To a Warrior any battlefield is home! However some battlefields are more familiar and endearing.

I kid I kid

WHEW! I was scared we were going to be dubbed a Dastardly Duo. Army-Guy and Barracks Boy phucking up terrorists at home and abroad.

That's not true. My friend use to own a gym until they decided to tare down the building so now he has every thing in his basement. So ya he has a home gym. The only problem is he don't have the room to work out. LOL

Probably gonna retire from military and train people or something at 70 g's. That's what I would do if retired military...

And I would expect nothing less from you, Kleen. A great businessman and an even better person. You could probably sell ice to an Eskimo...or heat to the devil. LOL!!!

lol you guys kill me!!!

So for the lift this Memorial Day!!
:usa:

Chest:
Flat BB Bench: Decided to rework my grip. I feel I use too much Tricep on this and since I am more into bodybuilding than powerlifting, I decided to go extra wide and completely rework the form from the ground up. Needless to say the numbers, without the tricep to assist, dropped quite a bit, but the chest was really taxed. Remember the old quote:
It's not about how much lift bench, it's about how much you LOOK like you can bench
135x15 - 225x10 - 225x8 - 225x8 - 135x10
Will stay here until I hit 225 for 25 straight reps. Estimate that it wil take until the end of summer, and then I will have the form I like and will move back into the big boy numbers
Incline DB Press: Chest was already taxed from the bench. A great feeling though
85's x 15 - 95's x 8 - 100's x 6 - 75's x 10

SuperSet!!!
Cable crossovers: amount is per side!!
70x15 - 90x10 - 100x8 - 115x8 (total PR on that last one!!!)
Pec Deck:
135x15 - 170x10 - 185x10 - 200x10 (entire rack and felt great!!)

Triceps:
2 hand overhead 1 DB extension:
75x15 - 110x10 - 120x8 - 120x8 (I AM COMING FOR YOU TG!!!) stopped at the 8 reps because of the elbow was tender... could have hit 130 for about 5 today...

SUPPERSET!!!
2 hand overhead cable extension:
170x20 - 180x20 - 190x18 - 200x15 (Total PR!!!! never hit the 200 before on this, and to kill it 15 times was awesome)
2 hand standing cable extensions:
170x10 - 180x8 - 140x10 - 100x10 (could barely hit those 10 after doing the 200 for 15!! the blood in the tris was PUMPING HARD!!!)
As you can see, triceps is my best body part... I am coming for a little THUNDER!!!

hit abs and then some old timers in our church had me come to the Memorial Day celebration at our local cemetery. It was a great show and there were a lot of vets there from all wars imaginable. I always get a bit teared up though!! To all you vets out there and family of vets, I salute you!!!

:usa:

Salute you and yours as well AG!! We all appreciate your service to keep this life we love in the USA!!

Even know I'm Canadian, I am also appreciative of your service, not only to the U.S. but the world at large.

Solid numbers AG!!! Usually wide grip hurts a lo if folks but man...the size you get, not to mention strength is awesome. Keep it up dude!!

Nice work on those PR's. Laying down the gauntlet a little more at TG, give me a few weeks and I am so in this race.

You know we sure know how to throw horse shoes in the south.

You spend 70K on a home gym and it better swell you up when you walk by it!

Damn at 70g it better do more than help me build muscles. Some chores would also be required LOL. Damn 70k wow.

lol same here!! I will have my son hold a 10lb plate on top and so on when the time is right. Will stay at 125 until I hit it for 10... should be in a few weeks... and then the extra plate comes on!!

haha :sgrin: you know that this only gives fuel to the fire my friend!!! And how did you get that picture of me??!!! I DO look good in that hammer don't I!!

yeah the 70k that I said earlier is for the building as well. I am thinking that about 40k of that will be for weights and a few cardio machines. The wife is even talking indoor lap pool... I told her SHE needed to earn the funds for that one!!! lol

On another note, burned nearly 2000 cals this morning. 1 hour on the elliptical machine and 1 hour walking on the treadmill with a incline. I am really feeling strong and full from the TestoPro and ASGT combo. Once this stack is over I will be adding the entire SWOLE stack into my PCT... soooo tasty!!!! :food:

Very nice bro.

lol it is just for the Natadrol that I am running later. Not a real pct needed, just recommended. Going to run Form Extreme with SWOLE

OH SNAP!

That will be a sexy PCT lol!

2x bottles natadrol, 2x mmv3 and 1x methyl 1d just shipped for me :D Gunna do formadrol/t-911 and asgt for pct probably :D

Also not running all those at once :P

Yeah that is what I am running for my PCT as well. Army and I have been comparing supplement stacks and had to laugh when we realized how similar they end up.

TG 130x10 huh... Army 125x10 in a few weeks. XT I don't even wanna know where you are at right now with that. Suddenly I feel like a one legged man in an ass kicking contest... My best so far has been 120x8 or something and that was a good bit ago. Oh Well time to man up!!!!

lol I hit 125 for 8 and that was a few weeks back. I can't wait for the 10!!! I forgot how strong XT was... man this is getting nuts!! Cleetus is up there as well. Man this is going to be epic... I wonder if TG is feeling the pressure????? lol

LOL not sure. I think he has a leg up at the moment. LOL

Holy Sick!!!! :damnit:

Ok so for those that have followed for a while you all know that I was on a Raw Milk diet for about 3 months. Basically drinking about 5 cups of Raw Milk (un-pasteurized organic pasture raised) daily. While on it, I and my family NEVER got sick, no colds... no swelling (my wife's hands swell a lot) no allergies... basically the healthiest we have ever been.
I decided to do a little experiment and try taking us off of it. Within 2 weeks half the family was down with colds, my wife's arthritis flared back up, and I am now sicker than a dog... I think the experiment worked and the stuff is legit.
Anyways, went to scouts last night with the boys (I am the scout master) and we did rifle shooting. The range was outdoors and the temp (yes this is JUNE for heaven's sake!!!!) dropped to about 40 degrees. Needless to say, I got more sick.
Still hit the gym this morning, but instead of a full back and Bi's lift, only hit back before I puked!!
another thing - a testament to TestoPro and the ASGT combo is I still hit great numbers despite being this ill. Strength was STILL through the roof
So... the lift

Back
Wide grip pull downs:
100x15 - 210x10 - 240x10 - 250x8 (PR for reps!! Could have hit 10 too) - 250x8
Bent over BB rows: (trying to teach my son how to do these correctly was pretty frustrating!! lol but he ended up getting it after about 3 sets
135x15 - 225x10 - 245x6 (PR in weight +10 lbs) 225x8 - 135x15
At this point the cold clamy sweat was really taking over and the vomit rising to the back of the throat
2 hand seated cable rows:
140x12 - 210x10 - 220x10 - 240x8
1 arm HS rows: weight is per side
90x15 - 180x10 - 205x10 Strength was through the roof, and could have easily went to 5 plates per side for 10 reps, but this is where my puke took over lol my son actually said, Dad you look like crap... we need to go home
I said, roger... and we left

sipped on Postal on the way home and then had a cup of oats with a scoop of protein powder... still not finished with it and don't know if I can... stupid sickness!!! :damnit:

SICK workout!! Sorry I could not resist. Feel better AG.

Not even illness will slow you bro, when you decide to go with Testopro....
