Gotta admit, not a fan of low rep arm days.
Elbows always sore, barely get a mirror pump and it takes the enjoyment out of a day that’s typically fun for me. Anyhow trudged through it
Started out going every 30-45 sec. by the end I was taking about 1.5-2 minutes as direct heavy lifting fatigues my arms way faster than other splits do.
