Training experience : I've been training my whole life... from martial arts starting at the age of 5 to my dad sneaking me in the gym on Sundays at age 10. I can't say when i started taking bodybuilding for real because every year I look back and say to myself "man, i used to be weak!" My high school years I was big in power lifting which gave me a nice frame for bodybuilding. I live for the iron,,,, everyday at work i can't wait to get off and go lift!
Current Training Schedule:
I train 5 days a week 3 days on 1 day off 2 days on 1 day off
Because i work rotating shifts and have screwed up off days I start my training on Saturday... I also do not use any of these fancy training styles (but im looking into them). I use a lot of drop set, super set and negatives reps. I train with high intensity and volume i live to workout! I also try to do cardio 5 days a week for at least 30 mins
Day 1 Shoulders / traps
Day 2 Arms
Day 3 Legs
Day 4 off cardio
Day 5 Chest / tris
Day 6 Back / bis
Day 7 off - cardio
Repeat
Current Cardio Schedule:
My goal is to one day use my treadmill EVERYDAY when I wake up for fasted cardio,but right now I work 60-70 hours a week soo right now I do 30-60 mins of cardio after weights. I wear a heart rate monitor and keep my heart rate at 147-167. I also use my treadmill at home when i have nothing else to do which is anywhere from 1-3 days a week. AND on my days off from weight (unless im dead tired or working a side job) i go in the gym and bang out 60-70 mins.

Meal 1 morning shake 10oz liquid egg whites, 2 cups oatmeal, 1 banana and 20 grams whey. also eat one grape fruit and 10 prunes
Meal 2 50 grams protein from Tuna or Steak 1 cup brown rice
Meal 3 Same as #2
Meal 4 16oz liquid egg white half cup brown rice
Meal 5 (pre work out) 50 grams protein 2 cups brown rice
Meal 6 post work out shake 60 grams protein 35 grams carbs
Meal 7 same as #2
Meal 8 30-40 grams protein or same as meal 4
Meal 9 Bed time shake
Meall 10 I wake up and drink egg whites or a shake almost every night about 3 hours after sleeping i am just one hungry dude!

250 with 10% body fat and I also wanna really compete in a NATTY bodybuilding show within the next 2 years.
