Neither have I; but it should be interesting. I have a bunch of 12in bands too for deadlifting (slide em over the bar & under each foot). Apparently they also work for bench if you're in a rack, but damn they'll have some tension on them at the top - will prob definitely be using the smaller ones for a banded bench. Tried some pushups with the big 41" band - the lightest band I bought is TOUGH. Like feels like pressing at least 165 on a flatbench. Def taking these babies on vacations from here on out.

And 24.95 is a steal!

Nice setup!! I ordered a Abu Garcia Mgx to put on that 13 fish rod.. That reel only weights 5.4 oz! How U like your smoke? Been eyeing them up since they came out..

It's absolutely the nicest reel I've ever owned. I wouldn't mind grabbing an exo since it's supposed to be the smoke but a quarter of the weight but the smoke is legit for sure.

I've heard the abu's are no joke fast on the spools. Scares me away a little. Can't stand hair balls especially when I'm trying to control my foot motor in heavy wind

They'll also work well on a regular flat bench if you put the bottom of each band around a handle of a heavy ass dumbbell at each side of the bench.

i switched the rep counts a little on the typically heavier compounds.. i felt it about 10x heavier on those. full lat activation. it was a very slow controlled 2 second negative on those sets. pretty brutal if you want my opinion. i may experiment this way for a bit with certain muscle groups. esp shoulders and arms. the pump just hasnt been there with the 4 second negatives like i think it should. tomorrow i'm gonna smash some arms.

gun show!

warmed up on v bar pushdown and some light curls. moved over to a giant set, cgbp ez bar curls and skull crushers for 4 laps.

another giant set, hammer curls, 1 arm oh db extensions, concentration curls. another 4 laps

SS reverse grip cable push downs, cable curls, 4 laps.

the bloods def in my arms. just a little nauseous from the stims. got that tired/wired feeling. i think i'll just PWO with some creatine, glutamine and bcaa for a few weeks then jump back on the stimulant based pre's.
 
If you're getting over-stimmed you don't need a break....that's more for lowering tolerances. You just need to turn your doses down. If you can't get enough ingredients at the minimum dose of your PWO, either supplement it with bulk powders or consider a different PWO. For example, I can't use even a half scoop of VPX Friction, because it's too much yohimbine. But any lower dose isn't enough BA & creatine to be even worth my time. It's just not for me.

What were you taking? Max Pump is a capped betaine nitrate product, at least the one I've used (which works excellent, btw).

But that's weird to have such a drastic change in tolerance, unless perhaps you were eating a solid meal preworkout before & are now going fasted or something?

W/ the Nitroceps I'm taking I have to train basically on bcaas or dextrose/waxy maize/bcaas. Which blows, but it doesn't appear to be hurting anything. Super Pump at 3 scoops is actually really good.

That'd drive me nuts. Idk man I never done well fasted. Maybe I'll give it a try again. I use size on intra. Love that stuff. I only use a few intra products and that ones consistently used. Bcaa isolate waxy maize creatine... Cocktail for growth!

That's basically what I'm taking pre/intra, except no isolate (for whatever reason Nitro says to take on an empty stomach & do not take with protein). I'm not recommending training without a meal, but I think it works ok for me atm cuz I've still had 4 meals in me before I lift & saturdays is a light whole body day so 1 meal is enough. I prefer to be fed before I train for sure.

I actually like Size-ons profile. People new to supplements get so enamored with the idea of pre workout aids & their post workout protein shake, but if you look at most pro bodybuilders diets (especially off-season) intra workout is #1. If you have a meal in you before you go lift & you're gonna eat soon after, packing all those nutrients right when the muscles are working goes a long way.

I notice far better progress with an intra with bcaa/isolate, waxy or malto and some creatine and stuff. I really feel like I grow better.
 
What flavors you like with Size-On? I've had lemon ice once, was great. Blue Razz super pump was great.

Red? Idk I think it's fruit punch but I could be wrong. I'm not home near my supplement cabinet. I think my super dump is blue razz I always get that if it's an option for anything.
