Bulking season is in full gear. The treadmills are gaining dust. Parking closer to doorways becomes a real thing again. Deficits are so two months ago. Sweatshirts hide the fact that your six packs have turned into 2 packs and you’re loving every minute of it.

‘‘Tis the season of feeling good. Getting those numbers up on all your lifts and oh yeah, getting huge.

Chaos and Pain have created a new product called Chemical X that will see to the last paragraph becoming fact.

Thanks to CNP and pyrobatt for choosing me to run this for 8 weeks followed by their PCT product Cannibal Alpha. I’m looking forward to every massive minute of it.

Over the course of this log I’ll update each of my training sessions, discuss how I feel the product is reacting with me and will post before during and after photos to show how everything meshes together before the cameras eye.

This is s bulking log. Plain and simple. I will only be doing a very, very limited amount of cardio. If I do extra it means I’ll be feasting for sure way above my normal range.

As for macros:

I’m currently at 179 lbs.

I’m shooting for about 225-250 grams protein, 300-360 grams carbohydrates and about 80-90 grams fat. This puts me in a general range of about 2800-3200 calories daily and that should put me at about a 400-500 calorie surplus daily. This will get adjusted as I go along though.

My mother is a world class chef so there will be some awesome meals and you guys picked a perfect time for me to run this, as starting in November desserts and baked goods become the absolute norm. So yeah, my bulks do have a tendency to get a bit dirty. I’m sure just the way many of you guys like it.

The occasional training video will pop up, along with crazy food porn, and lots of donuts on my instagram feed. For those not following my ig is rutherford_fred. A lot of the food porn I’ll post in here but the videos are a pain in the butt to post on am through the app and tbh I rarely go on the cpu ever, so those will be on ig only for the most part.

I’ll get the before pics and officially start the log in a couple days, as tbh I really wasn’t sure when it would arrive so on Saturday I figured I’d get some beer and I have about five left so want to finish them off before I start this as.

Chemical x just came out. How long was the cycle?
I’m running Chemical 1 and 4 atm and at week 3 and already I have seen results. Leaner, vascular and fuller

Officially starting tomorrow. Could’ve started today but I really didn’t want to kick this off on Friday the 13th. Yep I’m a superstitious mf.

But I did hit arms today with my new toys. Honestly I thought permaswole was the greatest thing for getting your swole but when you combine it with bfr bands omg. The pumps r just stupid and at times very painful but in a good way.

I did a normal arm workout and used the bands for finishing off Biceps triceps and forearms

Can’t wait to try these out on leg day with the ones made for the legs and calves.

Oh thought I’d list some of the additional supplements I’m using:

Am: fish oil, multi, extra vitamin c,d3 and b12 per dr orders.

Pre workout: I’ve been stim free the past couple weeks and it is as really tough transition the first couple days but permaswole has made it easy on me. I had been using it in addition to my stim pres but it works great as a stand-alone.

So for the next couple weeks at least I’ll be using permaswole pre workout but I’ll use riot and permaswole together on leg days as Tbh leg days have kinda been a bit lackluster in feel since stopping stims.

Intra: hbcd creatine bcaas

That’s it. Obviously I use protein too.

Unless I note otherwise that’ll be the plan. I’ve got 5 tubs of permaswole and a half tub of riot. If I run out of riot b4 this ends I have like 230 servings of different stim pres sitting around.

The plan is to run a core and calves workout tomorrow maybe with some leg extensions and curls just to try out the bfr bands. But I may just switch to chest idk yet

Took 1 capsule in the am, second will be dosed before bed. So dumb an analysis but man these little onyx capsules are freaking cool to look at.

Hit gym did core hips abs calves

30 sec rest between sets. Fifteen minutes in and I was drenched already.

I like to try and pull 3 times a week. I feel freaking beastly afterwards for rest of night. I feel like that still and if this feeling didn’t take place almost every time I pull I’d think the X was already working but I know better, these things will take a bit to kick in.

Macros today: 90 fat. 252 carbs 200 protein 2618 calories tdee 2407 estimated so about 200 surplus. Would’ve been higher but my dog doesn’t eat much anymore and he actually wanted my chicken tonight and bc he was actually eating I just kept giving it to him and he ate the whole 8 oz which I was happy to see.

Thanks. Yeah he just won’t eat the t sux. Today all he would eat was bread so for the f of it I picked up some plain cheeseburgers from McDonald’s which he used to love and so he hobbled then up. Idk wtf is up with him. Vet says he’s fine but just being picky. Anyhow glad I got him to eat again bc he’s my old dude and want to keep him around a lot longer.

Didn’t feel like watching ball today. So weird bc typically I watch 3 full games on Sunday. Bills r on bye and just didn’t feel like it. So I knew gym would b dead so I decided to head out there.

I went without a plan and just let it happen organically. I never do that I always have everything written out in advance and only go off script when a machine or bench is taken. Anyhow I know not having a plan isn’t the greatest idea, but man every time I do it I wind up having a really fun session.

Was really satisfied with how today’s chest workout went.

Warmed up with 2x5 45,135

These numbers are well below what I normally hit but it’s the heaviest I’ve been able to go without shoulder pain in a long time. A theme today.

Db incline 65x8,75x6, 70x6, 65x7

Db incline with a 2-2-2 time scheme. The hold at the top isn’t that hard but the negative is tight but that hold on the bottom makes these light weights feel heavy as heck. Went with as long as it took me to get up and get the next set of dbs for rest.

As each day goes on I’m starting to notice things. I have this “huge” feeling all day long and l feel like a hulk post workout for hours. My dad even commented on my traps looking bigger of course he called it neck area lol. But I’ve felt that myself so nice to see it wasn’t just my mind playing tricks.

Second thing I’ve noticed so far is now for two days in a row I just can’t eat enough as the hunger is unreal.

Third thing I typically get crazy doms two days post leg day and today just a tiny bit of quad sorenes. So I feel it’s helping there as well.

Last thing I’ve noticed so far is I’ve been extra attentive to all the women around lately. Well ok not all of them. So I see this definitely helps with libido as well.

And yeah been having some great sessions since I’ve started so far
