please post all and any keto recipes you might have... macros would be awesome but not a necessity i can figure em out ;)
 
Dude it is hard to eat keto. Can't even drink milk. It's like, a crazy amount of meat and protein powder. And you already know how good eggs are for it. When I do keto, a lot of my meals are just big slabs of red meat or fish. I love fish because you get some of the best fats with it. I had a fishoil-greasy salmon the other day and looved it.
I remember having a lot of turkey bacon in the morning with my eggs, lol... the turkey bacon I found was surprisingly healthy and cooked up real tasty.

If you can turn shakes into 2 meals and cottage cheese something for your last meal then you only have to make 3 keto meals. You can have the shakes with some nuts for fat.

Keto is so much work but keto with the stack you're on should pretty much be the ultimate in fatloss. You set up a tough challenge for yourself but put the work in and you'll get such amazing results.

Well I love eating slabs of meat too, but I do enjoy variety. Especially running keto for 12 weeks. If I see good results, Im going back to paleo for 4 weeks after it, then repeating everything (prolly not the anabolics that'd be like a 8 month cycle lol)

I can do without the corn, carrots, potatoes, etc. Glad I can still have limited amounts of onions, spinach, broccoli, etc. The fiber definitely goes a long way on keto. I remember the last time I ran keto I had almost no vegetables and it was hard to sh1t lol..... This time around I'm playing it a little smarter.

So I did some research and you're not supposed to have turkey bacon. I love turkey bacon and have probably about 10 lbs at the house in the freezer (didn't eat it on paleo because i only ate unprocessed foods) but I'm gonna "modify" the diet and have turkey bacon damn it.

I also invested in some egg whites and have been adding 15-18 grams of protein to my shakes. I only have two shakes daily, I don't like to do more than 80-100 grams from whey. I am drinking no sugar added almond milk, which is rich in healthy fats, and delicious, and almost feels like a cheat meal when I make protein shakes with it.

I added yet another stim today... And almost threw up when it all hit me.. I had a bottle of Cellucor's D4 Thermal Shock laying around from almost a year ago. I thought all cellucor products were trash but I guess not this one.... I am so stimmed out I almost threw up haha.. But now im leveling out and just very very wired.

BP is fine, even with a little bit of higher sodium from foods on this diet. I already feel like the "flu" has passed, I may be in full keto as of now, but its only been 3 days so there is no telling. Keto strips aren't necessarily a great indicator of ketosis because if you are dehydrated, your strips will show darker purple, and even if you're in full blown keto and keep flushing your system with water, the strip may show a lighter color. So it has to do with not only your water intake but the amount of ketones in your urine. And if you don't have excess ketones because you're using them all, then a strip won't be much help. I think they're more of a guide, but still a good cheap investment lol.

Im taking today off, I did some cardio with my dog this morning. Slammed some BCAAs (25g) pre cardio and a shake right after. Followed by 8 eggs (3 whites) and a hint of pepper jack cheese with some sausage lol (yet another processed food) lol...

I love fish too, Unreal. Not so much Salmon, as I don't like gamier fish, but I love things like Mahi, Red Snapper, Ahi, flounder, Halibut.... And I have a whole set of spices when I'm cooking them...

Anyway yall I got some recipes off the net, and I think maybe one off the site but if anyone can help me out and post some recipes then I would appreciate it

Well the feeling of going into keto is not fun itself, but watching the fat just melt off is awesome. Plus I get to eat greasy ass meat all day long, (well to an extent, you know what I mean.).. The human body goes into starvation mode but I remember when I was in full blown keto when I ran it before, that by the 8th or 9th day I had lost that lethargic feeling and the more fat I ate the more energy I had. I lost a lot of fat that time around, but wasn't even serious about my training. Now everything is check, and all my supps are just icing on the cake, but I can easily stick it out on any diet. Im not a picky bitch and the ONLY carb temptation I have believe it or not is ice cream lol....
 
Oh and my girl has also been following my dieting and training and has leaned up very nicely as well. My results are more noticeable because I am on anabolics and I had more fat to lose than she did. She's a carboholic, probably wouldn't gain much weight on a high carb diet, but she is a down ass chick and didn't want to have a bunch of temptation sitting around the house so she joined in when I started paleo, and is on keto with me as we speak. We can both eat eggs like it's our job, so are still very excited about being on this diet.

I MAY switch to the palumbo diet and follow it to the T if I don't go into paleo again.. But my opinion or plan may change in 3 months, who knows.
 
this was my grocery list last night:

2 packs of spinach
1 bunch broccoli
2 large cucumbers
3 medium limes
1 head cauliflower
2 white large onions
4 sugar free pudding packs
2 cartons almond breeze
1 bag raw almonds
5 dozen eggs
2 cartons egg whites til I place my egg whites international
3 lbs lean sirloin
2 lbs center cut pork chops
4 lbs lean turkey
6 lbs skinless boneless whole chicken breasts
2 tubs natty almond butter with 3g carbs per serving
2 lbs organic unsalted butter
1 block pepper jack cheese, full fat cheese
16 oz sour cream
1 head of lettuce (made taco wraps last night- BOMB!!!!)
 
Not sure if you like fish bro, but I think I recall you talking about mahi mahi somewhere so I'll post this up it's keto friendly and super easy buy a 8 os can of salmón get a jalapeño a small or medium onion a 1/4 bunch of cilantro and half a red bell pepper chop everything up in big pieces. Then put your salmon and all the chopped stuff up in the food processor. After everything gets chopped up finer in there and well mixed add a whole egg and 1 egg yolk mix again take it out and make 2 nice size patties pan fry then or put them on the grill. Boom salmon burgers primo. Use the pizza dough recepie to make flat bread I nice mild cheese would go dam good with these :)
 
Allright just back read like to entries back and read you don't like salmon fucjk my bad bro. But what u can do is use crab meat instead and have crab cakes!
 
....or just make regular burgers! Go about using your own recepie or get one of line just substitute the breadcrumbs with porkrinds (I think thats what they're called in English if not I mean chicharrones) try to go to a bodega and get the real ones not the airy ones they sell at the gas station. Pond the $hit out of them whilethere in the bag so they get into breadcrumb consistency and your good. Materfact chicharrón powder is the perfect bread crumb substitute while on keto. You can bread your porkchops or make meatballs or meatloaf or chicken Parm your G2G bro!

Yeah... exactly what she is. I'll be doin deads off the power rack and she'll have her weight in front of her standing right beside me ;) can't quite "spot" me if i got real real heavy.... but it really helps we both get to eat good...

How you running the ghrp? I'm stacking those 2 peps with sarms S4 as a bridge post pct. Very interested to see how it treats you.

im mixing em and pinning 2x/day about every other day... should be interesting for sure. not sure if im gonna run the more anabolic dose or not, i dont know if it will help build lean mass while on keto....

today is first day of t3 @ 75mcg :saroll:
 
I haven't heard the palumbo diet mentioned in quite awhile if you pick that one it should prove interesting

lol...buddy give it a couple of weeks, Im adding in tren in a few... cycling off t3 and then back on again once I know what tren is like on my body. i figure its the smart way to go about things. the time spent between being off and back on t3 will be greatly reduced in calories, and my diet will be primarily lean protein with enough fat to keep my energy up during keto.

but hell ill be honest ive been thinkin about takin a mL to the quad a couple of times lol... ;)

wouldn't gains require additional calories?? or have people gained from tren at 200-300 under maintenance?

Tren is as great at being a cutter as it is at being a bulker. So you might not add slabs of muscle under maintainence but it should be a nice strength increase and expedite your cut.

Well I think Ive got my body confused... Im using GHRP 6 which increases hunger, but then I have thermal shock and adderllin, and it kills my appetite if I take em together. So that and the t3 raises my BMR... In short I think this combination is allowing me to burn more fat, and my sleep has been awesome since I added cjc and ghrp.. wow..

oh sorry for the mutiple posts lol.. but im gonna make some low carb meatloaf tonight with sugar free ketchup and pork skins for the bread substitute... I mean oats worked great instead of bread or croutons when I was still bulking, this should work out nicely too. Also, using mozzerrela cheese just to switch it up.

Made a bit of chicken salad yesterday... Which is pretty keto friendly considering its just fat and protein... And a tiny bit of fiber from the celery. It was kinda weird not eating it on bread or crackers, but this way I ate more meat anyway....

but just from sleeping better I can tell this stuff is legit, and the combo dosed at the higher end is still WAY WAY WAY WAY cheaper then real HGH... jmo

Its gonna be kind of expensive but yeah im running them for the length of the cycle and pct and maybe even post PCT just to help keep things the way they should be... I wish I could get a break buyin in bulk! lol
 
Yo have you considered ghrp-2 instead of 6? From what I understand they do the same except 2 doesn't bring on the hunger 6 does. Seems like that would make it better suited for a cut? Maybe Russian could chime in on this?

i control the hunger with stims... so it doesn't have me eating more................... yet lol
