I plan to use anabeta during my pct for hdrol in 5 weeks when it's over. I have run anabeta solo at 4 caps per day for 8 weeks when it first came out and I loved it. I spaced 4 caps with 4 meals and did one pre and one post workout on workout days like the label says. I am wondering if 4 caps would be enough for a pct dose? should I try to increase the caps to 6 per day? And if so what kind of dosing should I use for the extra 2 caps I will be taking. I am trying to plan everything out.. thanks!
You could 4-6 caps during PCT - really up to you, although at 210 pounds (if that is correct), I would recommend 4-5 caps a day instead of 6 caps. How you dose and time your doses is up to you as well, but from personal experience say dosing 3-4 times daily is best.

Dose 1 - 1 cap ~30 min pre-training
Dose 2 - 1 cap immediately post-training
Dose 3 - 1 cap with meal earlier or later in the day
Dose 4 - 1 cap with meal earlier or later in the day

Dose 1 - 2 caps ~30 min pre-training
Dose 2 - 1 cap immediately post-training
Dose 3 - 1 cap with meal earlier or later in the day
Option C
Dose 1 - 1 cap ~30 min pre-training
Dose 2 - 1 cap immediately post-training
Dose 3 - 2 caps with meal earlier or later in the day
@ 6 caps a day
Option A
Dose 1 - 2 caps ~30 min pre-training
Dose 2 - 1 cap immediately post-training
Dose 3 - 1 cap with meal earlier or later in the day
