Bulking season is in full gear. The treadmills are gaining dust. Parking closer to doorways becomes a real thing again. Deficits are so two months ago. Sweatshirts hide the fact that your six packs have turned into 2 packs and you’re loving every minute of it.

Chaos and Pain have created a new product called Chemical X that will see to the last paragraph becoming fact.
Thanks to CNP and pyrobatt for choosing me to run this for 8 weeks followed by their PCT product Cannibal Alpha. I’m looking forward to every massive minute of it.
Over the course of this log I’ll update each of my training sessions, discuss how I feel the product is reacting with me and will post before during and after photos to show how everything meshes together before the cameras eye.
This is s bulking log. Plain and simple. I will only be doing a very, very limited amount of cardio. If I do extra it means I’ll be feasting for sure way above my normal range.
As for macros:
I’m currently at 179 lbs.
I’m shooting for about 225-250 grams protein, 300-360 grams carbohydrates and about 80-90 grams fat. This puts me in a general range of about 2800-3200 calories daily and that should put me at about a 400-500 calorie surplus daily. This will get adjusted as I go along though.
My mother is a world class chef so there will be some awesome meals and you guys picked a perfect time for me to run this, as starting in November desserts and baked goods become the absolute norm. So yeah, my bulks do have a tendency to get a bit dirty. I’m sure just the way many of you guys like it.
The occasional training video will pop up, along with crazy food porn, and lots of donuts on my instagram feed. For those not following my ig is rutherford_fred. A lot of the food porn I’ll post in here but the videos are a pain in the butt to post on am through the app and tbh I rarely go on the cpu ever, so those will be on ig only for the most part.
I’ll get the before pics and officially start the log in a couple days, as tbh I really wasn’t sure when it would arrive so on Saturday I figured I’d get some beer and I have about five left so want to finish them off before I start this as.
