Product reaction: nothing truly new to report, however I notice that healing and recovery are getting better and quicker each day. This is something that may not be as noticeable to most but coming into this with a messed up shoulder and feeling confident enough in how it feels to push heaviest weights in four months. I think that says something.
Hunger staying strong as well. Strength keeps increasing but that beast like feeling is ever apparent as each day goes by.

Most I’ve pressed in four months and shoulder feels fine. I cut things a little short with the heavy pressing as to not play with fire type of thing.

I must have had an abnormally monster trap pump going bc after one of my trap sets this gargantuan comes up to me and grunts killer traps. Was f’n cool as hell to hear that.
