I take creatine, zma, whey, etc.
Only done 1- 4 Week cycle of P-PLEX. Gained 14 pounds kept 12.
4 total years lifting experience, broken up over the years due to military and family.
But I'm back in the game for keeps now. Started again May 6 2010 @ 160 pounds.
As of this morning 185.3 pounds. So thats 25.3 pounds in just under 6 months.
Current calorie intake is 4000 per day, 40/30/30 split

Experience - 4ad original, 1-T thp ether, superdrol, methoxy-trn, max lmg, pheraplex, m1,4add, epistane, methyl dht, The One, halodrol, methyl stenelone, testosterone (up to stupid doses), trenbolone, deca, dbol, anadrol, anavar, probably some others i'm not remembering
man is that a depressingly long list. Some were short term or pulses though, rather than full cycles.
diet is pretty clean, heavy on natural + organic products. Rarely have more than 1 shake a day. Roughly a 45/40/15 p/c/f ratio, with a good bit of greens. Carbs primarily from multigrain + sprouted grain bread, with some from oats or sweet potatos. Usually structured as 3 meals a day plus 1 snack, some days just 2 real meals, but overall calories stays right about 2800-3000

You should put the solution into a soft-serve ice cream dispenser in your bedroom... with ice cream in one dispenser of course so you don't waste the equipment ;)

Lol thanks a lot guys, lookin forward to gettin my anabolic feet wet again with this run, should def show what this can really do as long as doses are adequate for these compounds as a transdermal solution... definitely lookin forward to runnin this!
 
Were trans-dermal absorption rates taken into consideration for the dosing of chlorathoxy? I read the 50mg un-methylated halo + 20mg M LMG per 20 pumps, is that after you've factored in 30 or so percent absorption? or total?
 
Either way im sure its going to run ****, just curious what to expect.
 
Lmg should actually be stronger as a td as usually most orals that aren't methylated actually absorb at a higher rate td then orally....

My biggest quandary is gonna have to be in regards to unmethylated halo as its possible the compound can have a different intrisic effect all together without the methyl group wether or not its taken orally or transdermally.... very interested though, gotta think its gonna be baddass personally given how well these compounds, typically dosed, match up effects wise.

That's what a beta run is all about though, it'll either be killer or heavily weighted torwards the lmg, either way it will deliver mad strength and some solid gains.

Everyone might want to consider some bp support though.... m lmg can be hard on that front.

I was also thinking the same thing in regards to the unmethylation of halo, as well as the transdermal absorption, it could go either way. Ive never done a compound like LMG before, so would it be wise to invest in some prami since its progestational activity is slightly higher than nandrolone? Or would some p-5-p and l-dopa suffice even for those gyno prone?

Just wanted to thank southern charm for the support bro. I appreciate it alot. Unfortunately I was removed from list and my log was given to someone else since I had voiced some concern about dosage being too low since the absorbtion rates i can't imagine being any or at least not much higher than a methylated oral is. 50 mg of halo for 30 days seems like a joke to me, and it would not be a how I run my steroids. I am still waiting to hear back from Nate about this low dosing scheme, as I was curious if this transdermal was stronger for some reason, but BB needed to get Addys out today I guess.

Hopefully the serving size is not labeled accurately and it is over dosed than you guys should get some good results. Maybe I'll get to try it out in the future.

Ill be dosing p-5-p for sure from the start .... caber or prami wouldn't be bad to have on hand though if you think your progestin prone..... personally I've had gyno for years but its most definitely estrogen induced/based as no matter what I've taken since and no matter how big the lumps have become I've not lactated once.... I use 1-carboxy as a staple though almost year round (l-dopa).

Def a good base to cover though, better be safe then sorry

Yeah i believe i have minor pubertal gyno, just the puffy nips ****. Its not bad enough to ever bother me, and theres no lumps i can feel, but ive had to stop a few cycles early due to sensitive nips freaking me out in the past. Looking back i think it was just the hypochondriac in me making me feel my nips for lumps all the time that caused the tenderness. So now i just keep letro on hand for piece of mind.

Where the hell do you find 1-carboxy at? NP and BN have been sold out forever, and i have no clue who the **** else sells it.

where did he get the info on th absorbtion of oral halo because seems wrong since it's a methyl it should have a higher rate than that.

Zama man... Nate knows his sh*t. If you look around at the other compounds he supports, they are all dosed right aka higher than the average company sells. I would always trust in him as he knows his sh*t up and down, side to side. Obviously he understands halodrol absorption and wouldn't low dose a testing product. He knows what he's doing and knows his steroids like the back of this hand.

Poopypants ma man congratulations. You're log is already up and running so this will definitely add some big firepower to it. Excited to see how this treats you brah. Enjoy :)

I had just stocked up on bulk when it was available a couple years ago.... just about out myself now.... down to my last couple caps... will have to either get powerfull or l-dopa but I don't think it will be half as good as uspl's extract....

Ill be gettin some zmk from mellinnium tech. It has a decent dose of p-5-p in it and that should be good enough for preventative measures.

I'll also have some amount of precycle bloodwork, so depending on what my doctor actually orders testwise I may pay cash postcycle to compare.

Absorbtion rate and conversion rates are completely different.

It seems that he's saying without the hard to cleave methyl group the body can turn the chloro compound into more pure turinbol... come to think about it now I remember the great thing bout 4-ad when I ran it td compared to orally, there are also more conversion enzymes located in the dermis then the gut... I wonder if that was taken into consideration with his quoted rates....

Seems to me that this will still def have a slightly different effect then classic halo as more likely then not even unconverted chloro still holds its own intrinsic effects before conversion whereas this will have less effect from the chloro and more from the target hormone turinabol..... hmmmmm interesting....
