly any DOMS then I won't cringe so much at having some time off IGF-2 (I HATE NOT using it, since I always get DOMS when I'm not).

I think like Chris said its both, the combination of the 2 will get you great definition.
