What is this **** o.O In arty school we did this (low crawl through sand under barbed wire) in like a 200 yard pit with a 240B shooting live above our heads o.O

Was Fin fun!

I picture AG to respond to most questions the cadets ask in this manor:

Lol love the vid and the cs while sleeping is nuts lol. For dinner they gave us the famous yet nasty salsberry steak with white bread and warm.milk.... Ummmmmm can't wait to eat.like a bodybuilder again...

sounds like a modified sh*t on a shingle to me...

Nope, sos is so much tastier lol. Army salisbury steak = an army hamburger (think of the most processed meat ever) soaked for hours in some watery gravy. It might be half beef?

Makes ya wonder what the other half is? Collie? Poodle? Or if it's spicy......Chihuahua. :sombrero:

ok guys sitting in my car in the woods tethered to my Droid. thank you 3G!!! Verizon rocks!!!
had a great lift today. Found a sweet combo for pre-workout! check this line up out:
3 Scoops ASGT 30 min prior
1 tab T-911 30 minutes prior
3 Natadrol 30 min prior
3 scoops AP mixed with 1 scoop Jack3d 15 minutes prior
Man I was LOVING this!!! 2 hours later and I am still pumped!!! lol
the Lift:
HS Decline Power Set Pyramids- Start with 1 plate per side x 15 reps and without stopping add 1 plate per side until I hit 4 plates (only hit 5 reps with 4 plates per side) and then took a 2 min break and then went back down to 1 plate per side with no rest between. Never did this before and it was awesome.
HS Wide Grip Chest Press - Power set Pyramids - same as above with same weight
Reverse Grip Bench Press for triceps Supper Setted with BW Dips. No break between anything - 4 sets
SLDL - 3 sets with last one being 315
HS Low Rows - Power Set Pyramid from 1 - 4 plates but didn't have time to go back down
Hercules Curls - 4 sets.
Was looking pumped and full before I took a shower. Vascularity really shining through

2 Quick reviews
first on some of the supps:
Natadrol - not feeling ANY DOMS any more. I am killing myself and just loving every minute of it. This is by far the fastest recovery I have ever had. Strength is slowly increasing. Added T-911 today to the mix. Will go 3 caps a day. It's like testosterone candy!!!! lol
HGHPro stacked with Ghenerate - simply amazing sleep. I don't get much out here, and the sleep I am getting is quality!!!

Combat boots -
I know you are thinking... WHAT???? But there are a lot of Army Guys (pardon the pun lol) following
1- and best over all for price and quality Blackhawk boots!!! only set back was they only lasted 2.5 years. But I got them online for $89!!!! they were amazing
2- Danner
3- Oakley - these took a bit to break in, but once done they rocked!!

Keep killing em Army!

Great work out bro!! :fing02:

Just on my way into the woods myself for some high ropes team building... I'd rather be killing cadets personally!!

thanks for the comments guys!!!

Ok stole away from the woods for a few hours to get a lift on and shower. Only 4 hours of sleep again last night. I took the same supps pre-workout:
2 scoops ASGT
4 scoops AP
1 Scoop Jack3d
1 T-911
that was 2 hours ago, and can you believe that I am doing everything in my power just to stay awake right now!!! man this Army stuff gets tiring!!! 10 hours of sleep in the last 3 nights combined... boooooooooo

the lift
HS Incline Press - pyramids up in sets of 5 up to 3 plates per side (which I only got a few times
then immediate drop sets back to 2 and 1 plate per side repping as many as I could
Cable flies - pyramids up and then down
Lat pull downs close grip - pyramid up to 240 and then dropped by 2 pound increments to 80 without pausing... about 6 sets down the ladder there. Was pumped
HS Preacher Curl - Pyramids up and down
up to 3 plates and a 25 which was repped 3 times before drop setting
DB shoulder press - 3 sets
didn't do triceps to give the elbows a break
I am loving the addition of the T-911 to this stack. Just feel strong and hard... everywhere lol
On a different note, the stomach is about to go on strike. Since eating the Iraqi food for over a year, my stomach just isn't what it used to be. It is rejecting the MRE's that I am forced to eat. Every day I have an internal argument with my gut. Either eat an MRE to satiate the hunger, or live on sunflower seeds and starve... it is 50-50 on which one wins the last few days... I can't imagine how this stack would be treating me on a clean diet and lots of rest. To see myself gaining LBM and strength as it is just floors me...

Dang AG, they are really not getting that officers need food so they have the energy to beat the cadets into shape! The more I hear about what you have to go through the more I question some of the BS that goes on in the military. Then again, I could be dead wrong about my assumptions so who knows. Get some rest Major and great lift as always, your a trooper (all puns intended!).

lol thanks my aquatic friend!!! I guess they figure that 45 days of brutal treatment for us is a good thing... you know puts hair on our chest... I will say this though... I am happy with the progress of some of these kids we are training. Many of them are getting better as the days click by! Many of them I would be proud to have be my LT's if I were in command again. They are true warriors. However, some of them you wonder how they even continue breathing.
Oh I forgot to mention... the cadets left a lot of trash in their garbage cans in their tents... horrible mistake of epic proportions!!! lol they were bewildered to see when they returned from training that an "wild animal" came in their tents and through the trash everywhere!!! bunks and sleeping bags included... 10 tents just destroyed!!! lol
I guess they will learn that "Wild Animals" are always attracted to garbage left by cadets... at 2300 hours last night when they finished cleaning it all up... they got the message!!!

Nice and I have a feeling that you are probably cutting weight pretty quickly out there.

Fin, they gotta keep the officers as tough as the cadets or tougher. Keeps em hard enough for battle, and they earn more of the cadets respect by going through some of the same rigors as them. I remember anything I had to do or could do one my DI's would be able to pop right down with me and keep up or surpass me. It made me respect him more than the rest of them because he was obviously capable. However I agree under current administration I worry about our troops as well.

That sucks big ol' sweaty donkey balls about the food issues. I know we need to make our fighting men and women tough and all, but I figure that good nutrition would be a big plus in keeping them in fighting shape and condition. :dunno:
I just fail to see how sleep deprivation and hunger will make a better fighter.

I'll be so glad for you when the 21rst finally rolls around and you can get your hungry ass back to the beautiful mountains of Utah and enjoy some good home-cooking from the misses.

yah I guess in training it makes sense as it's often not possible to attain the proper nutrition in combat conditions, so I understand then trying to assimilate the circumstances. As far as when in places like Iraq it's all about money ....

Amen to that, although the money thing is crap, because we get ****e cafeteria food for something like 20 dollars a plate. I make up for quality with quantity though bahaha :P

Well done there AG, good to see you are teaching them something, I can't tell you how many dumbass LTs I have worked with. Can't spell lost without LT exists for a reason :)

I think they train us like they do to promote heart/character. It takes a certain caliber of man to keep driving on when you have nothing to look forward too, and are short on food and water and sleep. Might be just me though, but it seems like lots of training I have done is in that direction. that makes 2 of us my friend!!! I must make a confession though... after I typed all of the above, I couldn't take the hunger anymore, and the MRE's made me gag, so I snuck away and got some Subway... the new avocado turkey foot long... sooooooo tasty!!! and to make it worse I got 3 cookies to go with it. I just wanted FOOD!!! lol but what do you do right??? :32:
For the sleep thing, I was given a few hours for a nap this morning... and where am I... on the Droid checking in with my brothers... a man's gotta do lol :bigok:

agreed my friend. I am just getting too old to stomach the stuff I used to be able to eat many years ago. I used to love eating MRE's..., well maybe not LOVE to eat them, but I had no problems eating them... now :rasp:

man that sounds like the Batan Death March I did in White Sands NM. a marathon in the summer New Mexico heat, full army gear, 55lb pack, and running because we were idiots!! lol

ok I posted this on another forum, and just wanted to share it here. good times

and this just in:
Scientist have just approached Chuck Norris and told him that his blood is infact not pure... they say that his latest blood test confirm there is ASGT present thus making the incredible feats null and void. To this Chuck simply laughed, took out a knife, cut open his arms with a 6 inch gap, the blood poored into a deep blue jug, his wound sealing itself shut a mere 6 seconds later. The blood turned to powder and chuck handed it to a mysterious man named Eric (a man wearing a dark mask)
Chuck then turned to the scientist and simply stated:
Of course there is ASGT in my blood, where the hell did you think ASGT CAME from!!!
