AnaBeta FAQ - Ask Away

Hi,

I've just ordered 2 bottles. I plan on taking 4 spread evenly throughout the day (unless i feel more is needed). I also plan on doing a lean bulk.

Do you think I should change my training at all? e.g. increase volume (like I would on gear)? Or carry on as I am normally?

I would train the same way you have been training so far and increase volume depending on how you feel. As an anabolic it would make sense that it would improve recovery and therefore you could get away with a higher volume of training. If you start with the same routine you are using at the moment you will get a better idea of what it does right from the beginning.

ok so maybe not worth a new thread so ill ask here, as im sure some blood tests were made by PES at one point?

How does anabeta affect the following if any:

* Testesterone (total/free)
* dhea
* E2
* fasting glucose
* prolactin
* ADH

In regards to the above question, I know that testing has been done behind the scenes on PES products to assess hormonal effects. There is a reluctance to release them because blood panels are unreliable as long as n=1 and it wouldn't necessarily answer anyone's queries unless a lot of work was collaborated from people who were not affiliated with PES.

In short, if Natty released blood work that was taken on him, DAdams, Delta, Kevin or myself (or people we know in person) the reliability would be bought into question and therefore we prefer not to make it look like we are releasing biased hormone panels.

If there is anything else I can do for you please do not hesitate to ask.

Ok, without too being specific, can you tell me whether it's suppressive?
 
The ingredient in AnaBeta shows a mild testosterone boosting effect in the same way a herbal test product would work.

On it's own it isn't significant enough for us to advertise this as a focus. If we released a 'testosterone booster' we would want it to have much stronger effects.

In terms of effects, some notice increased libido and alpha male feeling on AnaBeta, some do not.

Aah ok excellent, i was worried that with it being an anabolic of sorts it would lower my LH/test.

Whether you change your training regime is entirely up to you - you can, but there is no need for it, especially if you want to assess how AnaBeta affects you without making drastic changes to everything.

Ana beta is on hand, beginning October 2nd! Adding it onto my run of erase (5 weeks into a 9 week run) erase doesnt feel as effective as my first run :(

But looking forward to adding the AB
 
Maybe you had higher estrogen levels during your first run.

AnaBeta is my single favourite ergogenic supplement ever. When I finish it I look down at my arms lack or vascularity and am so disappointed lol. It is like the natural person's equivalent to being off cycle.
 
Hey all- quick ?

So I started my month run of AB today. I am off from training on weekends..

Label calls for 4 a day with meals. Problem is I follow lean gains and only eat about 2-3 times max per day..

On training days my dosing will be pre workout, post workout shake/bcaa, post workout meal, pre bed shake.

On non training days such as today I'm a bit stumped.. I took one when I woke up on empty stomach.. Few hours later still have not broken fast and don't plan to eat for a couple more hours .. I still want to take 4 a day... What should I do?
 
Either take your first two on an empty stomach or double dose them in the evening.

Try both, tell us which you prefer. :)

That sounds good.. Bc AB is made to be utilized w food.. So if I'm eating lots of cals in one sitting, why not take advantage of this.. Will dose upon rising, 2 with largest meal, one with second meal.. Will post later , getting hungry, cheat day.. Thinking wings obviously.. Or egg foo young! Haven't had it since about this time lst year... Lol

Edit: I also take anabolic pump pre meal.. Any reports if others doing this n it's effects? Or any theories about this?
 
AnaBeta isn't about an acute reaction like a GDA, it is increasing anabolism in general. I can get away with eating more on it but I am not sure how much of a difference double dosing around food is. For me it dies the trick on big meals with one.

I have tried AP and much prefer AnaBeta's ability to handle large carb meals, despite it not being it's main MOA so can't advise as I wouldn't bother running them together.
 
Would taking Anabeta have any negative effects if stacked with Glycergrow, Purple Wraath, Green Mag and White Flood? I know it says you can just take it alone, and I probably will. I am curious tho if anything negative would come of stacking those together?

You shouldn't get any negative effects from stacking all of those products together, but it's not necessary to stack them all, IMO - only use what is going to be beneficial in helping towards your goals and needs.

I would say absolutely not.. Wrath is ur eaa and if taken with AB prior to workouts you'll prob get some nice pumps from it ! If anything the AB will magnify the effects and absorption of the other products.. Idk that you need white flood AND wraath, however, as they are serving the same purpose via different ingredients for the most part.
 
Wow, that was a fast reply :) And yeah, I figured it wasn't necessary but I just have that stuff left over and was curious about the potential to stack them. Really appreciate the quick help.

Not sure if srs, but in case you are:

What is it? A natural non-hormonal anabolic.

How does it work? We feel the effects are brought from non-AR mediated pathways. Bill Roberts has touched on this topic before, especially in his writing on dianabol.

Does it work like a SARM? No.

Some individuals in the field feel that their are many potential non-AR mediated mechanisms, like: microsomal and nerve activity, or the separation of satellite cells into mature muscle cells.

The research hasnt shed much light on the exact MOA for Anabeta, and since d-bol is an androgen i cant exactly say it works in a similar fashion, but these activities mentioned by Bill Roberts may be part of the inner workings.

Found Anabeta for pretty f'n cheap on a deal of the day link this morning...might have to finally give in.
 
Calorie intake should be increased w AB right? I run n burn about 5-600 cals 4x week plus lift 4x week.. 4 AB daily.. Probably only taking in 18-2000 cals mostly protein n healthy fats.. Not enough? Not seeing any growth.. Strength yes, growth no

I dont know anyone who can build on 2k calories, especially with all that running. I would certainly bump up a good bit if growth is your goal.
 
Something I've wondered for some time now is how effective AnaBeta is in a caloric defecit. It obviously works well in a bulk, but haven't really heard of anyone's experiences using it while cutting or it a waste using it that way?

I've been on AnaBeta for 6 weeks now at 4 caps per day and I've been on a recomp training and dietwise. I'm up around a lb-2 lbs and just a Tad leaner. Results have been decent for a natty product, but I know I could have got more out of it in a big surplus. Just curious on everyone's thoughts :)

I've made some good strength gains on Anabeta at 1400-1600 calories a day...Well not counting my carb ups!. Mostly stick to 1400 a day but been going over by 100-200 calories lately. Still waiting for Anabeta in bulk form. Just a plain zip lock bag with 1000 caps would suffice.

Lol. So u do one carb load day a week then keep it clean ? I dud that for the summer n it worked well.. My sched w school n work doesn't really allow it now :(
 
Been on AB for 2 weeks now and i havent noticed anything different over training without it. Im dosing 1morning, 1pwo or mid day, 1 evening. I had great pumps when i started it but those faded after a couple of days.

Any ideas on different dosing protocols? I still have 4 weeks to go @ 3caps/day

AnaBeta is not a preworkout product, so you may not notice effects when training with it - although you likely will re pumps, vascularity, etc. Re effects like strength, endurance, mass, etc., your nutrition and how you're training plays a role here as well.

You're only using three caps a day - I recommend going up to four caps. You can try dosing two caps pre-training and see how that goes, or having another cap before another meal during the day. Experiment and play with different dosing and timing until you find the best one for you.

i did a google search and it says the ingediant which is a herb belongs to some class of drugs, is this correct?

im a natty bbuilder so would like to find out, also what is it marketed to do its not a t booster i believe?, what effects is it supposed to have on the body

AnaBeta is a NATURAL ANABOLIC product; it is not a hormonal.

Just took my monthly progress pics.. Gotta say, 3 weeks inti my 4 weeks of AB... Looking thicker n leaner in all the right places! Also this is 7th week of erase out of 9 (8 with a taper week)

if this is good as what ive read so far and with me being a natural then ill give it a go, what would its effects be like on a maintenece diet........fat loss and tightening up?

Thats how i want to run it, on a maintenence diet not gaining and not cutting, and see if i can loose a bit of fat and maybe gain a bit of strength also, so pretty much as you have run it for its recomping effects....hopefully
think id prob run more than 4 though, sounds like you had a good run with it
 
So anabeta could indirectly increase natty T levels?

What happens after an anabeta cycle say if one used it on a maintenence diet or a gaining diet (either situation) and gained a bit of lean mass, when stopping it will the new lean mass that was gained be lost, like shrinking/deflating after the cycle with the gains only lasting whilst on it?

never took any as or ph, or anything like this that could put a bit of lean mass on you relativley quick
