today was the first dosing of Lucidrol. They have it for a killer BOGO offer. First initial impressions are pretty positive. I took it fasted, and it is stim free, so I wasn't expecting any kick. However, I was looking for extra to do this morning. Don't know if it was me just being pissed because I was supposed to do legs, or the Lucidrol giving me the extra focus etc..., or a combination. I think it is a combination with of 80-20 the 80 being me pissed off.
I ran out of Motivate, and I LOVED that stuff though!!! hopefully the Lucidrol can help fill the void until I can convince Pem to send me about 10 more sample packets!!! lol
Man AG I am sorry to hear about the knee. DW said it right, that's what you getting for being tough and constantly keeping the intensity sky high. We are our own worst enemies sometimes. Here's to hoping things turn out to be minor at the doctor on Monday; thinking about you big guy and way to get those shoulders in amongst all the turmoil.

Ask yourself that in about 4-6 weeks when the forecast here is 95 everyday with humidity of 75% or above... it's no picnic.
Good luck at the docs, whatever this is I know you will triumph over it. I am gonna look into my bag of tricks and see if I can come up with something to help you with buring extra cals. Let me know once the doc tells you what is going on and we will come up with stuff you can do. Keep you from feeling like you are falling behind.
One thing I would recomend for starters is when you use that arm bike sit up much higher so you aren't ever really going up above the shoulders in the movement and think of your hands as hook and that you are pulling from the elbows not the hands. That will involve the lats and traps more engaging the larger muscles of the back will burn a lot more calories than doing the work with your arms and shoulders.

totally agree. I only had a weeks sample back and played with the dosages... I am hooked on the stuff. I could use just 2 pills AM and get through work like it was nothing, or bump to the max 2 AM and 2 Afternoon and I would have focus and motivation for the rest of the day and would treat the family to some AG home cooking of some Chicken Parmesan on homemade wheat pasta with homemade whole wheat (ground my ME that evening) dinner rolls and steamed veggies on the side, that would make you droll (like I am doing just thinking about it!!!). My wife and kids sure notice the difference!!!! lol
ok guys the results are in. After 2 hours at the Dr, and they weren't pleasant ones either, they told me that my left meniscus is completely torn up... again. On the 5th of May 2008 the army doctors in GA went in and sewed the thing all up... the Dr. here said that it was a bad job and never really got fixed..., which explains why I have crappy range of motion and terrible knee pain all the time. The surgery is set for July 26th, after I get back from LDAC (an Army school. Think Basic training for college kids. I am an adviser there to torture the cadets) I could have done it now, but I need to finish the Pink and do a sponsored log for AI next.
In the meantime I have been told to stop squatting and running. He said I can do deads as much as the knee can handle. and other lower weight leg exercises.
lol thanks guys. They gave me a cortisone shot in the knee and I feel like doing squats again... but alas I won't... though the roundhouse idea does sound compelling. I didn't do one in the Dr. office, but I DID put his PA in an armbar... does that count???? lol

So walked for 50 minutes on hills at an easy pace and still burned over 600 cals. not bad.

I always have BW watch my form on BB rows, she has explicit instructions to mock and belittle me if I'm not bent over enough. It really helps. You could just bring a drill sargent maybe...
