Are you gonna run them at the same time, or do you mean a bridge cycle? I think you mean to stack them together at the same time, Ja? I like it. Take the T-Roid at full dose (3 caps per day) and take 20 mg. of Phera per day at the same time for 4 weeks. You'll love that stack. Strength and mass together in one!! :woohoo:Speaking of, I'm thinking about running Invalid Link Removed with Invalid Link Removed. Any thoughts on this stack guys? I should probably get started on pre-loading pretty soon. Thinking about starting up on Nov. 3.

Thanks for the feedback, bro! Yeah, I mean straight stacking them - no bridge required. :twisted:Are you gonna run them at the same time, or do you mean a bridge cycle? You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to thundergod again.

I was thinking - T-Roid @ 90mg, and PPlex @20mg the 1st 2 weeks, and as high as 30 the last week or 2. Or is that too much?
My biggest concern here is prolactin. Chasteberry is supposed to be pretty good to combat that, no? Anything else I should consider running as well?
What would you preload this with, TG?
I'm a Clomid man versus Nolva. Even though Nolva seems to be more poular. And I would run Clomid at 100 mg. for 5 days and then taper it down to 25 mg. for 3 weeks. I would also run an AI like 6-OXO or ATD and taper it down as well. A test-booster like DTHC would be great for PCT also. Then I like to run DHEA, testofen (fenugreek), Icariin, and a few other goodies as well. But this is the meat and potatoes of a PCT for this run., Because of the T-Roid, I would also recommend Vitamin B6 at 200 mg. per day and Vitex at 1 gram per day for prolactin sides. This should cover a cycle like this.hey tg, what would you use/do for a pct after that?
I already mentioned Vitex (chasteberry) so good call there shaddow. Vitamin B6 at 200 mg. per day is good for prolactin sides as well, especially during PCT. Preload: Milk Thistle @2 grams, Hawthorne Berries @ 2 grams, Vitamin C @ 4 grams, Fish Oil @ 10 grams, Policasonol @ 40 mg., and Vitamin B6 @ 100 mg. should set you up. Use this for 2 weeks prior to starting your cycle. I gave a quick PCT set-up in the post above this one. You can low-dose the Vitex @ 500 mg. and Vitamin B6 @ 100 mg. per day during your cycle and then double these dosages for your PCT. Any questions bro, feel free to ask. I love helping people with cycles and PCT's!!!Thanks for the feedback, bro! Yeah, I mean straight stacking them - no bridge required.

Awesome, thanks for the feedback! I *might* be able to extend it a week, but that would mean no drinking on New Years or my b-day. I can probably do that though. Would be a first for me, but I'm more interested in gains these days than partying. :head:I ran Phera-Plex as high as 40mg before. I love the stuff. Best oral I've ever used period, not just designer. I gained much better off of PP than Dbol.
I'd run PP @ 20mg for the first two weeks, and then bump up to 30mg. I'd run this stack for five weeks if you could.
You could get caber for the prolactin, but I doubt it will be a problem.
I prefer Nolva. Was thinking 30/20/20/10? Thoughts on that?I'm a Clomid man versus Nolva. Even though Nolva seems to be more poular. Ahh, gotcha. I'll def. be sure to add the B caps.I already mentioned Vitex (chasteberry) so good call there shaddow. Vitamin B6 at 200 mg. per day is good for prolactin sides as well, especially during PCT.
I've got AX Perfect Cycle which is 1000mg NAC, 600mg MT, 200mg R-ALA. I like to take that 3x daily. Everything else sounds good! :head:Preload: Milk Thistle @2 grams, Hawthorne Berries @ 2 grams, Vitamin C @ 4 grams, Fish Oil @ 10 grams, Policasonol @ 40 mg., and Vitamin B6 @ 100 mg. should set you up. Nolva doses look good bro. B6 is to help with prolactin sides which could arise with both a progesterone like T-Roid and also Phera (DMT) is known to cause prolactin issues. You can find it at Wal-Mart or anywhere. Your PCT looks good. You will love what this cycle is gonna do to you. You keep eating a lot of that clean cooking of yours and you will put on some mass with this one!! :bb3:I prefer Nolva. Was thinking 30/20/20/10? Thoughts on that?
Was also thinking PCS or Stoked! for 4 weeks, along with DTHC or 2010, and 6-OXO (4/3/2/1) starting week 4.
What's the reason for B6, TG? I'm assuming a complex would work fine. I have B-100 caps. I could do 2 caps a day.

I agree. Some great people heregreat gains bro ! awesome the support these forums give
I do have Nolva, but Toremifene, you say? I'll have to look into that for next time. Sounds like good stuff. Thanks for the suggestion!!If you have Nolva, then go for it. I prefer doing 40/30/20/10, but yours is fine too; however, I LOVE Toremifene. That stuff is amazing. I dose it @ 120mg for the first three days, 60mg for the next eleven days, and then 30mg for the last two weeks. Seriously, after the first three days of 120mg, you feel completely back to normal. The stuff is incredible. Some guys even say that within the first few days they will bust in their pants out of nowhere. Haha. I've never had that problem, but you know something is working if you do!
Thanks, bro!great gains bro ! awesome the support these forums give
No metal yet, no. I've been cranking out some dirty, filthy breaks en route to the gym, but I actually haven't even listened to my own music in the gym in a while. I need new headphones and I keep forgetting to buy them. :frustratehave you added the most important supp yet?
Try throwing some metal into those workouts to get fired up!
Same problem here. I have a tendency to always break one of the sides so I'm left with tunes only on one earplug. I think it's happened four times. No metal yet, no. That's exactly what's wrong with mine right now. We probably have the same POS headphones. :rofl:Same problem here. I have a tendency to always break one of the sides so I'm left with tunes only on one earplug. I think it's happened four times.
Need some cordless 'phones, cause I keep ripping mine out of my ear... half expecting my ear to be dangling from the end of the cord after a set of bent db rows one of these days! That's exactly what's wrong with mine right now. We probably have the same POS headphones.
I do need to get on that though. Come to think of it, I've never even lifted weights with headphones before. Only HIIT & cardio.

do it man. it will make a world of difference if it gets you pumped up:aargh::aargh::aargh::aargh:That's exactly what's wrong with mine right now. We probably have the same POS headphones.

Oh, I've got a story to tell from the gym when I'm done eating. (Just a reminder for myself really.)
bump
Well, damn! I'm gonna hate to have to let all of you down! So much suspense for not much of a story. I promise I wasn't trying to hype anything up, I was just leaving myself a note, then got distracted. LOL. Sorry. But on with the show. :hammer:
There's this guy I see at the gym quite a bit who's pretty freaking jacked. He's probably about 5'9" and a solid 220 lbs or so, I'd say. Well this guy's been talking to me a lot lately. Come to think of it, everyone has. Seriously, everyone in my gym lately seems to say hi to me, strike up conversations with me, introduce themselves... Most people there ignore each other. Hell, I usually ignore everyone else. But lately everyone has acknowledged me in some way. It's been a little weird to be completely honest with you. Almost as if I were taking pheromones or something. (Maybe I really am releasing pheromones??)
So tonight I'm in the zone. I'm pushing out dumbbell presses, I'm hitting drop sets and grunting and squeezing out reps. I'm noticing that many people around me kind of wait until I'm done to start their sets. I've actually noticed this happening more and more recently. Like everyone's watching me. (They are watching me - I see them in the mirrors!) Now I know I'm not the strongest guy in the world. Hell, I know I'm nowhere close. But when I pick up those heavy dumbbells and walk to the bench, there is not a single person in my gym who has the striations or vascularity that I do. Not one. It's getting NASTY. :head: I also know that when I am pushing out reps, even if I may begin to struggle on the second rep, I'm still pushing and pushing, and gutting out 4 or 5 more. That fire inside me is just always glowing, and I am able to dig so deep within to summon this extra force that people just notice that. I mean, I've been feeling this all along, but I'm starting to see how people react to it.
So even though there's bigger guys, and stronger guys, and guys who workout longer -- I don't think there is a single person in my gym right now who pushes as hard as I do as long as I do. And this is a new thing for me, but it's becoming more and more prevalent. It's gonna sound crazy to say this, and again, I'm not saying any of this in a cocky manner - but right now, I am the supreme alpha at my gym. :aargh::aargh::aargh:
Oh yeah, going back to the big dude. So this guy is chatting me up, and I keep interrupting his storytime to push another set. He's talking to me between sets, and he's telling me about his background, and how he fights MMA, he was a competitive bodybuilder before that, yadda yadda. Then it all comes. What do you take for recovery? What do you take for energy? Are you on anabolics? The questions keep coming. Then, get this - this big jacked mother****er - he starts BEGGING ME to workout with him. I tried explaining to him that I get to the gym at different times, do different variations all the time, switch often, and like to go at my own pace. He must've tried convincing me about 6 different times throughout the night to be his workout partner. :fool2:
I'm not one to let things get to my head, but at the same time I am quite observant, and I like to understand things. And what I am beginning to understand is this:
This stack will take you straight to the top of the food chain!! :aargh::aargh::aargh:
Well all-fukkin-right shaddow-warrior!! :head: That alpha-male mentality is better than any drug ever produced. Am I right??!! When you not only know you're the sh!t, but others around you recognize it also. There's something about a person that is in touch with themselves, confident with themselves, and have an infectious positive energy about them. I love being this person. I tend to avoid negative people at all costs. I try for a while to motivate and change them, but if they show that they are choosing to remain negative, then I have no more time to waste on them. I will not let anyones negative energy rob me of my positive "chi". I sometimes miss some of that "idol worship" from the public gyms. The guys staring in the mirror at me, trying not to be obvious. Asking how I got so big or so strong or how much I can lift. Wanting to grab a workout with me, like the star-struck dude in your tale. It's very flattering, but I still prefer the solitude of my Temple of Torture!! I can concentrate so much better. And I tend to be more intense and go crazier if I know that no one is watching me. I no longer need the "audience". LOL You're doing great shaddow. Your confidence and positivity is impossible not to notice. Go show the whole fukkin' world who the shaddow-warrior is!!! :twisted:So tonight I'm in the zone. I'm pushing out dumbbell presses, I'm hitting drop sets and grunting and squeezing out reps. I have always been one of the bigger guys at the gym, not the strongest but I have a lot of knowledge and work like a maniac, so have always warranted a lot of respect from younger lifters. One thing us experienced guys have an eye for it's winners, and we want to be involved with winners. Forget the arrogance crap, it has nothing to do with it. Confidence, hard work and results are all that matter. This is what happened to you, a knowledgable guy saw that you two could benefit eachother and is trying to elevate both your games by teaming up. I would advise you find a way to join him cuz I bet his experience will be of great benefit.
With my son gone I am in need and always looking for a serious training partner. I know how that guy feels when you see a winner you want them on your team.
I should perhaps explain better what I mean by arrogance in the gym, in terms off “nothing to show off”, I mean primarily knowledge on training (which may or may not reflect in a person's physical appearance).
I see a lot of people who think they are tough $hit simply because they can lift a certain weight. There is a difference from
a) simply moving weight from point A to point B, and
b) moving the weight with a thought to recruit specific muscles (translated : GOOD FORM :lol.
“Unfortunately”, lot of group a) individuals will still put on mass because they may be blessed with good genetics.
Also, if someone who’s 220lb can deadlift 200lb, what s the big deal ?! I’d be more inclined to take advice from someone who’s 80lb and deadlifts 160. In terms of having a training partner, yeah, a good training partner is a priceless asset, they make you push sooooo much harder  I wish I had one
