still recommend 4 caps a day for cutting?
or drop the dose down to 2 or 3?

Those are all fine to stack, just adhere to bottle recommendations for each.
 
AnaBeta intrigues me and I'm debating on running it during my PCT...

I've tried to find feedback on most people have liked it. Wonder what the hell it if it's not a test booster.

Can this be ran in conjunction with slin-sane or glycobol?

It has received a huge amount of positive feedback from people who love it's nutrient partitioning properties. I think running it with a GDA is potentially a waste unless the product is better than AnaBeta at that. I would leave Slin Sane or Glycobol for another time.

Yes, the log I ran was still when I wasn't told what the ingredient was. Losing fat whilst gaining muscle mass in that proportion is unheard of for me so it immediately jumped to the top of my favourite supplement list and stayed there ever since.

I love GDAs and will continue to use them. I just think AnaBeta is better than what I have tried. Use a GDA when you are between AnaBeta cycles and save money rather than stacking them. :)

Gotcha. Yeah I used glycobol before just snagged two bottles of slin-sane to give that a try so I'll wait until I finish the slin-sane.

Just follow the dosing/timing instructions on each product label.

I was using it on a bulk, I increased caloric and carb consumption yet lost fat.

This doesn't happen to me as carbs are my route to a soft looking midsection usually. This is why I am confident I would use it on a cut or a bulk. Whatever you are doing, it will help.
 
Just ordered Anabeta + Erase

Just ordered Anabeta with Erase combo from the nutraplanet store. Was a good combo deal. Going to give it a try and see the results go. Been reading most of these pages so I am better informed now and look forward to it. Had to get overnight shipping. Just too excited. It's been almost a year since I tried at test boosters actually. I am 29, at about 194lbs. Been training for 5+ years. I cook my own meals and eat pretty clean. Sundays are sometimes cheating days for me, hehe.

My current goal is stay lean
I am 28 at current weight 194lbs and 6'3 1/2 for height been training +9years

Stick with the dosing protocols on the back of each bottle. :)

thanks bdcc ;) i wast my money if i add testforce2 or formula-x? because prometheus rising is daa product but the protocol is 5day on and 2 day off cause 1g of agmatine in the product
 
Ive ran Anabeta with testforce2 with noticeable effects, but if using anabeta or testforce2 for the first time I recommend using each seperately to gauge results on each before stacking.

Idk if any of the pes reps recall, but back in sept when I began my second 8 week erase run, the first week was magic as usual at 3 caps a day. The second week, I began bloating out of nowhere, retaining wAter and holding onto food like I was a cave man in survival mode! There was no
Anabeta. I took 4 months off. Started erase 3/day plus anabeta 4/day+ at2 3/day and Oep 3/day on December first and had magical results as usual for the first 6-7 days. Then week two hit and I immediately am bloatin and retaining. This morning, as I write this, I am disgusted (I cannot remember the last time I have been disgusted by the way I looked n felt) and I am shocked because all of these products are the antithesis of bloat and fat n disgust. Training and diet was on point all week, nothing out of the ordinary. I guess I'm wondering why every time I use, do I bloat the 2nd/3rd week and then begin
Seeing the rapid results again? I wouldn't care of I wasn't going on a cruise in 2 weeks which is why I'm taking this stuff to lean out ay the moment... Anyone experience this bloating/retention during first 2 weeks of use? Any physiological reason it could be happening?

An aside- any professional tips on how to reduce the bloating? I have xtract diuretic on hand for 2days prior to cruise and during the cruise.. so I don't want to use that until peaking time. I also drink a lot of water and keep sodium intake low andonly use iodized salt.. I know all the little things and how my body should be acting.. This is just so strange bc the scAle has gone down but I look and feel bigger BUT softer ...

I have never experienced bloating or water retention on either product and could not tell you why you are experiencing this. Is there anything different that you are doing? Are you drinking enough, or maybe your carbohydrate intake is good but too much for what you need re "hardening"? Bloating can be caused by the type of food you have (not just carbohydrates, but food you are sensitive to, or that is gaseous, etc.), or how much and when. Be aware also that if you are training and dieting hard and not giving your body any recovery from training or staying low re calories and/or carbohydrates re diet, your body can work against you and sometimes have this effect - albeit, once you give it recovery time or add in a higher calorie/carbohydrate day, it should stop. Is it a mental thing perhaps, or have others commented on these effects to you re you? Or perhaps the products just might not be for you - remember that not everything works the same for everyone. Josh or Ben may be able to offer more insight for you.

I did a high calorie/cRb dAy yesterday thinking it would "reset" me and didn't really work.. I have been training hard and unfortunately moved from 4 days a week to 5 Nd just resting on weekends. I guess it is too much.. These products have worked wonders for me.. I wouldn't think it's them I've used them both twice already.
 
Let me clarify a few things please.

- You bloat temporarily and then get back on track?
- There is literally zero change in your diet at all, no inclusion of new foods, no higher intake of foods you were already eating etc?
- Do you have any digestive disturbances?
- Are you measuring your body fat with calipers so you can distinguish between gastrointestinal distention, subcutaneous water retention and body fat accumulation?

Yea! No rhyme or reason!

No change! I'm very routine n do the same stuff daily

No measurements.. It's weird bc my hip flexors/vcut is shaping up more yet my lower stomach is soft n pouchy . I usually have some loose skin but it feels full of fat or water right now..

It's not the products.. I just posted here bc I AM on them n you all r very knowledgable.
 
Don't think I have asked this before but can we dose Anabeta pre HIIT cardio?i don't get hypos anymore since going paleo and was wondering if it's viable with alpha t2? Fasted

I have taken night time fat burners like reduction pm and lean dreams with great results. There's only 4 ingredients in lipo pm... Do u think one of then could be causing bloating, perhaps when combined with the following as I am doing currently:
Oxy elite
At2
Erase
Anabeta
Ursobolic ( had great results up until this month which I when I started the LIPO PM)

I really think the lipo pm may be the thing causing the unexplained bloating which is bizarre since it is a fat loss product!)
 
i have ibs
so i know lots of diff things can casue and are factors in bloating and fluid retention

lots of diff nutritional factors- poor digestion, food intolerances, indegestible carbs, candida etc, obv a diet high in dairy and salt, inadequate water intake, constipation, lack of vital minerals such as potassium

a big one is hormonal factors these can casue fluid retention- increase in e, a decrease in t, progesterone, increased cortisol levels (stress) this releases water when it increases

and supps themselves can cause bloating and fluid retention in susceptable individuals, one has to be certain what they take agrees with them and can only be evident if they are introduced and used solo to access
 
I will say my lifts for squats and deadlifts have significantly improved.
I was struggling with a 250lbs deadlift but tonight I don't know wtf happened but I banged out a 3 rep set of 200kg so that is about 400 odd lbs...so stoked...legs are on fire still but I'm super happy. Squat has gone from an average of 250lbs to
300lbs within a week :)

Sure can - I did when I used it (of course, though, my HIIT is always done pre-weights as well twice a week), and until recently, I did ALL of my training "fasted" (now just the bulk of it), and have never had issues with it.

Interesting. I don't think there's anything in Lipotrophin-PM that would cause that - but, you're better off talking to Dirk (aka rms80) about that. Whilst Lipotrophin-PM is marketed as a "fat loss" product, it's better as a "sleep aid" product, IMO, and when I used it (I used it pretty much as a staple until the start of the year), I used it because it helped give me deeper, more restful sleep, not for fat loss. I also never experienced any bloating on it at all, but, that said, everyone is different, and I would definitely ask Dirk about it, because maybe there is some effect re stacking it with the Ursobolic.

No worries :) Yes, AnaBeta works well if you're trying to lean out - believe me, I DON'T change my nutrition (and it's "terrible" at best, LOL - I know; I'm working on it; always a "work in progress" there) and I leaned down to the leanest I have EVER been at 7.8% bodyfat recently!

It really is too bad.. I've liked it in the past

could be the lipo, does it have yoshimbine in it?? most fat burners out there have inferior forms of yoshimbine, the a1 receptor agonist kind which sucks. That's why i only stick to alpha t2 or oxyelite for cuts. Check the label that could be.

Lipotrophin-PM does NOT have Yohimbine in it; all it has in it is Green Tea, Mucuna Pruriens, Bacopa Monnieri, and Banaba Extract; all of which actually help re nutrient repartitioning and with sleep.

yo by the way i have a question on anabeta. Ok first time i used anabeta i ran 4 caps, loved it. Then recently i ran but this time 6 caps, loved it even more. But half way through the cycle i threw ursobolic at 9 caps a day and WOW. It felt like the difference from of 4 vs 6 anabeta caps.
So i ran out and im giving myself a break but i wanna know has anyone used 8 anabeta???? cause im deeply thinkin on trying this with the 9 urso or if thats too much, then i might go with high dose urso 18 caps and 6 anabeta. But i wanna know if is any cases of anyone using 8 caps or if is too suppresive or bad on the body in any way.

ALSO ONE MORE THING : How long does anabeta half life is ? cause i had trouble dosin 6 caps, dont want to get too many too soon. i workout in the afternoon so my thinking was 1 first think in the am, 2pre wo 2 post wo afternoon, then evening 1 more is this right?? or would it be better to do 2 am, 1pre-1post workout, then 2 evening?? what you think??
