When I ran the beta test on this many reviews were popping up with recomping and muscle building results so I ran a higher volume, lower rest routine in attempt to take full advantage of this.
Since then I have run two more cycles of AnaBeta and the effects are noticeable on every routine I have tried so far.
I would train the same way you have been training so far and increase volume depending on how you feel. As an anabolic it would make sense that it would improve recovery and therefore you could get away with a higher volume of training. If you start with the same routine you are using at the moment you will get a better idea of what it does right from the beginning.

In regards to the above question, I know that testing has been done behind the scenes on PES products to assess hormonal effects. There is a reluctance to release them because blood panels are unreliable as long as n=1 and it wouldn't necessarily answer anyone's queries unless a lot of work was collaborated from people who were not affiliated with PES.
In short, if Natty released blood work that was taken on him, DAdams, Delta, Kevin or myself (or people we know in person) the reliability would be bought into question and therefore we prefer not to make it look like we are releasing biased hormone panels.

The ingredient in AnaBeta shows a mild testosterone boosting effect in the same way a herbal test product would work.
On it's own it isn't significant enough for us to advertise this as a focus. If we released a 'testosterone booster' we would want it to have much stronger effects.
In terms of effects, some notice increased libido and alpha male feeling on AnaBeta, some do not.

I've just ordered 2 bottles. I plan on taking 4 spread evenly throughout the day (unless i feel more is needed). I also plan on doing a lean bulk.
Do you think I should change my training at all? e.g. increase volume (like I would on gear)? Or carry on as I am normally?

Would taking Anabeta have any negative effects if stacked with Glycergrow, Purple Wraath, Green Mag and White Flood? I know it says you can just take it alone, and I probably will. I am curious tho if anything negative would come of stacking those together?

The research hasnt shed much light on the exact MOA for Anabeta, and since d-bol is an androgen i cant exactly say it works in a similar fashion, but these activities mentioned by Bill Roberts may be part of the inner workings.

Calorie intake should be increased w AB right? I run n burn about 5-600 cals 4x week plus lift 4x week.. 4 AB daily.. Probably only taking in 18-2000 cals mostly protein n healthy fats.. Not enough? Not seeing any growth.. Strength yes, growth no

Been on AB for 2 weeks now and i havent noticed anything different over training without it. Im dosing 1morning, 1pwo or mid day, 1 evening. I had great pumps when i started it but those faded after a couple of days.

Something I've wondered for some time now is how effective AnaBeta is in a caloric defecit. It obviously works well in a bulk, but haven't really heard of anyone's experiences using it while cutting or it a waste using it that way?
I've been on AnaBeta for 6 weeks now at 4 caps per day and I've been on a recomp training and dietwise. I'm up around a lb-2 lbs and just a Tad leaner. Results have been decent for a natty product, but I know I could have got more out of it in a big surplus. Just curious on everyone's thoughts![]()
