Alphamine

I personally take fibre before bed.
 
In addition to proper fiber intake, if you want something to clean you out quick (or slower if you want), get some Mag 07...I bought some through Amazon.
 
Hi guys, I remember a PES rep telling not to drink one of these ALPHAMINE or ENHANCED with other bcaa sup, but dont remember which one, could you remind me please?

That doesn't sound right...if anything I'd say avoid carbs while ingesting either...what say u Ben?

It's fine to take both alphamine and enhanced with BCAA.
 
I know, at first look it should not be any issue, but Im sure one PES rep was telling no problem with that, but other wrote a nice explanation of WHY not, but can't find the thread =(

The rep was probably saying this because alphamine is best used on an empty stomach. I've personally mixed both with my bcaa's and still benefited from the product.

I'm jealous :/. Its been wayyyy too long for me. Enhanced is the only thing saving my sanity.

Haha yeah it's been a rough few months without it! I was trying to see how long I could make it. Came across a pretty good deal and caved lol...was hoping to have it in the mail yesterday when i got off work. No luck though. Hopefully today!
 
I did 2 scoops with one cap New AlphaT2 this morning. I can't believe how fast my mood elevated. I was in the car on way to work rocking out to "Just Give Me a Reason" by Pink....Then I thought to myself, WTF am I doing lol

I'm noticing a huge mood elevation from these two products together. Energy and euphoria. Minus the singing along to Pink, but to each their own .!

My family and friends always notice when I am taking Alphamine. They don't know the connection but I always get a bunch of "you seem happier lately" comments. Been taking AT2 for only a couple days and already got a comment like that yesterday. :lol:


For the record I am a nice guy on the internet but apparently seem like a tough guy to people in person. :confused:
 
I'm back on the alphamine, I've missed the taste, so good, can def feel the strong thermo effect, it's gonna be a good summer :D

Lmao. My wife has been trying to get me to watch Titanic. I have never seen it. I'm 6 days into Erase Pro, is it safe yet??

Both flavors taste incredible IMO. Don't forget who was the first company to give you a "cheat" drink that actually burns, not puts on, fat. Innovation is what drives this industry, and it looks like a lot of companies have taken notice because it flat out works!

indeed. Lets not forget how many powdered fat burners came out post alphamine, hell, even test boosters are going this route.

Reminds me of JP8 by Get Diesel.. Sometimes I felt awesome in the gym after taking this. Others I almost puked. ONE of the worst tasting supps I ever used. Gave my tub away and I've never given anything away.

i guess i'm the only one who thinks the taste isn't very good....it's bitter and tart, the fruit punch anyway...not really a fan but it's drinkable

Been pretty busy the last week and a half taking care of some things. I've been on and off but haven't been able to reply much. Oh and I got into my brothers truck, and my sweats pockets are not deep at all, notice my phone is not in my pockets, come back about 2 hours later and go where my brothers truck was parked, what do I see? My f-in phone laying face down in a small puddle of water. So I am phone less as of now and I am always on the AM app on my phone.

In my opinion alphamine is plenty enough in stim and fat loss as a stand alone. No need to add anything like clen. Especially if you haven't used the product yet.

Im using alphamine now, have been for 3 weeks now, i just dnt feel the effects like u guys. I just feel a little more energised. Ive used clen before.. Do u think its a gd mix?
