Fug me I'm a fatty.. lol

Seriously though, I've eaten a lot lately... and I'm having a haaaaard time limiting myself on teh foods :food:.

You obviously haven't seen me dewd! I was devouring everything in sight a couple weeks ago. I gotta drop 15lbs!

Eh... I have yet to have any problems like that with epi.. I'll be keeping an eye out though, and will throw in a little DHEA if things start getting creaky.

Well, I think I'm finally out of my eat eat eat little rut I was in... didn't quite gain 15lbs in that time but I still have a little I'd like to lose.
 
Day 3
Still resting up.. Hitting the gym tomorrow. 80mg Epistane today by the way.

Now, dudes, BP has been rather high since starting the Epi. The highest it's been is around 140/80, which isn't terrible, but it's higher than I'd like it to be.. So, I'm supplementing with 1 scoop of Cycle Support now, along with an additional 75mg of Natural Factor's Celery seed extract.. so hopefully that helps. If not, I've got extra 20mg tabs of Lisinopril that I might start adding in for the duration of the cycle (in addition to the 20mg I already take).. not sure on that though. Any prescription drug experts feel free to chime in!

I wish I could get past 315...but my back pumps are a nightmare and I immobilized by them once I hit 275 or if I'm lucky, 315. F.uck!

Ahhh back pumps are an absolute nightmare! Thankfully they haven't been a problem even amidst all this 2 weekery.

I think we may have talked about hawthorn berry before, and you got it, just doesn't seem to work for me. Now that I think about it, it is possible that my recent creatine supplementation is the cause for my elevated bp, I'll drop the dose and see what happens (will continue celery seed extract + CS though).

Oh they are. I like to go a bit wide on my heavy squat days.. helps me really focus on my hams/glutes.


i like doing them more narrow to work my quads, they've grown a lot the past months. i do both narrow and wide on legpress though to get hammies and glutes

so i see phase 3 is high dose epi for what, 2 weeks?

what were the other 2 phases like, compounds, dosage etc?

what do you take on the off weeks?

Not a prob dude..

First 2 weeks were Epi at 40mg, up to 60mg for the last few days. I didn't take anything during those off weeks.

Phase 2 was SD at 20mg, wound up going with some 6-bromo for estro control during those 2 off weeks.

And now, phase 3 is high dosed Epistane... at the end of it all, I'll be running some Reversitol, just for good measure though.

It's been pretty sick man, on my off weeks I've either remained the same strength-wise, or I've continued to gain.. very nice.

Na... I'm gonna give it a rest for awhile. Recovery in the off weeks has been just great thus far, I'm thinking after 3 of these bad boys though my body is gonna be due for a little break.

how is the testicular atrophy? any? i would imagine there would be considering the dosages and the superdrol run.
Got pretty small toward the end of the SD run, and then for about 5 days into the off weeks. Size bounced back quickly though. As of now, slight atrophy, but nothing like w/ SD.
 
Day 8

80mg Epistane, 8 caps Methyl 1-D (the not shiddy version)

Current long-term staples - creatine mono, beta alanine, ADAM multi, fishy oil, gut health, garlic extract

Workout today was decent.. I've been very tired as of late so I wasn't exactly raring to go during today's session. Not sure why I'm so tired, possibly lethargic from my massive doses of Epi.

Overall -
blood pressure is elevated (pre-hypertensive levels), balls are slightly smaller (nothing like on SD though), and I'm tiiiiired.
 
its definately lethargy from the epi. I kid you not when i was on it i would be falling asleep all the time at work and at home but i would never have a long nights sleep, i was always sleeping an hour or two then getting up then repeat. You may need some stims but thats just gonna get your BP to rise and thats not good cuz its probably already up there with the doses youre running now.

:jaw: How is your Blood Pressure with that much Epi? I just started a pulse and my BP isn't even liking the 20mg its seen so far. :frustrate

*edit* - Maybe I should read the rest of the thread before I ask questions already answered...

Ozarka - I see you mentioned dropping creatine to help with BP issues. I'm using Scivation's Vasocharge pre workout and NP bulk DiCreatine Malate at other times and on off days. Maybe I'll try dropping Vasocharge pre workout (as much as I don't want to) to see if it helps with my BP.

I didn't drop it completely, I simply lowered the dosage a bit. You may try dropping the Vasocharge, it's def got some stims in it which could surely be increasing your bp.
 
I hate to drop it, but health before pumps, so I'll give it a shot. I'd rather do that and be able to move up to 30-40mg instead of staying at 20mg. I'm a big dude... 20mg isn't going to do a ton for me.

That sounds like a good plan. I gotta agree, I don't see 20mg doing much for ya.
 
Dropping the vasocharge seemed to work. 30mg of Epi today and less BP elevation than when I was using 20mg and vasocharge. 40mg here I come :head:

Day 13

80mg Epistane, 12 caps Methyl-1D

I tore it up today dudes, oh my! Had a rather large dose of
beta alanine ('bout 5 grams or so) about 30mins prior to gym-time.. I have suspicion that it's part of the reason I was hellov energetic today.. we'll see..

Here's some numbers to elaborate on the badassness of the workout today (rest periods were DC style) -
  • Back Squat (closer stance than normal, deeper too) 3 sets of max reps with 295, 10 reps on the first set
  • Ball leg curls - bw for a shidload
  • standing calves - ?? diff machine than usual (back home for t-day)
  • Dbell bench - 85s for 3 sets max reps
  • Rack rows - bw for 3 sets max reps
  • Decline close grip - 195 for 3 sets max reps
  • Seated db curls - 30s for 3 sets max reps
  • Abs w/ cables
intensity was way high, heart-rate was up up up the whole time.. good stuff!

Overall -
Things are good, 80mg Epistane is awesome! Seriously, I've gained about .5" on each bicep since the beginning of this 2 weeker.. I'm stronger, leaner, etc... I'm excited to see how quickly/well I recover after this last phase.
 
That's great to hear, man! I'm so used to feeling like crap (M-1-T/SD/etc) that I guess I just expected it with Epi, but so far, so good. Was going to do another week at 30mg before pushing to 40mg, but you're making me second guess myself now :)

I want to. I have some SNS Methyl-drol XT coming in the mail soon hopefully (from a nice lil trade). Supposedly it was produced from the same set of raws as the original AX SD. So, if this first run goes well, I'll plan on SD for my 2nd run.

MethylDrol XT is some good, hard stuff. I'm gonna look in on this if you don't mind there, Ozarka.

Na man, enjoy. Sadly, tomorrow will be my last "on" day for awhile.. That's fine and dandy though... my last 2 "off" weeks were filled with strength gains, so hopefully the rest will be the same!

I feel good about things overall. I'm hoping these next few weeks and months treat me well as far as hormonal recovery and such are involved. I'll update intermittently throughout pct to let you doods know how I'm doing.
 
Post Cycle - Day 5

All is well in the land down under. No shrinkage that I can notice. I feel good, got some above average sleep the last couple days which has been LOVELY. LeanFX came in the mail today, I'll be running that at the start of day 15.

As far as performance in the gym goes, strength has remained constant or increased.. no decreases as of yet, and I don't expect them. Had a great workout today by the way.
