This was a good learning experience for sure. Sorry it didnt work out better bro.
And unreal do you think I'll be ok with a cal deficit, keto, tren, t3 at 50-75mcg and 4 days of cardio?? I can squeeze out 5-6 but 10?? I would die lol
idk man it depends on how well the tren and T3 works for you but really it counts on tren being the MVP which it certainly should be.
i wish i could be doing 10x cardio a week on this cycle but it's sooo much work and soo much laundry, going to the gym twice a day everyday is BRUTAL that's 14 pairs of dirty gym clothes every week, i was washing my gym clothes like crazy.
BUT my rate of fatloss last summer was ridiculous, it was probably twice as fast as the fatloss I'm getting on my current cycle that's pretty similar in most regards but only 3x a week cardio.
I am a big fan of getting a workout twice a day when you're someone like me who has a slow metabolism cuz my metabolism needs to get revved up twice a day to keep me in more of a high energy, fat-burning state. By default i'm always sluggish, not tired but always in what I call a low energy state.
If you can manage 5-6x a week cardio then go for it. Like i said i'm a big fan of lots of workouts cuz I think that really does more for you than the high drug approach I see on the forums a lot "I'm going to stack epi and halodrol and run ECA stacked with clen and not do any cardio and still eat lots of carbs but rely on the drugs to lean out" i see stuff like this a lot here where the effort of lots of workouts is just replaced by more drugs.
SC you're probably an endomorph and if you gain easier than you lose then I'd say you are like me and you'd benefit from doing tons of cardio.
I can cut my calories way down and make my diet super clean and I don't lose fat... i shrink down a few pounds and that's about it... i really need more cardio.
That's the problem I'm having with my current cycle is my drug regiment is fine but to lose fat at the rate I want I need more cardio, my rate's been too slow so I haven't been super happy with my progress.
You know what's important if you can't do 2 workouts a day is just staying active in some way. Like if you just walk your dog for an hour that's SOMETHING and if you can turn that into a jog then that's 100% a workout. If you play sports for an hour or go on a hike or anything for over an hour that gets your heart rate up, it counts. I like going to the beach because if it's nice out I can go in the water which burns tons of calories because the water is frigging cold, otherwise I can just walk along the coast.
So what I'm saying is part of it is just trying to have an active lifestyle as much as you can. But really IMO unless you have crazy ectomorph genetics then you need tons of cardio to burn fat
say you burn 600 calories in your cardio session then that's ~67g of fat which is 0.067kg of fat = 0.148 lbs of fat. This assumes 100% efficiency for fatloss and completely fails to take into account weightlifting, lifestyle and calorie deficits.... BUT you can see that at that rate, doing cardio 4x a week will net you .6 pounds of fatloss per week while cardio 10x per week will be 1.5 pounds per week.
That sounds like nothing but over 10 weeks that's 15 pounds just from cardio and then you factor in weightlifting, lifestyle, calorie deficit, and drug regiment and suddenly it's twice as much. But anyway I feel like all the drugs create the perfect environment for the fatloss but it's the actual cardio that does all the work.
