Yep. For those of you who have seen my post about them, and act like they were the greatest thing since sliced bread, well, here I am finally attempting one for myself. Here's a rundown of everything:
Starting weight/height: 166lbs @ 5'9"
Bf%: approximately 12-15% - I was 17% per DEXA at 185, so I'm rather certain I'm within the range listed.
Anabolics: E-Max @ 40mgs split into 2 doses - 1st dose with 2nd meal of day, then again 6 hrs later.
PCT: none - that's supposed to be the beauty of these 2 weekers, no pct necessary. If you're wondering why or how, search t-nation for bill roberts and read his "cycling: it's not just for steroids anymore" article.
PS... I have some AI's on hand just in case. Don't worry guys. I'm not!
My training is a modified westside for skinny bastards template with cardio 3-5 times per week (I'm cutting if you didn't know).
I'm also logging Prime, which I will continue to run throughout this whole experiment (check my Prime log for my reasoning behind this).
