bcaa turn into glucose?

Insulin spikes before bed will blunt HGH release

Sure, the question you are missing though is whether the other benefits are large enough to offset that. Whether talking about mass gains or fat loss, singling out the effects of something on a single hormone doesn't give you the whole picture.

Hmmm true as well. So far avoiding carbs has been doing good for me pre bed

Buy flip side I do notice big meals close to bed my stomach is very small next day and abs show

How hard is it to eat and digest an apple and some greek yogurt 30-45 minutes prior to training?

Never understood the fasted resistance training excuses.

I swear once my MCAT is over I will get you on the right track, I can't bear to see the trouble you are putting yourself through for little to no benefits.

Lmao ok.man good luck in MCAT

Ah the good ol days. Audio osmosis had like 50 errors in it when I was doing it. Im sure its better now. I had to stop listening to it because it thought it was making me incorrectly educated lol.

So we all agree bcaa during cardio? Tonoreseerve muscle and burn fat

No, under certain circumstances. I dont want amino's to be used as energy Id want fat to be used as energy. A low carb diet, coupled with a fasted moderate training session and 15mg or so of yohimbine would target fat as fuel and would be my ideal regimine. No aminos.

As Bnatural states, the amino's will convert and be used as energy during a fasted state so that would not be the ideal situation for my goals.

probably not so 'hard' ;) I'll be experimenting in the upcoming weeks with it & see how I repsond to it....so it doesn't sound like you'd agree with the Lean gains method of intermittent fasting and consuming only 10g bcaa prior to training, followed by 8 hours of eating then repeat...?
