Cycle is coming along nice brother, I'm glad things are starting work out for you. Nice job hitting a new PR. Such a good feeling of accomplishment. All your other numbers are looking good too. Cardio is always good even if short, I know a lot of ppl will disagree with me for saying this but I think post lifting cardio is the absolute best for recomping you deplete your body of all carbs during your lifting and your body starts burning fat for energy. Keep killing it!

Thanks man! Yeah it does feel pretty good. I wasn't even sure I was going to be able to do it but I was like, psh I GOT THIS! Haha! See I never even thought about post w/o cardio like that before. Seems to be pretty good logic. My reasoning for doing it that way is because that's the only time I can get any cardio in. And I sure as hell ain't goin to run before I go lift. When did you plan on starting your cycle?

Yea bro to me is really the best way for the cardio I alwys fit in 15mins of hitt after lifting. It goes by quick bro I just zone in with some good music, 3 fast paced songs & b4 I know it I'm done! I'm looking to start early October I'm doing a little cut right now because my BF % is a little higher than what I would like it to be (around 14-15%). It will b a recomp and also my first pin cycle. I'm gonna kick start it with the Sd and cruise into Epi for the last 4 weeks. Will also be adding T3 for the last 6wks and have hCG on board for my Huevos. Should be good I'm seeing a nutritionist (family friend that knows I'll b on cycle) now that's gona help me with a solid diet plan. I'll b logging it so I hope to see you there sir!

It's been a very interesting couple of weeks. Won't get into all the details but there was some family issues that arose, but everything is cooling down now. As for my cycle...well it didn't get much better. Nothing went as planned during the whole thing. So I'm cutting it a week short and start PCT. Truthfully the T3 was way more powerful than I had expected. It really diminished the effects of the SD and Epi, even at lower doses.

Today is my first day off the T3 after ramping back down and my first day without the Epi. Shut down has been minimal to say the least so I probably won't dose my SERM as high as I was going to. Looking at 90/60/30/30 for the Torem. As planned I'll start Sustain Alpha 3rd week along with EndoAmp and then 4th week I'll start TCF-1. I'll also get blood work done after PCT. I'm also looking to add in a Thyroid panel just to make sure things are back to normal in that department.

sry to hear about your cycle not working out as planned bro.
but after pct and some time off there'll be more and better cycles in store for you!

just curious how high did you dose the t3 on its highest dose? and what kind of epi did you run at what dose?

adding a tsh+ free t4 to your bloods isnt a bad idea. take care bro i hope all your family issues getr resolved.

wow sorry I missed all the action, but i'm here for your PCT. Sorry so late

No worries man. You didn't miss anything real exciting as the cycle was kind of a bust. I just didn't know what I was getting into, using the T3.

I hope things r going well for u and things r getting on track. Good luck in PCT I just started mine.

Thanks man! I'll be over to check in on your thread here soon.

Thanks! I'm going to give the cycles a break for awhile. The next thing I think I'll look into is Sarms S4. I've been hearing pretty good things about it. I was taking Epi-Strong and the highest I dosed my T3 was 75mcg. I ended up dropping it back down to 50mcg after a couple weeks and then obviously tapered from there. But T3 will dramatically reduce the overall effects of even the strongest oral steroid...at least from what I experienced.

And thanks man, the family issues are resolved and things are good to go. :)

between my current cycle and my recomp last summer i'm concluding that T3 is best utilized in conjunction with a lot of cardio as a catalyst to fatloss because on my current cycle I'm doing cardio only 3x a week and my rate of fatloss is so SO slow compared to last summer where I was doing cardio 10x a week. With T3 and not that much cardio it won't take fat off by itself; it does decrease the anabolism from your steroids though

I would have thought with you doing cardio 4x a week with that stack that this would be more effective for you though so I'm sorry it didn't go any better but i'm glad your personal stuff is settled down

This was a good learning experience for sure. Sorry it didnt work out better bro.

And unreal do you think I'll be ok with a cal deficit, keto, tren, t3 at 50-75mcg and 4 days of cardio?? I can squeeze out 5-6 but 10?? I would die lol

idk man it depends on how well the tren and T3 works for you but really it counts on tren being the MVP which it certainly should be.

i wish i could be doing 10x cardio a week on this cycle but it's sooo much work and soo much laundry, going to the gym twice a day everyday is BRUTAL that's 14 pairs of dirty gym clothes every week, i was washing my gym clothes like crazy.
BUT my rate of fatloss last summer was ridiculous, it was probably twice as fast as the fatloss I'm getting on my current cycle that's pretty similar in most regards but only 3x a week cardio.

I am a big fan of getting a workout twice a day when you're someone like me who has a slow metabolism cuz my metabolism needs to get revved up twice a day to keep me in more of a high energy, fat-burning state. By default i'm always sluggish, not tired but always in what I call a low energy state.
If you can manage 5-6x a week cardio then go for it. Like i said i'm a big fan of lots of workouts cuz I think that really does more for you than the high drug approach I see on the forums a lot "I'm going to stack epi and halodrol and run ECA stacked with clen and not do any cardio and still eat lots of carbs but rely on the drugs to lean out" i see stuff like this a lot here where the effort of lots of workouts is just replaced by more drugs.

SC you're probably an endomorph and if you gain easier than you lose then I'd say you are like me and you'd benefit from doing tons of cardio.
I can cut my calories way down and make my diet super clean and I don't lose fat... i shrink down a few pounds and that's about it... i really need more cardio.
That's the problem I'm having with my current cycle is my drug regiment is fine but to lose fat at the rate I want I need more cardio, my rate's been too slow so I haven't been super happy with my progress.

You know what's important if you can't do 2 workouts a day is just staying active in some way. Like if you just walk your dog for an hour that's SOMETHING and if you can turn that into a jog then that's 100% a workout. If you play sports for an hour or go on a hike or anything for over an hour that gets your heart rate up, it counts. I like going to the beach because if it's nice out I can go in the water which burns tons of calories because the water is frigging cold, otherwise I can just walk along the coast.

So what I'm saying is part of it is just trying to have an active lifestyle as much as you can. But really IMO unless you have crazy ectomorph genetics then you need tons of cardio to burn fat

say you burn 600 calories in your cardio session then that's ~67g of fat which is 0.067kg of fat = 0.148 lbs of fat. This assumes 100% efficiency for fatloss and completely fails to take into account weightlifting, lifestyle and calorie deficits.... BUT you can see that at that rate, doing cardio 4x a week will net you .6 pounds of fatloss per week while cardio 10x per week will be 1.5 pounds per week.
That sounds like nothing but over 10 weeks that's 15 pounds just from cardio and then you factor in weightlifting, lifestyle, calorie deficit, and drug regiment and suddenly it's twice as much. But anyway I feel like all the drugs create the perfect environment for the fatloss but it's the actual cardio that does all the work.

Thanks Unreal. I was expecting a lot out of this stack also. But as I said before, nothing went how I had planned. You're right though, if I could have gotten more cardio in I would have seen better fatloss. Unfortunately I don't have the time to be able to do that. I've got one shot at the gym a day, and that's in the evening. If I can't get my cardio in after a workout, then it won't happen that day.

It's all good. Like you said, good learning experience. I now know what to expect from the T3. Not that I plan on using it again. :)
