AnaBeta FAQ - Ask Away

I plan to use anabeta during my pct for hdrol in 5 weeks when it's over. I have run anabeta solo at 4 caps per day for 8 weeks when it first came out and I loved it. I spaced 4 caps with 4 meals and did one pre and one post workout on workout days like the label says. I am wondering if 4 caps would be enough for a pct dose? should I try to increase the caps to 6 per day? And if so what kind of dosing should I use for the extra 2 caps I will be taking. I am trying to plan everything out.. thanks!

Im going to run it at 6 caps a day. 2 am, then 1,1,1,1 before bed. :)

You could 4-6 caps during PCT - really up to you, although at 210 pounds (if that is correct), I would recommend 4-5 caps a day instead of 6 caps. How you dose and time your doses is up to you as well, but from personal experience say dosing 3-4 times daily is best.

A few different options:

@ 4 caps a day

Option A
Dose 1 - 1 cap ~30 min pre-training
Dose 2 - 1 cap immediately post-training
Dose 3 - 1 cap with meal earlier or later in the day
Dose 4 - 1 cap with meal earlier or later in the day

Option B
Dose 1 - 2 caps ~30 min pre-training
Dose 2 - 1 cap immediately post-training
Dose 3 - 1 cap with meal earlier or later in the day

Option C
Dose 1 - 1 cap ~30 min pre-training

For my height at 6 ft. 2 in. do you have a weight range for 4 vs 5 vs 6 caps (so how much should I weigh to take 5 or 6 caps instead of 4)? I'll prob try 4 caps since you said that should be fine for my current weight. When I used anabeta for 8 weeks when it first came out I used your option "A" for the 4 caps per day. I really enjoyed how I felt full all day I think I would prefer the dosing strategies where they are spaced out over as many meals as possible.

In general I would say: Anything under 200 pounds, use 4 caps a day; anything between 200-250 pounds, use 4-5 caps a day; and anything over 250 pounds, use 5-6 caps a day. That said, it really depends on what works best for YOU, and just to give an example, when I use AnaBeta, I use 5 caps a day. You have to experiment a little to see what feels the best for you and gives the best effects. If Option A under @ 4 caps a day worked well for you when you used AnaBeta standalone, then either stick with that, or add another cap to your pre-training dose and/or with a meal earlier or later in the day (i.e. Option D under @ 6 caps a day).

DAA is highly recommend during pct bro, remember it was developed as fertility drug at one point

I was thinking of stacking Anabeta with Endosurge and intimidate, looking to gain strength muscle definition is this a good combo?

Oh real? Was unaware-thought it was 25mg/cap with ABE. Guess I'll stick with my current source (C-bolic which is $24 and easier to get for an Aussie). Thanks for the info. :biggthumpup:

No. 2 caps of ABE contains 25mg forskolin. Taking 4 caps a day (the suggested serving) yields 50mg for the day.
 
Is this product ok for women to take? I'm just looking for the forskolin and it's the cheapest source atm.

Yes, AnaBeta can be used by females...If you're looking for Forskolin, just get it straight...

Indeed it is. The added goodies really make for an all in one product that can be used in just about any type of phase whether it be bulking or cutting.

Once again neither have tried the new ABE so these really aren't relevant or necessary posts.

And again, AnaBeta Elite contains more then just Forskolin. Don't know why that always gets brought up and not the other additions.

Well she could have been talking about ABE which I have tried and don't think it's any better. Besides, my opinion can also be based on aspects that don't require me to try a "new and improved" version of Anabeta elite. For the cost it is my opinion that it is not superior. That's just one aspect. Just because my opinion differs from yours doesn't invalidate it. The way I form my opinion shouldn't be invalidated either. We each have are own opinions and form them different ways and are entitled to do so.

I honestly do bot care what else is in ABE. The fact is it contains forskolin and not all of us want that in anabeta. I didn't think it was that hard to understand. Guess we can't voice our opinions anymore.

Not flipping out at all. If you don't like AnaBeta Elite, that is perfectly fine. But how can you give an honest opinion when you haven't tried AnaBeta Elite to compare?
