How often and what duration? I tried severral combos and didn't notice much beyond increased appetite week 2, that then trailed off. I was beyond disappointed that I was not as impressed as everyone else who tried it.

Perfect example of how everyone can be different. It's our goal to have a product with a 100% success rate. Unfortunately it is an impossible task, but we come very close.

Our beta-testers took 4 caps per day for 4 weeks

You could very well be a non-responder. For every product on the market there is people whose bodies respond well to the product, and others who don't notice much (the non responders).. You could either a- try upping the dose or b- try another product..
 
I am back down to 5 now and feel its my sweet spot. Vascularity and muscle fullness are amazing.
 
This study only backs up how i felt/effects during my ABE solo run. Guess thats where that libido boost and raging hard ons came from lol

Damn, im now thorwing up between trying ostarine or an another anabeta run for my winter bulk. Maybee i should run both?

Im still researching Ostarine. It looks pretty promicing and safe and is somthing i have easy access too. I feel more comfortable taking it than anabolics. Do you know much about it Natty? I'm happy to Pm if you do. There are still a few things im trying to work out.

From my research so far, it just seems a lot safer for your body-I dont have to worry about PCT, Bad liver or Blood pressure. And apparantly some feel it heals joints and tendons quickly which, would be great for me during basketball off season. However it seems it may affect Cholestrol and Lipids. But all the bloodwork i have read about so far has either not had a pre-osta test done or they have used it as a bridge after anabolics which i feel may affect the results.

I'm still researching. I may decide not to take it. But i like what i see so far.
 
You do realize that Ostarine is basically an AAS right? It is a synthetic analog of male sex hormones. Hell I recently read a study on how TREN can be considered a SARM! Now this isnt to discourage you from using it but by no means should you view this differently then you would view AAS. And if im not mistaken, depending on how you dose them, SARMs can cause shutdown so a PCT would be necessary. As for your joints and tendons.. Have you considered low dose anavar? It is known to help strengthen tendons, joints, connective tissues and increase bone density.

I am currently researching the appropriate dose to avoid shutdown. I realise at 50mg a day this may become supressive. I was thinking between 12 and 25mg/day for 6 weeks. That dose doesnt seem to have casued any issues from the blood work i have seen. I thought i would be fairly safe if i ran erase or DAA afterwards. There is so much stuff to take into consideration. I just thought the near no sides compared to the gains made it a good option.

Been using ostarine at 13 mg for the past two weeks as part of my pct. Am starting 4 caps anabeta with it tomorrow. I feel the ostarine working it deff has a pronounced leaning effect. This is going to be a good combo I can tell :D

There is some recent research on vitamin e supplementation and the impact of individual "genetic make up" which likely explain many of the variances in response to supplementation. I can only imagine that this applies even more to substances/supplements that the body isn't already exposed to on a daily basis.

There are so many different options when dosing it. You can take 1 cap four times a day with 1 pre-workout. You can take 2 cap caps twice a day both with food. Some people even take up to 6. The options are almost limitless.

I had the same suspicion, but now I'm really thinking that I was just carb deficient and the increased anabolic environment anabeta created required me to eat even more.
 
for me personally, and everybody is different, but i would use anabeta on a bulk and anabeta elite on a cut or recomp. not that anabeta elite will cut body fat, but it can be a great part of a cutting stack

Care to elaborate? I'm trying to decide which to buy since I haven't tried OG. I'm pretty much always on a lean bulk

The addition of forskolin seems to make AE better for cutting/leaning. I know it tends to lean me out when I take that ingredient.

Me too. I was eating like a horse on AE (sometimes not so good food) and got leaner as well.

I am noticing this as well, I'm on my first week of ABE and the effects are impressive to say the least. Check out the link in my sig for my log!

Me neither.

I don't know why, but it seems like there is a tendency to overhype libido effects on logs. I think an "it still works" would be fine. My favorite sup Phytoserms DROPPED my libido. It was like my mind was on a higher level and I was so much above that mere mortal pastime. I don't think people realize that libido is dependent on estrogen and that more is not also better. That said.. Anabeta - no change in libido for me.
 
i never had libido boost on anabeta as well. but thats the least of my concerns. if i want libido, ill take DAA with Sustain Alpha TD.

Some people report suppression at 25mg.
