DAY #7 Took off day four, Friday cuz we didn't work and Sat. and Sun. are days off anyways but still sipped on one scoop AS throughout the off days....


Weight: Will have to get in the morning again but I believe 180 lbs...

Training: Chest and Tri's today Wooooooooo and some cardio in the form of playing basketball for probably easy 30-45 mins.

Flat Bench DB's: 60x10 warmup/70x8/80x7/90x2/90x2 had to do at least 4 all together of 90's wasn't happy when did 2 and then 2 again but thats the highest I've ever gone on flat DB's they were heavy mofo's... Again sets all in LBS. Sorry to all my homies that use kg's.....LOL:18:

Decline Bench: 145x10/155x8/165x6/175x4>>>Hell Yeah I love decline benching, probably could have went higher in wts, just gettin back in the swing of things though......:006:

Incline Bench DB's: 60x10/70x7/75x2/75x3/80x2 just wanted to make sure I went up in lbs...will work harder next week to get 75x4 or five and 80x4 at least....These were definitely heavy after throwing up the 90 doggs on flat db's....

CHEST TOTALLY BLEW UP AFTER THESE EXERCISES, PUMPS WERE GREAT^^^

Hopefully this isn't a placebo thing either because it felt great....I DOSED MY TWO SCOOPS OF AS BOUT THIRTY MINS PRIOR TO WORKOUT....seems to be mixing well and tastes really good cold with bout 4 ice cubes in the mixer...

Yes, well, cutting or losing weight does NOT mean that you lose strength (I hate hearing people say "I lost strength, but it's a given that I would because I was cutting"). If your diet is right and you're training for it, then you don't lose strength/power at all (then again, many change to high reps low weight when they attempt to cut instead of sticking to heavy weight lower reps).

I hear ya...I have been sticking to heavy wts low reps because I want to build while on my cut lol...I know you know what I mean....Also my diet is staying pretty dang strict it's a little harder on the weekends but still manage pretty good the wife is always making sure we eat good an clean she has lost 20+ lbs by being strict and workin out a bit and she has been takin slim extreme its a really good wt loss supp for her...

Yes well I gain muscle fairly easily even with a lot of cardio (since I eat so much). My body is just used to it (when you do 30-40 hours a week training doing 20-30 minutes a day like I do now seems like NOTHING) and actually gets results BETTER with it. I DON'T lose weight doing cardio because my maintenance is close to 3000 cal/day and I easily eat plus that.

You got it right man hahahahaah....ya the wt is strange I started at 177 then I went up to like 180 down to 179 now this morning I was down to 178 so I'm thinkin its a good leaner or maybe drying me out which aint bad either, its not like i dont get plenty of water in a day I think I drink bout 1gal or more of water a day an that don't include with my BC/EAA's and AS doses or protein shakes...

The pumps are actually pretty awesome! I didnt noticed improved vascularity at first but like I said in my log....either I am leaning out or I am having sustained vascularity.
