By the way didn't get to lift Tues or Weds night we have functions going on this week in the mornings but I am still sippin AS...and I got to ship my stuff out in the morning also because I'm fixing to move 1 August. I hate havin two days off in a row it sucks its only nice to have two days off on Saturday and Sunday...I feel like I'm failin myself if I don't get to the gym at least 4 nights a week....:sad3:

Edit: I also really felt great going to 205x4 on the decline bench to I think I coulda did 210 or higher....
 
how is it coming? did you have a good fourth be big?
