PES definitely nailed it with the flavoring on alphamine. I still prefer 1 scoop of each mixed though. I'll be glad when my tub comes, after only using it 3-4 times in the last month I'm jonesin to get back on it!

In my review I gave all kids of mixes that we're top notch. I will try to dig them up. 1 scoop each is incredible though.

Just finished up a 5 week run of Alphamine only (6 weeks in time but I missed a week helping my parents move) and I really loved it. Leaned up pretty good in a short amount of time. Still got a bit of the tub left and I'm adding Vanillean for the remainder.

Next day went to a full scoop twice a day and added erase. I really like this. My joints started hurting so I am going to increase my fish oil dosage but am looking for other suggestions in case the fish oil doesn't do the trick. I'm taking alphamine an hour after breakfast (which is an hour after HIIT). Then alphamine again later in the afternoon. Can someone recommend when to take erase. With alphamine or staggered in between?

Go with 2 and you'll be good.
6-8 hours apart between the 1-2 erase and separate from the alphamine?

Have fun with that stack. Has some potential for sure, i like using forskolin when i'm cutting personally.

Forskolin would be a great addition. Or just ABE. With ABE and Alphamine, the hunger levels off. Also you could take ABE pre-bed.
